9/14中午入住。原本看了照片及評論很期待，結果入住當日桌上完全沒有香蕉，泡麵只剩一包雞蛋麵，冰箱食物也都是零零散散的，有點失望。結果隔天退房時才看到食物補滿了，不知道入住當天是怎麼了⋯⋯不過有個阿姨很親切👍

1000以內的價格，入住空間大、床大、設備齊全的房間真的超幸福!無論是房間或公共區都可以看到老闆的種植巧思，以及提供各類食物任君拿，讓旅客有回到家的自在舒適感，CP值高到不行!之後來高雄必住!

當天入住三人房原本想說1400的價格就不抱任何期待結果整體的感覺真的令人驚艷房間內的裝潢有讓人感到用心幾乎是各種角落都能看到業者特別的裝潢還提供水果 泡麵 茶葉蛋等食物不怕你半夜肚子餓各種鍋碗瓢盆也都幫你準備好也有洗衣機和其他的家用設備可說是各項都齊全簡直是不怕你用窗外的風景也是不錯只能說是cp值非常高的一件飯店讓人在外旅遊還能感受到家的感覺非常推薦每個人來高雄都來這間入住不要以為身處在大樓中就看不起眼保證讓你住得舒服

隱身在大樓的世外桃源！完全感受到老闆用心的經營，房間裡很多的綠色植物，重點是大廳還有很多免費的水果食物給住客免費享用！連假期間房價一晚大概2000出頭左右很划算，房間環境很乾淨，完全沒有煙味跟霉味，床很大張，隔音也很好！可惜一點是沒有特約停車場，要去停附近的地下停車場，走路大概5分鐘，不過整體來說是非常值得再次入住！

2019年在這打工，後來疫情關係影響離職。老闆從來沒舉辦過什麼五顆星評論的活動，那些評論都是房客真心話。老闆非常非常愛乾淨，我第一天去上班，是老闆親自教我、帶著我打掃，打掃完，老闆也會親自檢查😂我記得有提供泡麵、水果、飲料，都是有品牌的，老闆不怕你們吃😂如果開放國外旅客來台，到時候房間就很難訂囉！

老闆的龜毛讓我有遇到同道中人的感覺（小強要來也很難的那種），冰箱的水果、果凍、餅乾、飲料（鋁箔、果汁機、咖啡一應俱全）、泡麵、茶葉蛋全部都可以直接使用，床也很大超舒服，要洗衣物也備有洗衣機。

第一次住到這麼乾淨漂亮又服務周到的民宿！價錢非常親民，又有24小時的免費飲料和點心，真心覺得是賺到了！相信民宿主人一定是在國外待過而且旅遊經驗豐富的人，才能這麼深刻抓住旅人的心 😊 我以後到高雄一定都會選擇這家美麗島捷運庭園旅宿👍This is by far the best B&B I have ever stayed! The rooms and facilities are very clean and well maintained. I heard that they stopped the buffet breakfast due to Covid. However, they still offer free beverages/snacks/fruits in the common area 24hrs! The location is perfect as it’s only few mins walk from a subway station. If you ever come to Kaohsiung, this is the place you need to stay!!!

我們是8/14-15住宿的，車可以停附近六合公園停車場🅿️再走過去，不怕沒停車位。老闆人很親切，目前可以使用國旅券，房間乾淨明亮，還有分貝提醒器可以管束我家兩個易high的青春期孩子不至於吵到別人，不用家長一直提醒真是太好了🤣🤣公共區域有提供飲料水果非常方便，樓下就有7-11卻都沒有使用到因為旅宿什麼都不缺👍👍地點位置非常好，過條馬路就是六合夜市超級方便！大堆👍👍

老闆很佛心，雖然有政府的旅遊補助，卻並沒有像其他店家提高價錢再折扣，而是按照原價，光這點就值五顆星。住宿環境弄得整潔舒適，輕鬆明亮，還備有小點心飲品供房客無限取用，是能讓旅人放鬆的溫馨民宿，未來有機會再訪高雄，仍會考慮這間。

高評價真的不是蓋的！完全超高CP值的一家旅宿！雖然位在一棟不太起眼的公寓大樓中，但一進去別有洞天。房間很大很開闊，該有的設備都有，浴室又是喜歡的乾濕分離，讚讚。而老闆也很親切，很多事情都是親力親為的服務，真的很值得嘉許。然後住在這裡完全不怕餓著😂除了附近就是捷運站、六合夜市等等熱鬧區域外，民宿裡也有老闆準備的自助吧，水果、零食、飲料隨便房客自取，真的很貼心🥹住在這裡所享用到的完全超過了這個房價了啦！老闆真的誠意滿到不行～下個月還要再二訪！真的太喜歡了大推👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

