We absolutely loved our experience. Service was phenomenal. Alix, Ryan & Paulo went about and beyond to make this birthday extra special. Can’t wait to visit in the near future

The food was pretty good, the lamb chops and the ribs were great. Very nice salad bar. They were very under staffed when we arrived, but that improved over the course of our stay. When offered water we werent told it was bottled water that added to the bill. For $75 each, including a glass of wine each, there are better dinning values.

If you are looking for a fine dining experience, Fogo de Chao is absolutely a restaurant you want to put on your short list. We went as a walk-in with no reservation and only had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. We decided to dine with the churros o Experience which is a continuous table service of signature meats with a market table and feijoada bar included. We came to celebrate our anniversary as a first time diner. So glad we did. Well worth it. And might i add, Evan, our server was awesome. Oh- and everything is gluten free except a breaded chicken and some bread at the bar. Needless to say, i indulged and walked out pleasantly stuffed. Don’t hesitate in taking your special someone to this amazing Kansas City restaurant on the country club plaza.

First time eating here, went with my husband. Exceptional customer service, Alexus and Jacinta were always on top of the game! Both girls explained everything about the restaurant very well, and were very lovely and inviting. Super quick service all around and everyone was happy to help and provide extra info on stuff we weren’t sure about. Miguel was extremely attentive to the quality of our food and super friendly as well, he made sure we were well taken care of! Great team all around, hope to come back again! :)

My wife and I love going here and weve been to Brazil many times. We often go to Fogo for anniversaries or birthdays. The food is authentic and the service is great. Love their picanha and top sirloin cuts. The waiting staff and gauchos are determined to make sure you get the cuts of meat that you prefer.

Had my Birthday dinner with my family. Food was excellent, drinks were yummy, dessert was fabulous, Farrah was a great server!

Highly recommend Fogo de Chao. It is a meat lovers paradise. Our server Jake and the accompany provided top notch service. I had to tap out after an hour. Seeing I was finished they asked if there was a specific cut of meat I liked best and they would bring more but I just couldn’t eat any more. It was so good. Excellent salad bar too. I was more than just salad (too many items to namebut save yourself for the meat. Oh so good!

We’ve eaten at this location multiples times and they never disappoint. We had an early dinner today. The food was excellent. Simone was a very friendly hostess. She ensured we were taken care of the entire time. Dylan M at the bar was charismatic and made tasty drinks. Chef Joc kept the cuts coming and we appreciate his ability to remember what we liked. Can’t wait to return when visiting from Omaha!

Paolo was an awesome server! He was so attentive and very friendly. I love the bread here so much! And don’t forget to ask about the chimichurri sauce, so good!!Adriana was the best meat server with the filet mignon! She was so friendly and sweet. Once she ran out, she made sure to come back to our table for more! Yum!!

A quiet birthday celebration spent with friends came with a lively & tasty atmosphere. Never a moment for want & the drinks delightful! The caramelized pineapple old fashioned is a brilliant twist on an old favorite that shouldn’t be missed.Farrah was an attentive and friendly server, we were treated very well from start to finish.

Service was slow,meats were barely coming to our table.The price was high, and service and quality were low.Very disappointed.

The slowest Brazilian Steakhouse ever! Will not go back. For $60+ per plate you a better ff going Outback Steakhouse. The service is SUPPER SLOW! TASTE SO SO. for the Plaza much better choices. Not many here. I CAN SEE WHY.

My wife and I came here for our 1 year anniversary dinner. The food is excellent. Loved it. It was expensive, but I had been there before and knew what to expect in terms of pricing. My main complaint is how incredibly packed it is inside. My wife and I could hardly hear each other. We had to speak up quite a bit just to be heard over the crowd. The tables are so close together that I had to sit at an angle just so I could sit comfortable at the table because there was another table set so close to us that we didnt have any other choice but to sit that way. But the food is excellent, so dont let the crowd dissuade you from going!

Love the happy hour options here. Our bartender Dylon Martin is great and super friendly. Really love the cocktail options he recommended. Definitely will come back for his drinks:)

We came into this beautiful elegant restaurant as a family of five. (Including a infantat first we felt so out of place beings as it was such an amazing restaurant. Seriously, its spectacular. Absolutely stunning. When the food began my kids had little interest in it because it was such exquisite food, not really what kids want. The general manager came to us and told us he was having french fries made for them because he could see they werent quite happy. They were so accommodating. They made us feel so welcomed as a family! Which is so appreciated when your two parents trying to have something special but have to bring the kids. It was so nice. Now. The food. AMAZING! There is not one thing there you wont enjoy. I had the best most delicious experience here and would highly recommend for date night OR family night. Loved my time here. Thank you Fogo de Chão for an amazing experience!!!!

Absolutely amazing food. It’s not my first time so I stayed away from the salad bar so it would leave more room for the delicious meats. Definitely my favorite steakhouse all time.

