Es muy bello el castillo con el castillo que la adorna y su jente linda y con el majestuoso río San Juan

Es un lugar excelente ser la primera vez que vengo

Excelente lugar, cabe destacar que para llegar ahí son 3 horas desd san carlos en lancha lenta (costo C$100), en la rápida son 2 horas (costo C$150). Cabe destacar que al llegar al muelle no se puede elegir ya q solo sale una cada horas y es a la suerte la q salga la rápida o lenta.La entrada al castillo cuesta C$12 lo recorres super rápido en unos 10 minutos, dentro d la comunidad no hay mucho q hacer, si te gusta la historia y eres aventurero Excelente sino sentirás q no valió la pena. Los hoteles rondan los $15 dólares por noche, el agua potable no es segura así q lleva tú agua.

Un hermoso lugar con una gran reseña maravillosa, saber que desde la fortaleza defendían el territorio para no ser saqueado

La experiencia de ver la historia de frente es impresionante. Vale la pena educarnos para respetar y sentir patriotismo.Hay hoteles buenos y comedores donde el gallo pinto es DIVINO como en la Posada del Río. El Hotel Fortaleza igual. El pueblo es miy pintoresco y se puede caminar con seguridad. Solo preparen sus tennis shoes pues no hay vehículos de gasolina, solo botes/pangas.

Magnífico lugar , excelente para disfrutar de la naturaleza y sobre todo ir de pesca , visitar reserva Biológica Indio Maíz y darse unos buenos baños en el río Bartola

Lindo lugar para recordar nuestra historia y admirar la belleza de ese sitio.

Había venido en 1994 y 1995, lástima que ahora no hay museo en el piso subterráneo, se nota el deterioro, sería bueno restaurar esos cañones desbaratados. Aun así, vale la pena visitar, el paisaje desde arriba es maravilloso.

Lugar histórico y de mucha historia propia después de la conquista Española, educativo y rico en enseñanzas para que los conozca nuestra generación actual y la futura.

Es un lugar muy hermoso, muy romántico y acogedor sobre la riviera del Río San Juan.Cuenta con bastantes restaurantes, buena vibra nocturna y un sitio muy seguro para visitar en familia y conocer más sobre la cultura Nicaragüense.

Great view of the rapids, It has the history of the river, from the Spanish colonial era, the gold rush to California and the dream of building a inter oceanic channel across the river. Take some water or drink and seat for a while to observe the view of the rapid and see the boat coming and going, and the life around the village.
