Clean and meet good customer care

Fort Breeze? More like Fort Blows. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life, this place is an absolute joke and the staff (see cookwas so unprofessional.We had to come here to get out of the rain at around 7pm and were the only people in the restaurant (bad sign). The food was expensive but we decided to stay anyway. Also I should say that the waiter was a really nice guy.We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 veggie burger. They said they didn’t have the vegetables to make the veggie burger, so our friend changed to a chicken burger. After waiting a little over an hour for the food, we received 1 chicken burger and 1 cheeseburger. Instead of waiting another hour, we chose to split the meal 3 ways. But the fun was just beginning.The cheeseburger had no meat on it. We asked the waiter why, and he said he would ask the kitchen. The kitchen sent him back and said that’s how they make it. Then we said we wanted to speak to the cook. The waiter returned and said the cook was busy making food for the hotel guests (we were still the only ones in the restaurant). We insisted again, and finally the cook came. He first said that they never put a burger on a cheeseburger. Then he reversed and said that, because one of us had ordered a veggie burger, they thought that they shouldn’t put meat on the burger (the veggie burger was exchanged for the chicken burger). A simple google search for cheeseburger will show you what it’s supposed to look like you meat heads!In the end (almost 2 hours after arrivingwe said we were not paying for the bun with cheese, but would pay for the rest. The cook then said that he would take it out of the waiters pay check, even though the waiter was the only good part of our experience. A real shame that the cook was 1not able to cook a cheeseburger 2not man enough to admit that he clearly had no idea what a cheeseburger was.I never return food at a restaurant or complain to the staff, but this place really earned it. Would give negative stars if possible.

Not conducive for a peaceful night sleep. Too much noise from the nearby road and the room doors are next to each other. A knock on one door might wake one up, thinking it is their door

The MD is understanding gentleman, friendly, social, who attract understand all classes of people, keep it up, if you compare hotels in fort portal, he takes a lead

Beds only dont have sheets only a duvet is provided. Good environment.

The services at Fort Breeze Hotel are EXCEPTIONAL. Great customer service, great staff, fast internet and everything here. Ive enjoyed my 5 days stay here. Thanks to Richard Akiiki the Managing Director for such great hospitable services in Fort Portal.