Jiji and E were amazing! I have never felt so welcome in all my times coming here! I’ve been coming here for years with my now husband, for our engagement for celebrations and just for date night.Today is my birthday and my husband decided to take me to the Brunch experience for the first time and we are BLOWN AWAY! Busy for Fathers day. Service was slow. Salad bar was great with variety. Grilled cheese with honey amazing. Drinks were great but slow on refills. Meat was not much of a variety like I have experienced in other restaurants like this. I didnt feel like I should have to ask the server for a specific kind of meat I felt they should have a methodical way of making their way around to all tables. Food was good. Price reasonable for what you get (unlimited). Would return.

First time for me, other family members have been there several times. They were super busy, packed, short-staffed. We had a reservation but still waited almost thirty minutes for our table. One small chunk of meat was brought by our table about every ten to fifteen minutes. Same cuts each time, not much variety. Water filled multiple times which filled us up and made our hunger go away. The buffet salad bar was very flavorful and I only sampled to save room for the meat. Ordered dessert that took a long time to arrive. 6:45 to 9:23 to get the bill. Everything tasted great, our server was friendly,, and we left a very generous tip considering we didnt get the full experience other family members have had before. It was a Saturday night so busy. So for the price tag and not even getting the equivalent of a regular size steak, we probably will not be going back.

All the waiter staff was great!! Very good food it was our first time and everyone was very professional about everything. The place looked very clean.meats very hot n juicy.cold salad bar was great!! Loved it... we will be back was impressed to see the one of the head chefs out of the floor helping clean up. Very good 👍 young man!! 👏 manager as well helping out. Everyone gets a raise.

Kay- The service was great from our server and everybody working here. The biscuits are PHENOMENAL… The variety at the salad bar was very limited and the meats presented were very good, but I wish there would have been more variety of that as well.

I had been looking forward to enjoying my first experience here, but was solely disappointed. The salad bar left much to be desired with very limited options. We choose the churrasco experience and often had to call the chefs over because the meat was not reaching the table despite us leaving the cards in green. The meats that did reach were tasty and our waiter was great.

Service (Da-Vonciawas perfect, food was delicious, and the experience was exactly what we were hoping for to celebrate our teenage sons birthday.

I thought the cuts were high quality here and we overall enjoyed the lunch time rodizio. Meat was juicy and flavorful, and on par with churrasco that I’ve had in Brazil and Paraguay. The salad bar was small and disappointing in comparison to churrasco joints abroad, making the gaucho lunch not worth it (ie., they were out of farofa, feijoada was lacking sausage and pork and seemed to be purely beans and rice; the kale toppings were also scant; desserts and fruits were limited, capirinha was overly sweet ).In short, go for the meat! The other aspects of the experience are a bit weaker

The food was great! Service in the receiving area was poor, reserved table but we still waited for almost 2 hours for our table. Poor communications between the people in the reservation areas. One person said hes cleaning our table and person said we dont habe reservation and one person said reservation got canceled. Very crowded in the weekend and tight. And so it was loud. But after we got seated and got the food, it was fine, but serving the food took a little bit more time.

Our Service here was top notch. Tony the GM was great to talk to and as a foodie it shows how much pride and energy he puts into this location. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had dining out was here. Our server Farrah, also amazing and the rest of the staff wonderful. The Picanha was easily my favorite, drinks were always topped off, meat always coming by on a very regular schedule, and asked frequently how we liked our meat and it was spot on every time plus fresh off the grill.From the GM Tony who was incredibly humble, always giving credit to his staff and the staff to him, it’s apparent everyone here works wonderfully with one another, enjoy what they do, and this is displayed in the dining experience and quality of food you enjoy. But make a reservation early, they are busy and understandably so from our wonderful experience tonight. Highly recommend.

Alexis was INCREDIBLE! She was so knowledge of the menu and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing 1st experience at the restaurant. From walking us through each part of the menu, helping select the perfect drink, and making our birthday dessert sheer perfection. Truly the best service and such a memorable birthday. Ive eaten at several Brazilian steakhouses, and Fogo de Chao stacks up very favorably. A reservation is recommended. Once youre in, the food and service are exceptional. Its hard to say no to anything that they bring around, but at some point you just have to stop. A standout favorite was the little square of grilled cheese. The limeade was also phenomenal. Its a bit too pricey for me to come back often, but a strong option for a special occasion.

Ormetta was an amazing server. She was knowledgeable and her recommendations were on point with what I was asking her for. She was quick and we never went with an empty glass or plate. She was pleasant and always around if we needed something which we didnt because she was already on top of it. Great food, exquisite service, and clean environment. 10/10 recommend!!!

