Coffs Harbour NSW 2450, Australia, Kempsey
This lookout pier is 15 m. high, extends out 21 m. & offers sweeping views of the mountains & coast.
Great drive up to this lookout, it has an amazing view of Coffs harbour, highly recommend!
What a view, just amazing!!!
Loved the view, nice drive up.
If you have time for a quick trip, this is a great place to stop. The drive up to the park is a bit dodgy in spots. Narrow road with tight turns. Once at the top there is lots of parking. Tree Top adventure is just before the parking lot for the pier. The pier is right off the parking lot with beautiful views. It is a fair drop down into the trees below the pier so hold onto your cameras. Excellent spot for family photos. Short walk through the forest just on the other side of the parking lot. Highly recommend
Great place to go chill, check the views, grab a coffee.
Near by the big banana. Good place for taking photos. Beautiful lookout point.
Absolutely fantastic. Recommend a viewing by all. And for those who are a little more adventurous, try out the flying fox and tree walk challenge. Then relax at the cafe or enjoy a picnic on the well kept lawns. Worth the visit.
Situated behind Coffs Harbour in the beautiful hinterland this lookout is well worth the trip. The views are quite spectacular & its easily accessible for everyone, just a few steps from the carpark & you can see for miles up the coast on a clear day.
Beautiful views from this modern lookout.
Excellent views and picnic grounds
The drive was very difficult to get there and the views not all that sensational for the effort involved. I must admit the photos came out better than what I felt the views were…..
Bit of a windy drive to the top but so worth it for spectacular views. Also worth taking the short bush walk to see the different flora and fauna.
Pretty views and well worth the drive up there
Very beautiful looks out to see Coffs Harbour from high.Clean, fresh and stunning views. Is same way to go to tree tops adventure. There are picnic area as well, so packed up and see it yourself.Enjoy the nature and Gods creation , bring families and friends 😉
We went to see it on a rainy day, no crowd and beautiful rainbow over the ocean. The view is breathtaking, you have to visit this if you are around here. There is also a treetop walking track nearby, probably a paid service.
Fun, great experience to have a natural glimpse
Worth the drive up to see the view.Little Cafe at the top to grab a coffee. Has picnic tables and chairs under cover and drop toilet facilities available.
Great viewing location of Coffs Hatbour coastline. Worth the short scenic drive up.
Just went on a short drive to see the views and wow so spectacular wasnt expecting to see how beautiful it was.
Look out whole Coffs Harbour and great forest walk
I had an awesome visit to Sealy Lookout. It has quickly become one of my favorites places. It is worth the drive. Has an amazing little Cafe. The views are surrounding rainforest enough to lift ones spirits and set one up for an awesome day or night. Whichever the case may be.I would like to add there is no camping and the gates are locked at 5 pm
Nice look out. It is at highest point. Can experience the full view of Coffs Harbour. We got chance to taste the fresh banana of at local farm nearby: organic.
Nice drive and amazing view over Coffs Harbour
Great view over the Coffs harbour area. Would be epic spot for sunrise or sunset photography.Well maintained road and easy drive up the mountain. If you want a good view over the area definitely take the little drive up and check it out!
Even on an overcast day this lookout was great, such a amazing view from high up.Would recommend binoculars
Amazing view bit of a scary drive up if you dont like heights 😉
Amazing spot. Definitely should visit when you are visiting Coffs Harbour.
Breathtaking views, ample parking.
Worth the visit. Very solemn and beautiful look out. The mountain is a bit stif to drive but the road is nicely done enough to let 2 cars pass by. There’s a small cafe on top where you can have some coffee and cookies for the kids. The staffs are all so beautiful and kind😊 Highly suggest this place to pass by if you have time. The bananas and avocados are cheap too!🥑🍌🥳🥳🥳
Another beautiful view of inlands and the ocean in the far background. But I didnt find something special about it.