乾淨又舒服的環境，老闆和員工都很客氣可愛～～～很多小細節都感覺的到家的味道。很舒服～外出遊玩最不容易方便吃水果了，老闆的新鮮水果每天都看到住客吃的很開心🥰🥰🥰喜歡。

入住的時候我們提早到了，老闆剛好在修我那一房的陽台灑水器，因為陽台有植物的佈景，看到綠綠的陽台，心情超好的！不過不是每一間都這麼幸運有就是了。修完灑水器老闆一一跟我們介紹旅舍的設施，自助吧、洗衣間、廚房、用餐的地方還有入住的注意事項。自助吧，真的是讓人流連忘返的地方。冰箱放了好多種飲料、水果（木瓜、葡萄柚、百香果、香蕉等等的）還有冰水跟自製的茶葉蛋。旁邊的桌子還有泡麵、咖啡機、自製的檸檬水機、裝滿水果的柳橙汁機、微波爐、碗盤碗筷、蜂蜜、調味料等等的。好像怕住客吃不飽或渴到一樣。洗衣間，除了洗衣機跟洗衣精以外，還放了飲水機，殺蟲劑、液體電蚊香，多虧了液體電蚊香，這幾天都睡的非常安穩。廚房，有可以丟飲食過的垃圾跟回收外帶盒，還有洗碗筷的洗手槽，這樣房間就不會有異味或是小強，而且還有刀具方便切水果🍉旅舍有很多老闆自己安裝的電器開關跟面板，比如多國語言的觀光介紹、旅舍設施介紹等等。房間裡也有叮嚀大家要注意聲量的提醒裝置，笑太大聲就知道自己該控制一下了😂看著這些小小的面板跟開關，覺得科技又帶著滿滿的人情味，特別是看到滿多人在公共空間的餐桌吃著外帶的食物或是旅舍準備的泡麵、水果，洗衣機的聲響攪動著，真的很溫馨。住下來這幾天完全可以明白，評價為何如此多又高，因為處處可以看到老闆的用心經營。推推推推！

房間乾淨！地理位置也很方便我們訂兩人房，給了我們超大的房間，超舒適的！樓下就有7-11,附近也有很多吃的店家！讓我很驚艷的旅宿，樓下的入口看起來很一般，但是ㄧ上樓進樓很意外的舒適！🤭大廳備有多種的飲料，泡麵，水果，茶葉蛋，可以任意的取用，垃圾要自行分類，共同維持好環境，覺得很棒，覺得很用心😍😍還另有很多貼心設備：如長髮用的吹風機我們連續住兩天，意外的也有進門幫我們再次打掃清潔！🥰🥰很喜歡，下次再來高雄拜訪會再選擇一次！！！

平常在高雄都是住中正四路的飯店，這次想說探索新地方，看到這裡評價這麼高，訂來看看。整體來說有些小瑕疵，但可以說是瑕不掩瑜。感受到老闆的用心跟經營，整體上還是非常推薦。1:先說優點：一進大門，公共空間提供了休息區，重點是食物飲料全部免費，還有泡麵，真的蠻好的。最好玩的是，竟然還詳細拍了食用食物的指引，包含吃的垃圾要放在冰箱裡，不過飲水機放在洗衣機上面太高，找了一下子，位子很怪，裝熱水也危險，檸檬汁那邊，其實喝了一口已經感覺檸檬臭掉的臭味，建議老闆注意一下新鮮度。什麼東西都是放冰箱，有水果、果凍，茶葉蛋，泡麵，相當完善。2: 房間超級大，床也超級大，可能我訂到四人房，這旅宿座落在一間很舊的大樓，電梯陳舊不堪，一進房間，有一種被套還枕套沒有曬乾那種悶味，猜想是不是高雄前幾天大雨，兩床被套沒有曬乾，一般飯店用烘乾的絕對不會有這種問題，然後都有污漬在上面，有點影響了我的心情，雖然一進房間電視跟燈都已經開好，但我覺得更需要開的是空調，不過空調也很老舊，很吵，浴室裝了一個水族箱，但是水聲很吵影響睡眠，隔音稍差，聽得到隔壁的電視聲。浴室有發霉建議處理一下比較好，感覺得到房東佈置的用心，但有些東西顯得動線怪怪的，譬如潤髮乳放在外面洗手台，最後才看到，也不可能洗髮洗到一半衝出來用潤髮乳3:有提供洗衣機甚至衣架，房間有晾衣服的地方，真的很貼心及細心。我懷疑老闆是日本人了。比較可惜就是房間因為房間濃濃的霉味影響了睡眠，不過床不會太軟，很好睡。五星客觀推薦。

