Fortune Cookie Bradford in Bradford

Ordered via Uber at 8pm, patiently waited, even after feeling very hungary. It never arrived! Could not get through to the takeaway, after trying several times.Very disappointing!!!!

Absolutely smashes it everytime! Chicken fried rice is amazing, so difficult to put it down and large positions. Noodles are always on point, great service and always on time for collection. Can’t fault them one bit

The chicken tastes minging and not eatable.

Unfortunately not good ordered king prawn chow mein, noodles dry and stale not much flavour with about 4 prawns in the whole dish. No green peppers and very few onions. Waste of money, lack of ingredients which I suspect is the restaurants way of cutting costs but still over pricing the food not with it all.

My go to Chinese, food is always nice and if you haven’t tried the desserts, i’d recommend the cheesecakes. Oreo is my favourite 😍

Food is expensive and below average quality in my opinion. Much better options nearby in terms of product, quality and price.

Well after reading reviews I thought I’d try this as my usual Chinese didn’t answer, I ordered 3 meals and all contained chicken or rubber quite hard to distinguish between the two as it was that hard and dry, loads of flavour tho shame about the chicken

Not sure where to start, it was late, I was hungry and they were on of the only places open. The noodles were mushy and oily, I couldnt eat them. The curry dish tasted just like watered down fish and chip shop curry sauce with onion and chicken mixed in it, no spices or flavours, just bland.....The Kung po chicken just tasted of soy sauce, at least it had some vegetables and cashews mixed in, but it was not spicy as a kung po dish should be, just a soy sauce flavour.Delivery man was polite and he was super quick, but after trying to eat the food, I understood why. Not impressed, maybe I ordered too late to closing time and they were in a rush, Im not sure to be fair why it tasted so bad, but wont be ordering again....

Would give it zero star if I could. Missing items from order. Customer service is appalling and very rude. Ordered salt and pepper chips which hadNo salt and chips were dry I couldn’t even eat them. DoNot recommend at all.

Wings and chips are nice but depends on the day sometimes good sometimes hit and miss.. Want it like before when it was always a 10/10

Will never order from them again this is not real Chinese food I asked for chicken chow main with vegetables just got noodles with chicken and there chicken balls are not even chicken balls just nuggets ew never again!

Salt and pepper wings use to be the best around but dropped as the veg was not cooked and the portion size has dropped. Leeds one is far better in food quality and portion size. The gravy is still the best around.

DO NOT BUY the cookie dough. I called them up and asked if it was cookie dough or a cookie, he seemed confused so I asked “is it a cookie? or is it gooey?” and they said gooey. ITS NOT!the rest if the food was ok, but they ruined my night by lying to me.

Been a few times here and these guys never dissapoint. From the excellent customer service to the quality of the food. Absolutely 💯, me and the Mrs enjoyed the duck with hoisin sauce and stir fry etc.

Should not have ordered when I saw the hygiene rating of 2. It really was a poor experience of Chinese food.Ordered 2 portions of chicken wings and chips, it looked like they had fried a whole bag of old chips for us in each portion, threw in some tasteless old chicken.Honestly the chicken was rubbery and not seasoned with anything apart from flour. Few peppers and onions and bits of red chilli flakes.And don’t get me started on the curry sauce, was an old spodgy mess.The only thing I could say is that the delivery was on time but I will never re order again.Not authentic at all, I think it’s a big rip off tbh. I think next time I’d rather make my own.

Best chinese in town without a shadow of doubt. Always consistent and full of flavour. The manager kammy is always welcoming. Highly recommended

Previous years they have been doing really well and customer service was A class I don’t know if someone else has taken over but the man at the counter was very rude and did not pay any attention to me. He was also rude and threw the food on the counter like I was desperate or something. Not only that but when I got the food it was cold and horrible the wings were dry as as flour and the chips were just not worth it. I paid extra for the peppers and they hardly put any on them . The chips were soggy also .

Such a shame I have to give it 2 stars , I travelled from far away (2 hoursto try the salt and pepper combo with chips as recommended by a few friends , the flavour was 10/10 wings 10/10 BUT the chicken chunks & King Prawns were 0/10 they were so hard and I am sure they were fried yesterday or possible 2 days prior then left in fridge then refried again and added into my food, it was terrible seriously couldnt even chew it was so hard and rubbery . Very disappointed and hesitant to give them another chance if I visit Bradford

I would recommend the salt and pepper chips and prawns from here, theyre delicious. The food is always fresh. We usually order over the phone and collect, the food is ready in 10-15 minutes. The service is good.

Best wings & chips in Bradford after Leeds you can’t beat these lads honestly the food is always spot on I get it twice a week I love it the family love it. Can’t be copied boys keep it up

Absolutely fantastic service and food is amazing. Best Chinese takeaway in the whole of Yorkshire...would definitely recommend fortune cookie and no other chinese takeway even comes close to how delicious the food is here!!

