Jantarová 3344/4, 702 00 Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz, Czechia, Cieszyn
Glass-fronted mall with global fashion brands, cinema, hypermarket, kids' activities & food outlets.
Great choice and reasonable prices
It was a nice shopping center. Complicated design. Should be a large map in front when you enter with where shops are located. The large stairs in front are pointless to me
Mazy, hard to find what you are looking for.
Great venue, plenty shops and restaurants for everyone but the elevators are a problem. Having to wait for five minutes, because the pressing the button for the previous elevator to stop didn’t work, only to be taken to the underground car park three times before reaching your destination on the top floor.
Place to visit when you are in ostrava
All you need is inside. Very good quality of goods.
One of the biggest shopping mall in Ostrava
Lots of shops, important information is that the supermarket is on -1 floor
Its really close to where I live and convenient to come if you want shopping or just sit and have a coffee, grab a bite etc. There is also some festivities going on all the time and corners dedicated to kids, 5D experience etc. On the upper floor you can find a food hall and cinema. Really all you need in one place. Love the selection of the shops. Although Id appreciate more of lux brands too. There is though Karl Lagerfeld store and Peek&Cloppenburg where you can find a couple of famous brands like Tom Tailor, Hugo Boss, Armani etc
This is mall located in the heart of Ostrava. I really love the place especially for its variety of shops and movie center. This is the first mall, I visited in Czech Republic. It has Datart, music shops, vodafone centers, Equa bank, Raiffeisenbank and food court with one Indian Restaurant along with KFC, McDonalds, Burgerking and subway etc. There are also one supermarket and few coffee shops. Exclusive clothing shops like Newyorker, C&A, H&M etc.
They dont really have stores with good nike shoes
As I was told it is the biggest shopping mall in Ostrava. Honestly I havent seen another mall so for me it is only the shopping mall in Ostrava :). Big enough and there are many brands stores. It is located at the city centre and there is tram stop close by which is named same.
Great place. I go there very often. There is a Starbucks and HM, so it is very suitable for me.🙂 ITCMOE 💕
so many stores and eating options!clean and modern architecture, def one of my favorite malls in Czechia
Great shopping mall. All kind of shops and very clean. Its huge !
About 35%of people were not wearing masks. I actually applaud them. I took mine off too. Push back against the machine!
Beautiful shopping mall with an outdoor terrace. Very looked after, modern, and has a lot of variety and fantastic eateries on the top 3rd floor (also the only place where there is a WC).The staffs from all the shops I visited were really nice and respectful (I have lived here for about 3 years). Not many could understand English so well but they do try their best.A good place to spend some free time and do a bit of shopping.I highly recommend if you are passing by the centre.
Easy to approach, many of shops and restaurants. A lot of space and no crowd. I like it! Reccomended to visit!
Nice place but most of shops closed due to pandemic situation. Most of Ostrava down town are same...
Nice place and good options of shops, eateries ..true combination of shopping mall.I enjoyed everytime I visited it.. during my stay last year
Best shopping centre in Ostrava!
Modern and good looking place. Didnt really like the layout. Finding a specific shop can get quite difficult and the mall feels a bit like a maze at times. Some of the hallways are a little narrower and it can get easily crowded in there. It could also use a few more premium shops.
A very good mall at Ostrava downtown. You can buy almost anything here at reasonable prices. Few exceptionally good restaurants around and reminders of ostravas industrial history in walking distance. Enjoy !
Big shopping mall with bunch of stores an restaurants with different cuisine, fast food included. Also a cinema with multiple auditoriums/screens with latest projection technologies and Dolby Atmos sound.
Very modern shopping center, with lots of different intriguing stores, including some international brands! Also, has a wide variety of eating options. Also - a very good place to buy souvenirs and more! :)To improve: you have to cross the entire center to find a WC (3rd floor!). :(
I like it here great cinema and a lot of shops/fast food and cafes but the Toilets are smell discounting 🙃
Superb place. Loads of shops, both branded and cheap ones, wide variety of clothes, shoes, gadgets, cosmetics and food. Also has an Albert Heijn!
One of the top tier shopping centers here in Ostrava.Great looking interior, a lot of shops which have a good opening hours, many of them are till 22 oclock. At the top floor there are many fast foods, restaurants offering all kinds of meals. Also few corners for kids.Good to mention that Forum Nová Karolina also runs some events right next to the mall. E.g. Octoberfest, Burger festival, etc.
