Friendly staff and good food.

Poor customer service. The owner needs hospitality training. The food is a bit of a hit and miss. You just have to hope and pray that chef was in a good mood on the day you decide to eat at this restaurant.

The standard has gone down recently.

Long waiting time, fries are never fresh always double fried and hard. Burgers are delicious though 😍😜🍔 dare I say overpriced 🤷🏽‍♀️

Really tasty Somalian food, the portion sizes are perfect and well priced. The meat literally falls off the bone it’s that tender. I highly recommend the cakes if you go, you won’t regret it.

Absolute the worse place to visit, they do open tax avoidance by insisting you pay cash , steak was hard, rice tasted of fairy liquid, no prices in any dish, no menu, plates were dirty, forks had bits of food from last customer, tables were not clean, no social distancing, got constipated right away, three of my colleagues are having a tooth extraction due to the disgusting food hygiene. Reporting to local health authority. Food tastes like it was cooked by a dog on heroine.

Its excellent service and delicious food

Honestly speaking one year later and I’m still thinking about the food that I ate in food palace. No joke but the chicken steak was DELICIOUS, the rice, ravioli everything was freaking amazing by the way I don’t live in the UK but I loved it. Never had such a good steak in ma life. Honest review

I was disappointed by the interior,I have to say.Ripped tablecloth,and tattered chairs.And the drinks came lukewarm without ice.The starter(soupdid not taste nice to me and was not served with bread (a real downer)but the main was,to be put bluntly...DELICIOUS!I had the lamb shoulder and I can say it was unbelievably delectable from experience of other restaurants.Im coming back,but I wish it looked better and could work on those little things that mean a lot.Namely,bread and ice.But it was otherwise great.

Food was absolutely awesome. Not the best interior but all that doesnt matter when you taste the food. Came with friends then came back again with family..awesome