Worst Chinese food in the world! I spent £40 disgusting food! Words can’t describe how bad the food is I advice you to totally avoid unless you want to get ill. The customer service is 0 very poor and rude and Arrogant staff! Fear God!Avoid like the plague

The service is absoloutely GREAT but unfortunately the food was decieving.I ordered chicken black bean sauce medium, egg noodles & the king prawn with black pepper chips on sunday 1st november 2020 i ordered online to collect at 6.25-6.30pm.I did not want to phone as they were quite busy and i had to travel back home to London the following day. It were my first time eating from here, maybe i will give a 2nd chance but all the people working with food need to cover your facial hair. By law you should do this as its food & hygiene this is a serious matter.I got beef black beans and not chicken.I couldnt eat this meat. To top it off it had way to much soya sauce & salt.I also found a curly black hair in my food and that just threw me off completely.I got a free can of coke and thank you i appreciate that as i only had card.Im willing to give a second chance but please cover your facial hair & wear a chef hat otherwise i will report this matter to enviromental health. I work in a resturant myself so i understand the pressure when its a busy time between 5pm-10pm its always rush hours.You should have a check back system with customers in regards to scanning the bag with them so no further mistakes happen.Other than that the service is remarklable. The staff are on point in regards to customer care but please take care when handling food.I dont even eat beef or any red meat but i still tried the sauce.If i visit next time and i the food is better i will give 5stars and the greatest review until then its only two stars.Kindest Regards.

Absolutely awful!! Would not recommend ordered salt and pepper chicken, chips were cold the chicken was way too big to be nuggets don’t know how they could make a profit! Hardly any onions, no peppers and the onions were not even fresh all thrown in a bad!! Binned it and cooked something! Waste of money!

Absolutely disgusting food. Crispy beef was a vinigar tasting sludge. Soggy wet chips. Ribs all fat no flavour. Absolutely shameful people who dont care about you or the food they serve.

Ordered at 6.30pm. Rang at 8 to see where my food was, to be told itd be another half hour. Rang at 8.30, told itd be another half hour. Rang at 9, told it was setting off and would be there in 10minutes. Rang at 9.30 to be told he was half a mile offFood arrived at 9.47pm, theyd forgotten my duck and forgotten my noodles. Told theyd send them and theyd come in 15minutes. 10.48pm i finally sat down to eat my dinner that should have arrived at 7.30.Avoid this place like the plague.

Absolutely annoyed and will never be ordering from here again. Ordered 2x spicy wings with salt & pepper chips and 1 mix chicken nuggets and wings with salt & pepper chips, but turned out to be another order. Top of that delivery took 1.5 hours to arrive. Like WOW

It was my first time ordering from here and I thought it was absolutely lovely and I’m normally a very eater who moans 😂 but I honestly can’t say that anything was wrong with any of it it we got a verity of items we ordered a king prawn chop suey, beef curry and beef and mushrooms with egg fried rice, chips and crispy spring rolls and everything was delicious. Always on point and the service is excellent very friendly staff. Wings and chips highly recommend also curry sauce is amazing. Ignore the negative feedback and try it for yourself.

Extremely dissatisfied with my order tonight, the lamb ribs looked and tasted like they had been re-cooked, extremely fatty and dry. Chicken in ok sauce was not much better the sauce was very watery and extremely strong vinegar taste. Perhaps not normal performance judging by other reviews

Customer service 10/10 can’t fault that however the food I had high hopes after hearing much praise. Ordered the salt and pepper chips with prawns, nuggets and wings, everything was so dry that if I didn’t have water nearby I would have probably choked. Maybe a got a bad batch who knows.

Authentic Chinese , Fortune cookies salt and pepper chips are best chips I ever had, very reasonable prices ,and very good service , parking space is a bit issue here, but over all 5 stars delicious food, and five star service.B.t.w they actually give you a fortune cookie with your takeaway :-)

I herd salt and pepper chips are nice at fortune coockies. but when i order them they are always recooked 2/3rd time in oil and are very soggy and oily. Half of the chips are burnt and peppers are old as if they have been used after their expiry date.

Ordered chicken chow mein, opened the lid and it absolutely stunk of gone off meat, took it back to the shop and told them I was unhappy and the gent said “this smells like a perfectly good chow mein to me.” All they did was add salt to mine and reheat. Disgusting customer service and food. Wish I could give it a zero!

We used to drive all the way to Leeds Fortune Cookie for the salt and pepper wings and chips. Now we have it right here in Bradford. Consistently good food. Solid Chinese menu. Everything halal. Its our guilty pleasure when we want an easy meal in.

I go here regularly for the salt and pepper chicken wings and chips with curry sauce, and i must say 99% of the time the food is great. For the amount of times i go there it would be nice to get some kind of discount card like nandos do and some other establishments.The staff are also very friendly so i cant fault customer service.

Nice big portions when ordering wings or chicken strips with chips. They go crazy with the chips they give as they just give too much! Only reason a star was dropped was because they use processed chicken in their chicken strips when it should be fresh as they charge high prices.
