After a long drive it was a pleasant rest/pause in this clean environment.

I couldn’t find any signs on the interstate but a quick google search popped up. Huge store and it looks like brand new or just very well kept. Plenty of options for food and drinks, outstanding service and cleanliness.

Every single air hose on the truck side is broke... thats 9 of them... come on, fix your equipment.

20 guests waiting for a shower. I wasnt notified before I burned one. I cannot wait. I have to roll. Guess I should have looked. Still. 3pm. Get someone to help clean showers.To this pilot I say. NO.

Great deals on candy available. Coffee ☕️ options are superb. Membership points are great for gas and items purchased in store. Bathrooms are kept clean. Staff is kind. Overall great pit stop for morning trips.

Worlds biggest showers for a truck stop. The towels are good so is the water pressure the only thing is it smells like reclaimed water and thats how you know youre in California

Michelle noticed a line of drivers, asked us to follow n helped us. Showed 4 of us to use check out. Had no idea pizza could be ordered so fast. Fine folks make FJ stand out. Empathy 101all it takes.

Very clean showers, friendly staff, it is sad to see the 10 days expiration on all showers credit. After 1000 gallons in a month earn just 1 shower per day 😔😞🚧

Went to get gas and air for my tires. Purchased 43.00 in gas went to get air. Asked cashier to turn on air they said its on already, go out try it nothings on. Go back in asked again, second clerk said I had to pay 2.00 I said I purchased gas and its California law to be provided, they said nothing they could do. I went out told my wife and she went in asked one more time for the air and they asked if she paid the 2.00 she said no we purchased gas and California law requires it to be free with purchase, they said its not their Machine. My wife told them its a law and that she will complain and they said yes you can do that and she left after that. We placed a complaint with weights and measures of California. They are violating the law and charging paying customers for air when its required to be included with purchase. Staff wilfully scamming paying customers for an additional 2.00

Very clean inside and out. The staff were always cleaning the floors and restocking. The staff were friendly. Showers were clean and large especially since it was my husband and I. Definately stop again if in the area. Good job to management and an extra good job to the staff.

I had no idea until this morning 8-21-22 that this flying j was here . Now I know , and its big , clean , and new , cant beat that . They needed a flying j in this area , now I know I have a fuel stop and convenience of a truck stop being in an area where there used to be none .

July 26. I just went in there like I always do get coffee and something eat. Went to use the restroom omg I thought I was in a Texas chain saw movie. The bathroom was so disgusting it had feces all over the toilet all on the wall place used to be nice I dont know whats going on who people are hiring not doing their job or not caring about their job I travel different states and I dont think Ive ever seen a bathroom look that bad I will not be going to this place again

One of the better PFJ locations.Mobile data service is really spotty out here. One moment its decent, the next moment you can barely load a basic website. Not Flying Js fault, but something to be aware of if youre gonna be stuck here more than a night.They do lose a star for not having WiFi in the lot. You have to come inside to use it which is unacceptable in my opinion if youre paying for it.

Shot out to maintenance crew showers very clean I had to leave a tip well worth it ❤️❤️

The store itself is clean, staff are friendly an on their game. Parking fills up fast, an watch out for drivers that feel the need to park anywhere.Other than that its a great stop.

This is a big nice Flying J , we have stayed here multiple times and have had good experiences every time. The parking lot is big easy parking… it’s clean !

The Cashiers & Managers are amazing, restrooms & showers always clean, fully stock shelves, coffee fresh & hot and a variety of knickknacks.

I went in to grab a few things for a MLB game and fill up gas tank. They had a long line and told everyone, we can use self check out or Cinnabon register(s). I went to the Cinnabon line to pay and ordered a snack & lemonade. I asked where the licorice was, walked away to look. Couldnt find it, came back paid. They young lady asked if I wanted a bag, I said, "yes, please." She put my items in bag handed me my lemonade and put receipt in bag. I got home started grabbing items out of the bag and noticed she did not give me my Cinnabon order. I called spoke to a someone at flying J and they said, yes, Ill let the young woman know and we can give you an extra one for your inconvenience, and apologized. I said, no problem. When i came back, no one as the register. I seen a asst. Manager Alex, i asked for help at the register, he asked what i needed help with. I pulled out the receipt and told him what had happened prior. He pulled the cup with Cinnabon middles and said is this "what u forgot " i said "yes, Cinnabon center rolls?" He then replies, "Well i just want to make sure u see me, since u didnt notice she didnt give them to u before" i said, "no, youre right, i didnt see her place my items in the bag, ALEX!" He smiled and handed me cup. So condescending! I dont even stop inside usually, nor was i planning on getting gas there. But, its close by. And decided after this situation, Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Located about two blocks off the 5 fwy, so its not a great location. It is clean and has a good variety of goods. The semi parking lot gets full guick, but theres usually reserved left open. Hopefully the parking situation will improve once the Loves opens nearby.

A friend of mine posted about their experience working with you, Im very disappointed. Management better fix this, tampering with employees time cards is a crime. You cant just delete hours worked by your employees. If you dont have enough employees to cover the breaks of your employees then it sounds like you need to hire more people.