整個體驗都很讚 捨不得離開唯一小小缺點就是請房務人員不要清潔他告訴我們還是清一下比較好 所以還是清了地點也很讚 老闆不在的話需要在門口按密碼 隔音不差但還是有聽到一點聲音 訂兩人房老闆我們安排三人房很寬敞很開心但電視正對面不是床 總之有機會會再度光臨

果然是旅宿的價格，五星級飯店的感受！比家裡還舒適！絕對高CP值！平日不到$1000的價格，卻有著用心的小細節，無一不充滿著細緻，可見房東真的很在意住房品質。位置：位於商辦大樓內，樓下就是7-11，美麗島捷運站和六合夜市都走路3分鐘。停車：無配合停車場，附近有停車格、230公尺外有停車場$200/24H。大廳：綠化的環境、整潔的大廳、豐富的食物（水果、餅乾、零食、茶葉蛋、泡麵、果汁、咖啡、飲料、礦泉水）、齊全的用品（洗衣機、洗衣精、餐具、調味品等）。備品：基本都有包含潤髮，但還是建議自備基本備品，環保愛地球❤️，最讓我驚喜的是負離子護髮吹風機（在大廳，用完要歸位哦！），可以把頭髮吹出髮廊品質，回家馬上買一隻。房間：全身鏡、梳妝鏡、King床鋪、軟硬適中的床墊、每人2顆超舒適枕頭、棉被也好好睡、透明落地窗，插座足夠；雖然在馬路邊，但隔音做得很棒，完全沒有車聲，除非遇到飆車族😱。冷氣雖然有檔風板，但還是會吹到頭，只好用浴巾把頭包起來🤣（本人體虛怕冷）服務：每日整理房間（最近遇到的都說疫情續住不整理房間🥹）、提供包車、接駁等第三方服務。浴室：乾濕分離，蓮蓬頭水量很大，熱水可以很熱，這間的隔門沒有完全密封，水會跑到有魚缸的馬桶間。以上兩個小問題瑕不掩瑜，下次到高雄還要預定這裡，就怕太熱門訂不到而已😉

整體CP值高喲！本來要住翰品，後來意外發現庭院的評價很高，好奇之下就訂房了。樓下感覺雖然是舊舊的老大樓，但一到四樓整個感覺清爽明亮乾淨。一到房間更是，喜歡明亮的空間老闆真的也準備許多小點在冰箱讓大家隨意吃。愛玉/果汁/奶茶/茶葉蛋/泡麵等～

整個旅宿可以看得出來非常用心經營，cp值真的很高！老闆一開始進去很熱心的介紹設施！大廳的食物、飲料免費提供，房間的裝潢非常用心，廁所甚至有魚缸超級特別，房間也很乾凈整潔(在消毒方面令人很安心)，感覺老闆是用夢想在經營旅宿，真的會讓人有溫暖回到家的錯覺！未來如果再去高雄旅遊，也會是住宿第一首選，希望可以再訂到房間。

Great place with great value. Great staff. Nice and clean room and environment. Theres a noise detector in each room, the buzzer will go off if the noise is too loud.Friendly staff gave us a tour to see where everything is including water, juice, ice cubes, utensils and washer! Amazing!Its close to the train station and high speed train. Its a perfect place!

I totally recommend this hotel.When you arrive to the building, it does not seem very welcoming place , however going up to the hotel at the 4F, it is a much modern appearance.We arrived around 11pm, the host was here to introduce the facilities in a very good English. Food (mostly fresh fruitsand drinks (even beer!are at disposal in the fridge for free.All common areas and the room are very clean.We loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely stay there again if going back to Kaohsiung.

It was the best place ever i’ve been stayed.I stayed here several years ago. I remember the owner of this hotel was professional and a super kind man.He let us eat the breakfast in our checking in day(even my friends tooEven he didn’t have a breakfast but he took care of his guests with full of kindness and love.I was very sorry that i can stay there just for one night. I hope he will be healthy and good always! I will visit here for sure when i comeback to Taiwan.