Outstanding!The market (salad barhad many options and very tasty salads. Meats, veg, pre-made salads .Then the meats started coming to the table.So many different styles and flavorful cuts.Very nice place for those special occasions.Service was amazing! It was our first time here and everything was amazing 👏 good service... clean....good food and Kim our waiter was very accomodative and polite. Was our first time in Kansas city, Missouri too and this was our first stop dinning 🍽 place and believe me the experience was outstanding.

We had a great time for my birthday dinner. The experience and the food was awesome. There are so many choices even for someone with multiple food intolerance like myself. Farrah was our waitress and was very attentive. Also, Andre was very helpful. The only negative was the wait time. Even with a reservation, we still waited 30 minutes to be seated. Overall, the experience was great. Definitely recommend

Our server Ian was amazing! He was very attentive and gave us great service! The choices from the salad bar to the meat was very diverse and there is something for everyone. It was an awesome experience.

Took my fiancé here for the first time and she had a great experience. Service was incredible as was the food. Highly recommend the Tres Leches Cake. Bartender makes phenomenal drinks. Jasmine was very friendly and welcoming, Dan was an amazing help to her as well!

Went here for Valentines day and it was a night to remember. The atmosphere was great, the service was amazing, and the food was spectacular! Not one thing went wrong nor do I have a single complaint. 10/10 I cant wait to come back soon!

Went here last week. Seems like they charge more than the quality of food they offer. I tried almost everything in the buffet area but its meh, food looks dry, looks like its been there for hours. Except the wagyu beef (main courseand the cocktail shrimp was the best. Servers offering food on our table was friendly but kinda annoying coz they kept coming back even if the cards are not on green. Too many servers but it took too long to get the complimentary dessert and bill. I hope something will improve for our next visit.

Delightful meal. Fantastic choice for someone who lost sense of smell/taste during covid. Lots of meat choices leaves everyone feeling satisfied and VERY FULL! I suggest fasting before you come here... they start you with a salad bar and they bring the meat in sample sizes slice off portions for you to try. Eat until you cant move . Our waitress was Kim and she was awesome!

Kim was an amazing server, very attentive and a great personality. She was very clear and kind as well as great attitude. I wish everyone could get an experience like the one she gave my table. Great food was almost secondary to her service!

Our experience was fantastic! I took my friend to Fogo for a surprise birthday dinner. This place has the best meat cuts in town. Cooked to perfection and a great variety. The food was fantastic and the staff was outstanding. Our waitresses...Kim and Gigi were fast, friendly, and truly valued the customer. They were very busy but kept tabs on us and made sure the table was clear and the refills were flowing.And the Restaurant Manager, Lisandro stopped by our table, chatted with us, and made sure our experience was top-notch. This place was packed, but Lisandro and his team have it running like a well oiled machine. Those Gauchos were moving quick - "more meat sir? Hell yes!" I kept my table card on green and the meat train kept coming. But finally I had to tap out. The Gauchos won.If you havent been there before then make a reservation. The Plaza is always buzzing. This place wont disappoint. And if youre looking for some of the best meat cuts in Kansas City...Fogo is right up there at the top. Super high quality and not $$$ like some of the other notable steakhouses in Kansas City.Bravo!Tell the Gauchos..."Ill be back!" And next time Ill skip breakfast and lunch!

This is by far my best experience here in Fogo de Chao. I’ve always been a big fan of this place and my go-to when it comes to celebrations, but tonight was unbeatable and impressive service! Our server, Shelby, did amazing on getting our food served especially the drinks! Could not ask for more! Kudos on other staff as well for being respectful and polite! Will definitely recommend 10 out of 10 and will look forward dining again.

This was the best cut of steak I’ve had in my entire life. I will chase after this flavor for my entire life trying to recreate the moment I first tasted it. Truly amazing and I’m so thankful Jermaine recommended it. One of the best servers I’ve had in a very long time. If you come here, ask for Jermaine, he knows what’s good.

The lamb chops were absolutely my favorite. Very flavorful with great seasoning. The customer service manager Yasmine took great care of us. She was so nice and personable. The market fresh bar was a tasy and healthy addition to the many meat choices. I came for my birthday and received the desert of my choosing. The Key lime pie was absolutely wonderful.

Parking here is incredibly easy with a parking garage less than a block away. The dining room is spacious and clean, as well as the rest rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and quick to bring you enough food to never eat meat again. Their drinks are delicious and pair nicely with meat so delicious you will weep.

If youre hungry, you will enjoy this meal. If youre VERY hungry, then there is no better place to eat. There is a delightful salad, veggies, and cheese bar thats included in the usual all-you-can-eat festivities, though I saved all my stomach space for the main event. The meat is all perfectly cooked, and is juicy beyond belief. Couldnt decide which cocktail I wanted between the Brazilian Gentleman or the Smoke & Honey. So...I got both. And for dessert...the best Tres Leches cake Ive had since Los Angeles. Pro tip: if you have dinner plans here...eat a light lunch.