I purchased a steering assist ball for my semi 3 wks ago, turns out its defective. I tried to exchange it here.At first, tried without receipt or purchase date hoping for success seeing I just spent $700 for fuel and a shower, to Not a chance says store manager, no receipt, no luck. Turns out I did have the receipt in the truck so I go back in to show only 3 weeks old (not monthsstill under warranty. Well the manager sent out a subordinate to still deny me on account I didnt have the OE packaging it came in?? My company spends thousands here monthly. Cant believe this lousy treatment over a $20 nothing. lol corporate will hear about this queen of Sheba just wanting tell someone No

It’s too bad you can’t rate the truck fuel I away from the rest of the facilities. I’ve been at this flying J several times and always found the service in the store to be efficient and friendly. However I on this visit I was on the truck island for diesel and DEF. First if you use a commercial fueling card you have to go inside. Last thing I wanna do is walk all the way across a lot to the fuel desk. Secondly this particular pay at the pump would not take my debit card saying that amount was not authorized. I went inside for the $150 on the pump and when I returned outside the pump but still not allow me to fuel. So back inside, now totally frustrated, I told the staff just to refund my money. Course they had to go round up a manager was took another 10 minutes. So all in all my visit was 35 minutes and no fuel.

I am currently here washing and one the of the washer stop working .In the washer screen said edl 1.I told the store manager about it she said I got to call the number in in the washer in order to get a refund. First time I hear this never been a problem before. So people you come and wash here Im giving you a head up.

Best Flying J I’ve been to. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Bathroom & Showers were very clean. Was busy but didn’t have to wait long for a shower. Reserved a parking before arriving but they still had open slots at 7pm! My new go to spot for overnight stay.

The app doesnt work here. Because of GPS POINT LOCATION ON APP.It doesnt have a good food menu the fuel entrance and exit conflict so there isnt very good traffic flow.There is always A-line for the shower now and it could be a whole lot better

They sell one of the best and tastiest smoky wings around. Hot,crispy and spicy if you want. I call to order ahead on my way to San Francisco from Los Angeles, and I get my hot wings ready. Worth every dollar.

Large showers good pressure but far from the cleanest. Grey soap?? Droplets on the shower wall and they arent stains. Before you say its a free shower quit your whining, at $0.30-0.50 more per gallon than smaller non franchise fuel stops youre paying $15 for that free shower with only a 50 gallon fill-up much more for some if you, unless youre a company driver, not to mention theyve got drivers by the short ones and charge us as such knowing were limited in where we can go. That being said, nice mgr and staff.

The manager, cecelia (sorry if I’m butchering the spellingwas being super rude. One of her cashiers was slammed and had 20 people in line and when he asked for help she was being unbelievably rude to him in front of all of us. She then proceeded to check out a few guests ahead of me, one of which was a gentleman who clearly was having trouble communicating with her (he was clearly foreign and having trouble getting the right words togetherand she was being so rude and condescending to him, right in front of guests and her co workers. Management should set the tone for employees to follow and it’s sad when you see someone in a leadership role, not even care. I’m 100% sure there’s someone that can fulfill her job and be at least decent to the guests. What happened to customer service? I understand it’s a truck stop and nothing will wind up coming of it. The owner/district manager/ whoever it is in charge of leadership here should really take a look at who they have in leadership and maybe send her to a class that teaches customer service. We shouldn’t have to walk into an establishment and be worried about the manager being the one that’s rude. I can understand why all the employees are rude here and it’s because they see their manager setting the tone. I walked into the Wendy’s to order some food and literally felt like I was walking into a completely different building, as the employees there were at least professional. Maybe have whoever is in charge over there give Cecilia some pointers on customer service or give her some coaching on how to not make customers uncomfortable for no reason. Clearly she doesn’t appreciate her role or care about losing her job if she’s just able to be rude without repercussions, I would suggest to whoever is the actual “boss” at this place really look at who they put in charge. I understand people can’t be chipper 24/7 but I don’t think it was very fair that she made that individual super uncomfortable because he couldn’t say “supreme pizza” the way she wanted. I doubt she would appreciate someone patronizing her while she was just trying to buy something from a store. Customer service keeps people coming back. It’s what sets you apart from the business down the street. Clearly she knows she can get away acting like that to people helping support this business. Sad that the guy cleaning the showers was in a better mood and more professional than the manager.

Store was a mess. Restrooms were nasty and supplies not stocked. Trash was on the floor throughout the store and trash cans full.

Well I am pleased to say that this was a very nice experience, the staff was very friendly and the store was very clean and well stocked. The last couple of visits were very disappointing, way to start holding management accountable. From the CEO down to the part time cashier.the cooperation is finally heading in the right direction. Now the competition is still out there so donot rest on your laurels....

Where do I even start? This place is so clean ! I love stopping here. They have super clean restrooms. Everything is always well stocked. They have all kinds of coffee options. They even have a Cinnabon. Very friendly staff. One of the best truck stop gas stations I’ve been to.

Really nice truck stop. A bit off the freeway but gas prices are great and they have a Wendys here, Cinnabon, and good pizza. Nice clean store.

I really liked this flying j, which says a lot because a good number of them are pretty gross. The truck parking lot was nice, large, and completely paved (no dirt lot "parking lot"). The showers are a lot bigger than the showers at other flying j stores and other truck stops. The showers were immaculately clean. The store has a great selection of food, drinks, and other items. The staff were nice and helpful. The store was very clean.

Brand new building. Lots of truck parking outside and space near the driver entrance and exit for a few more. The store has several food options with Wendys, aunt Annes, cinnabon, and all the PJ Fresh options. The store is very well cleaned and maintained. The laundry facility is great. All of the showers are handicapped so the space is huge. Lots of hot water and great water pressure.

Every time I come here the staff is nice and everything is kept very clean. Also the gas is very affordable. Very nice and clean restrooms!