Took us 3 attempts before we got to the pier without it being head and shoulders in the clouds, but the view was worth the repeat visits. The area is well cared for and the small cafe and covered seating areas make it a good picnic spot. The car park is not large, but adequate as most people only stay long enough to take a selfie. There is a short forest walk out the back of the car park. Well worth the visit, but checkout the weather before heading up. There are a couple of drop toilets.
Great serene place to see Coffs Harbour from the top. Even though the weather wasnt great, still was able to see much around.
Great look out area. Worth the drive up the hill.
Excellent lookout ~20 mins drive from Coffs, offering outstanding views of the coast & nearby countryside. Nice rest area facilities, lovely forest bushwalking. Nearby Korora lookout also well worth driving down to, with great audio info. feature & views to the Solitary Islands.
Great view. Go early to get great pics & no other people.
Awesome place to get a amazing view of Coffs Harbour. A bit of uphill drive got a plenty of parking spaces and rest area.
Great place to get some fresh air. Brilliant views and nice walking tracks. Beautiful area.
How good is this place, the views are stunning the walk in the rainforest was stunning, not to mention the sky pier, and tree tops awesome!!!
👁️👁️Majestic views, ascending and being high up, seeing above and over...an eagles view. Being close to the spiritual connection of our loved ones.Mother Earth & nature...beauty in all her splendour & glory. 💚⭐🌈🙏
Absolutely brilliant view of Coffs Harbour coastline. You drive through the tree top adventure that has a small cafe.
Spectacular views, lovely picnic area and there are short walks you can do.
Pretty busy, and a lot nicer than the last time I was here. Lots of stalls (no person, and honour systemon the side of the road selling a bag of avocados for $4 or bananas for $3, the last vendor sold individual bananas and avocados. Some walks around the area and the road there is a bit small and not so well maintained (but at least it is sealed). Nice view
Must visit when in Coffs Harbour. Great lookout. Very well maintained. The coffee van is also great on site.
What a great place to stop on the way through coffs.I really enjoyed the slow-bendy 10-minute drive to the top (not sarcasm). the reward at the top was all the more amazing! The view extends from the water to the lush greenery in the reserve that you stand on. Toilets are available and there is also a walking track that takes around 30 minutes return.Obviously a well-kept attraction. I will be visiting again next time!
To visit the Forest Sky Pier is to know what it means to stand on top of the world, gazing in wonder at the splendour below. Rolling emerald hills meet the boundless azure ocean - relax and enjoy.I guess you could say its absolutely pier-less! Please note: there is actually a pier there.
A drive up to the Forest Sky Pier leads you to a nice view overlooking Coffs Harbour. On the way up, there is a tree top walk you can enjoy if you’re not that scared of heights, however, does cost money. At the Forest Sky Pier there is a not for profit cafe supporting indigenous education. Also, there are benches for you to use and a toilet.
Beautiful view and worth the drive but an interesting drive to get there, roads thin, would not like to meet to large SUVs trying to pass at certain spots, slow and steady wins the race. Motorbike riders would love the drive. Great picnic table area, covered and uncovered no BBQs, everything well kept.
The Forest Sky Pier offers magnificent coastal views over the city of Coffs Harbour and up and down the coastline. There are walking tracks through rainforest, ranging from one to three hours, and picnic tables and toilets are provided. Only a short drive off the Pacific Highway from Coffs Harbour, Sealy Lookout and the Forest Sky Pier sits within a flora reserve in Orara East State Forest - part of the amazing state Forests of the Coffs Coast.
EASY TO GET TO AND GREAT COFFEE STOPDrive slowly up the windy hill and just pass the tree tops experience you will find the pier. There is a coffee van with delicious coffee directly opposite and you can walk out to the pier from there.Ideal for the elderly as the pier is a short, easy 15m walk and you are given fabulous views over Coffs Harbour.Tell the girls I sent you... :)
Fantastic lookout, great view of the Great Dividing Range and across to the coast at Coffs Harbour. Plenty of parking and picnic area and toilet available. There are other viewing spots on the way to the lookout.
