Waiters rude and slow. They got my order wrong and told me take it or leave it!

Less than 1 star. Terrible service . The waiters are really really bad and slow and arrogant. We waited 10 min the waiter to bring the menu. After that we have waiter 25 min for someone to come to take the order but nobody came, even the place was empty it was 10:15, and just 2-3 tables were taken. So we left the place.

The worse service in Skopje! Disaster

I ordered brownie, however it did not even taste like brownie. It was so dry and more like chocolate moist cake. I would not recommend it. If there was not ice cream on the top of it, I would not even finish it.On the other hand, when it comes to designing it is a remarkable and trendy restaurant.

I went there two times! And everytime I walked in, I went to 2 Minutes later out. Service is terrible! The waiter are so unfriendly! Tables and chairs are so dirty.

The cakes and drinks are a bit pricey, but taste good. The waiters are extremely bad. Ignoring you and cursing behind customers backs. Yes, it actually happened! One of the waiters cursed in Albanian at another customer when he left. He did it in front of us. Unfortunately, I understand some Albanian. The mood was quickly ruined. Not going back there.

Not even one star. Very bad, lazy and impolite staff. I was raising hands to show that i am not served.

I am siting at this cafe for more than 10 min. noone even made a attempt to come and serve me.. two girls on the ice cream talking to each other and who cares about the paying customers. The guy who own Trend must do not give a s… about his business.. but some time soon he ll regret it.. Avoid this place .. not worthed your money at all.. Highly Not Recomended.

The coffe i ordered was old and also the cup was dirty

A bit overpriced but it is vibey. The staff is nice and they are welcoming. Plus they have delicious healthy and junk food. The drinks are also nice but the chia pudding and especially the ice cream is a big smash!

Awesome vaflas. The waiters are fast and the ambient is great. Awesome for coffee, brunch and quick eats, even though it is a little bit pricey. Highly recommended.

Its nice place to hang around with friends for coffee but its crowded always also if you are non smoker you have to go inside the city mall. Outside table you can bear the smoke of cigarettes.

Macedonia is known for good services in cafeterias and restaurants, but in Trend you get continuously bad service. Not just bad. The worst in the country. Always. For years.

Bar is well designed and idea is great but there is garbage all over the place. Seats tables and floor covers are all dirty. Also the staff was not polite as it should be

Me and a friend went here the other day and what can I say the experience was terrible, the food was meh at best and the service we recieved was atrocious.We waited over 40 minutes for our receipt even when the place was nearly empty, when we asked one of the waiters he just apologized and said he would call the waiter that was in charge and whilst that waiter was clearing up the tables the other waiter was a no show.To top it all off the tall waiter we waited for had the worst attitude he rushed us for the receipt even though we waited for him to arrive, and lastly he did the most disgusting thing imaginable, he was sexualizing a a teen girl who was on a date with her boyfriend loudly, I was so disgusted when my friend translated what he said.We just left and and dont plan to EVER come back..

Ridiculously overpriced for the quality of food you are recieving.Staff are at times okay but at times sluggish.The atmosphere and view isnt much of a sensation either so Id avoid this place for dining as much as I could.

I continue to make the mistake of coming here, thinking that I will get somewhat decent service and not the attitude of the waiters, chasing them to order, and the very low quality of food. The place looks decent and has a good location, but its really a shame that the quality of service is so bad

The waiter, while cleaning the table from the previous patrons, spilt all of the dust, cigarette ash, plastic spoons and other things on us.When I complained, he told me its his job to clean. When approached by the same waiter to order, I politely asked him to get another waiter to serve our table.Clearly annoyed at my request, we waited for 30 minutes for another waiter and when we called them, the original waiter said we didnt want him to serve us, so the other waiter just passed us by.We were a company of six. We of course complained to the manager who sincerely apologized and offered us better service, however weve had enough.I would not recommend this place since their treatment of customers is far from polite.

Got to say for a premium price for Macedonian standard you get subpar food, atrocious service, dining table for 4 people which barely fits dishes and a drink and dont even get me started on the loudness of the music.I ordered a Cambridge chicken breast an got bland overcooked butterfly chicken breast with dipping souce od mustard and honey on the side for 5.5 euros.

Severely overpriced, considering the beverage quality and service is average - at best. Service is slow and unprofessional. Music too loud to talk and hygiene is basic.

Waited for more than 10 minutes before we gave up. I dont usually mind waiting if the establishment is busy, but when the number of people working is larger than the number of the guests and you still have to wait a long time to get served there is definitely a problem.

Terrible service! The weiter was so rude, when I politely asked about my order, he cursed and said that the bar was too far and they couldnt manage to serve all the guests at the same time. Oh yes, I asked for suggar, if that is so demanding, I wonder what will happen if you order food. But Im not willing to try that, not in front of my kids. He asked is he supposed to give me suggar from his pocket and showing on his crouch area. Disturbing really

Very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff, we had a lovely time and the food and drinks were delicious. Thank you Miroslav for the excellent service.

We waited to order for 20 minutes and the waiter knew that we were waiting. When the arrogant waiter saw us leaving he gave us sarcastic comments that he liked that we left and nearly wanted to fight us when we told him we wanted to report him for the bad service.

I was surprised of the service and the fast response of the staff. They got our orders in minutes. The three stars are for them.However, the two missing stars are about the food. I believe they can do better. They have the nice location, the staff, the nice tables, but they need to work on the food. The burger was just ok, not something that i would recommend. So, three stars for the staff.

Super great pizza, drinks, coffee and sandwiches. Really nice wait staff, good atmosphere. We go there at least 3 to 3 times a month.

The staff is lot very helpful because you are waiting for ages for them to take the orders or even pay for it. They have this system where you can buzz the waiter if you want to pay the bill or order something but it does not seem to work or they dont use it which is pointless of having it on the tables.

We ordered a vanilla crepe and it was tasty. Price was ok, a bit pricey and not too much fillings (things inside). Still tasty.Service was good also.

The food is okay. Interior of the place looks good and modern. The place is understaffed, so theres usually a wait here (~30+ minutes if you order food). A little overpriced drinks, and slow staff.

Food is excellent ! Classy place

It’s a decent place to go if you want to have a *quick drink or food when you’re at the mall. The food is hit an miss and the service from the staff is not the best, but the atmosphere is pretty good other than that. Usually I’ll go on the other side of the mall in “Play” for a coffee or drink instead, food I’ll get at “Trend”. Overall decent, but again, service is lacking.*in reference to it being quick, it’s only quick when the staff is mentally present. Sometimes you feel like they’re sleeping on the job. There’s been a couple of times I’ve waited around half an hour (not busyand called over people to serve us and still didn’t get served in the end, so we left. You can see the staff sitting at the podium chatting.

It’s a fine place. Good to meet people and have a meeting over tea.Waitstaff could be a bit more attentive.Great burgers!!!

A pretty chill place, but the waiting time can be long, especially if it is crowded.

Huge and crowded. Waited for service for 30 minutes. I got my less than average coffee after almost an hour. Do not recommend, unless you have tons of time to waste.