Also known as Fukushima by the locals due to the architectural resemblance 😅 its one of the top shopping malls in Ostrava. Doesnt have proper parking for CNG fueled cars but enough products and fun.
Great shopping centre, it has a terrace outside and a good selection of food. Weve used cinema and it was a great experience. The people in shops that Ive visited were really kind and Ive bought some amazing green tea!A good place to spend some time and also do the shopping
Unique design of the mall with large open area from top floor to downward levels. Mall has cinema but I did not watch anything as my time was limited. We visited the mall in the weekend, underground parking was free 😋
Usually there for a movie plus some food before cinema, variety of stores and bistros is good, quality of food range depends on which one you pick of course. Visiting frequently.
I think that Karolina is the best shopping centre within Ostrava. There are lots of good shops/restaurants and facilities for all age grou categories. I give 4 stars as I don’t appreciate the sitting group of kids every time I go there to shop, they just sit there and run around, they shouldn’t be allowed in the centre if they are not buying anything.
Good Shopping mall in Ostrava Czech Republic. All kinds of shopping items are available in the mall. From fashionable items to food and entertainment.
It was the first place we stopped by during our visit in Czechia. Had a whale of a time throughout. Everyone inside was very friendly. Definitely gonna come back the next visit well have around.
It probably has everything you need and looks great too!
Nice shopping center. Free parking (garagein the weekends. Wide variety of shops and restaurants. Very close (10min of walkfrom city centre.
Newest shopping mall in Ostrava called Fukushima by locals. Offers same global shops as everywhere else. If you want to just hang out go to real city centre end support local small entrepreneurs and restaurants.
Why shop when you can relax with a cup of coffee. Usually I only queue at "The happy Squirrel", Veselà Veverka, although I am always percieved as very greedy when I order 500 g of almonds
A social hub in the centre of Ostrava, all fast foods in one place, Starbucks, cinema, ice cream, and tons and tons of stores. Architecture wise it is very open and light, completely eliminating the claustrophobic feeling shopping malls often have.
Good range of shops, many different restaurants. The terrace on top is nice and offers nice view. However the layout of the shopping centre is bit complicated, not confusing, but often to get to other section one has to back to the centre where majority of escalators, stairs and lifts are.
The one of biggest department store in Moravia, you could have your hair cut also in here.If you are foreigner who is going to stay in Czech for long term period, could consider find the flat nearby this building.
For a shopping centre it is an interesting building with a splendid view from the roof terrace, has a good range of shops, food options, a cinema, a gym, dry-cleaners, baby-sitting, a cafe (Karolinkaand a restaurant (Colosseumwith play areas for kids. There is an underground parking place - 2 hours during week days and all week-ends the parking is free of charge. The mall is 5 minutes on foot from the centre.
A shopping mall with everything you need, both store and restaurant/fast food wise. All the international brands and some nice local ones. So Its all that it promises to be, so I wont take off any star, but Ill speak my mind. The architecture of the place shocked me a little. And it takes a lot for mall architecture to shock me. This one was clearly done with some thought, but Im not sure it worked. For me the outside is just ugly, doesnt really do any good to the beautiful city of Ostrava and the historic buildings nearby. The inside is an architectural marvel of sort. Its spacious, clean and open. But it also seems to big and empty even when its crowded. I mean I always complain of cramped malls, I never thought there could be too much space in one, but this one shocked me
Nothing special. Lots of stores, restaurants and parking is free for first two hours.Occasionally they organize some events (like Avengers themed points throughout whole gallery).
I consider this place to be wasted opportunity to build something special. The whole building is very open, i. e. all the noise from any marketing event spreads fluently everywhere. On the other side it is very difficult to find the shop you are searching for. Wrong turn means you walk thru endless corridors until you either find it or reach the starting point again.
Same as Avion Shopping Center, you can find pretty much everything here. Always clean and quiet, the music is also nice. The coffee shops on the second floor are good. I havent eaten at any of the restaurants there but I hear good things. The cinema is very good . The gym also.
Its a good place for hangout, meeting with your friends. They have different food. I offer you "Lunch Time" youre paying as much as you take it.
Hate shopping malls! You can get almost everything here but this place gives me goosebumps. Ugly, full of these weird people taking pictures of themselves in front of the Swarovski shop.... Naaaaah
I cant believe how rude people are in the service industry. The most shocking was the behavior of the security guy in the Reserved store. Sad, how people spend their time at work, where they supposed to be helpful and kind. Was going to spend money in there, but after his behavior I rather do it somewhere else. Same situation was in the food court. Employers! Trainings of good manners are important! Do so!
