The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! Phone calls not returned, email unanswered, issues in every order I placed and worst of all they charged me for an order that was cancelled! They always say they will call you back but they never do!!!I tried everything to do business with this company because they used to have fair pricing. Prices now are more than double of what they originally had!

I wish I had a more positive experience with my order but I cant even get someone on the phone to answer my questions. Most of my emails have gone unanswered and Im very sketched out that I cant even get a response. Is this a real company?

I cant speak highly enough of Fortuna, Nasi, and his team. White glove customer service is an understatement from them. I bought a KvW Speedster from Fortuna in 2017. They traveled 5+ hours to my home to install it. Fast forward 4 years later, and their team made two other 5 hr+ trips to my house to help me move it to a new one -- and to upgrade with an Idro-Matic. In the interim, they patientially answered all my questions.hanks to Fortuna, I have my dream espresso set up. Dont hesitate to use them!!!

I just bought a Cimbali M26 from Fortuna at a price that was significantly less than my other local options. They were extremely helpful in finding me a machine tailored to the needs of my coffee truck. I had a couple things I wanted adjusted to the machine after I purchased it and they were prompt in sending their technicians out to assist me. I also buy most of my coffee products from Fortuna and their pricing is always the best around. Everyone I worked with has been professional, kind, and helpful.

Looking around for a Kees Van Der Westen Speedster for my home, one day I came across Fortuna and decided to inquire about the machine. The next day, Griffin contacted me and from there I worked with him non-stop for about 2 months before deciding to move forward with the Speedster purchase. Within those 2 months Griffin awesomely answered ALL my questions and provided ALL the necessary information and instructions needed to get my little coffee space ready for the machine.This company and their employees really care about their customers and the products they sell/offer. Had a great experience today at Fortuna. I brought in a grinder for repair (purchased from another vendor). Nasi Kajana and John went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I left with a working grinder (coffee lovers do not want to be without a grinder). They were kind and professional through the whole process. They made a possibly unhappy situation end well. I was also impressed with Fortuna’s line of espresso machines. I will be keeping them near the top of my list for vendors when purchasing an espresso machine.

I came across Fortuna in the process of looking for a Spirit espresso machine. I was reluctant about buying one knowing that the build out for then was around 4 months, but Nasi Kajana was relieved me by telling me that he had one in stock. Nasi has honestly giving me some of the best customer service when it comes to espresso equipment. He is very knowledgable about the equipment he sells and is willing to work with you on giving you the best set up for your shop. I definitely will continue to use him in the future.

Our church has been buying our coffee shops products here for several years. They are always polite, professional, and prompt with our orders. Their inventory is entensive so they always have what we need. The only dissapointment we have is that they ony offer Fed-X shipping instead of UPS and the shipping can get quite costly if you have a small order, but I highly recomend them!

I now buy all my take out products as well as Shirts and hats from Fortuna and the service has been awesome. They are able to provide most of the items I need for my high volume restaurants and at great pricing. Who knew they do so much more than just great coffee.

my partner and i set out to open a coffee shop in the triad area. we were fortunate enough to be pointed in the direction of fortuna. nasi kajana and his staff are very friendly, talented and professional. they have covered all of our needs from interior design (shes wonderfulto which bag color suits our logo best. theyve been there coaching us every step of the way. not only have they saved us time and money in a difficult set of choices, but we feel like part of a large family. fortuna is probably the best supplier of coffee in the southeast and maybe top ten nationwide, we love fortuna!

I had friends who led me to Fortuna for my needs on opening our coffee shop. They were so nice and helped in every area I had needs and did not rip me off! Prices were excellent and service from Fortuna was better than any I have ever dealt with. Now, in our coffee shop, everyday it seems people are complimenting us on our coffee & Lattes and how much better it is than starbucks! One customer bought a Latte from us and said he was waiting for the bitter taste to come but it never did! When I have a need for any coffee related issues..I go to Fortuna! Anyone who does not check them out when choosing coffee for their shop, may be setting themselves up to be one of many shops that fail for sure.

My husband and I open Talia Espresso in N. Wilkesboro NC. 8 years ago and Fortuna was our choice for coffee supplies. 4 years ago we decided to switch coffee roasters and Nasi and his team offered several taste testing to find the perfect Espresso. Sergio Espresso is an excellent Espresso that we serve daily. Not only is Espresso one of their prizes but several of their new roasts are amazing including the Ring of Fire. Last year we opened our 2nd location and chose Fortuna for all set up, including buying our Espresso machine. Nasi and his staff stand behind all products and equipment and even helped us set up our new Drive Thru location. In the fall of 2012 we visited Trevisto, Italy which is the home to WEGA Espresso machines, Nasi set up a meeting with their CEO and a our of the factory as a courtesy to us. Weve had nothing but the best experience with the fine people at Fortuna. Weve been with them since opening in 2007. Nasi and Elisabeth, the owners , have always taken a personal interest in our business, the highs and the lows. I can truly say that without them we probably would have not been able to make it through the rough patches.Their prices are the cheapest around while maintaining a multiple product line, of products, so you can customize your offerings to whatever you feel your customers may like. Da Vinci, Monin, 1883, and Ghirardelli are just some of the syrups they offer for example.In the last 4 years, theyve added inhouse roasting, small batches are roasted daily and they offer at least 10 varieties of beans at any one time, fair trade and organic, not including the multiple espresso roasts.They offer everything you need for your coffeehouse, cups, beans, syrups, equipment and maintenance on you equipment.As far as service they are above the rest, especially in the areas around NC, SC and VA. True story, our espresso machine died one day. They brought in a replacement and installed it in less than a couple hours from when we called.