This hostel is really fabulous!The host and staffs are very kind and facilities are nice. They provide big hair dryer for long hair, map for nearyby store and restaurants, internet TV for Korean and other foreign guests, all amenities, plug. Of course hot water and air conditioner! Big window, screen curtains and electric lights are bright.( I usually hate darkness even if I turn all lights on at other hostel)The most pros is the fooooooood! The host let his guests eat all drinks and fruits free! All you have to do is put trash in the refrigerator to prevent insects. You can also eat real heavy breakfast here. I ate the very famous and delicious dumping in Kaohsiung which I planned to eat. They provide not only real Taiwan type and also fresh fruits and so many side dish.I definitely stay here for my next Kaohsiung trip! I already told my friends about this amazing hostel.+The cleanliness is not perfect but its acceptable for me.

Our stayed in Formosa Boulevard Station Garden Hotel for 2 nights during our 2 weeks trip in Taiwan. We strongly recommend this place for staying in Kaohsiung. This place is beyond our expectations in all aspects. Location is convenient, staff is welcoming, room is clean... Great variety of fruits and drinks are offered to guests for free. Breakfast is mostly impressive, best ever! Everything a treveller needs, they have it, and offer more! A sincere big thank you!

Far exceeded our expectations in every possible way. The place is very well maintained, clean and comfortable! Also, snacks are free and are available 24/7. No, the snacks are not just some dry tasteless bread, instead fresh fruits (banana, orange, apple, dragon fruit etc.), pudding, instant noodles are provided free of charge!It is located not far from Formosa MRT station and Liuhe night market, perfect as a base to explore Kaoshiung.

This place is in 3 minutes walking distance from Formosa Blvd MRT station, easily accessible from the airport or from High Speed Rail station. Room was surprisingly comfortable and clean. Various snacks, drinks (including beerand fruits are well stocked and available free of charge. A popular night market and a shopping arcade are nearby. A 7 Eleven store is at the ground level. This is a very nice place to stay to explore Kaoshiang.

Best hotel ever. Clean cozy rooms with good breakfast spread. The boss even have a fridge with different drinks, fruits and instant noodle free of charge !

A really nice 民宿 hidden in Kaohsiung and 4mins walk from Formosa Boulevard station Exit 4. Also 3mins walk from Liuhe Night Market. We enjoyed the great hospitality and meticulous efforts by the boss and his staff which truly came from the heart. There were clear guidelines on how to properly use the facilities and the importance of silence is emphasised. This is important so that everyone can have a well deserved rest.The boss knew we had to leave for a tour at 7.20am the next morning and when he saw us in the morning, he quickly showed us where to get food and which choices would be easier to eat on the go. He buys a variety of food early in the morning and he usually buys from places which are popular like Dan Dan Hamburger etc.Last but not least, the fruits provided (free of chargewere really sweet and fresh. There were also lots of drinks and desserts for us to help ourselves to, at anytime of the day. Although most of the time we were out trying out the local food, its still very thoughtful of them to ensure guests are well fed and catered to.

This is the best place I have stayed in my entire life of travelling. Mr Hsu is really passionate about this business and he ensures i am extremely well taken care of. Super spacious rooms with amazing window light, well located with 7-11 right below (but you dont need to buy any snacks as he has snacks, fruits, wines, coffee, desserts, tea all provided freeand a train station nearby.The room rates are really affordable at such service and food provided.

Spacious rooms with big bed, there is enough space for me to do burpees and push ups. Definitely enough space for a few of those big luggages.Abundance of complimentary food and drinks, including an assortment of local fruits, snacks, chips, bread and jams, instant noodles, Yakult,...Washing machine available, no dryer. But there is a lot of space and racks in the room for you to hang your laundry to dry.Lots of cable channels, including the sports ones, for you soccer junkies.Plenty of power sockets to charge your gadgets, including those next to the bed, so you can charge your phone in bed.The host takes great pride in his minsu, ensuring that every need is met. Theres weighing scale for your luggage, different power adapters to borrow, basically he tries very hard to anticipate travelers needs.He also has a fridge dedicated to throwing out waste. You bundle up your trash in the bags provided, put it in the fridge, and every morning Auntie will clear it all out. This way, all trash is contained and doesnt make the place smell or attract pests.7-11 just below, and a couple of different night markets a block away.When we spoke to him this afternoon, he was planning a third fridge to store cakes and microwave meals.This is better than any 5 star hotel. Definitely will stay here again!

This is the best B&B in Kao Xiong. The owner Mr. Xu is very friendly, so do the aunties. The rooms are so clean and well maintained. The bed is California king size. Simple breakfast provided. Fruits, drinks, coffee are free and available anytime. No charges for using washing machine. We have excellent impressions during our Kao Xiong trip thanks to Mr. Xu B&B.
