Called several times and left messages about reservations and availability, nobody ever called back. Took Uber to drive there - apparently, the place is in different location not the one in google ad, Uber driver was nice enough to call from his local number - he was told the fly board service is out this week. Waisted time and money on this, very disappointed.

We decided to do this last minute, called a couple hours in advance and they were able to accommodate us . We are so glad we did it ! A lot of fun, Jose -are instructor was really nice and made us feel safe. Make this part of your San Juan experience you won’t regret it !

Super recommend! Julio and Jose were both great instructors. They were friendly, extremely patient, and gave great tips. It took me a while to get it down but they never gave up on me! It was super fun, youll feel like Iron man! :)

Una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en mi vida. La adrenalina esta a otro nivel y es una experiencia única que se lo recomendaría a cualquiera. El que nos atendio José es una persona bien amable y un buen instructor. Te enseña tan brutal que puedes hasta aprender hacer truco con el Flyboard así que no esperen más y llegale para que tengas una experiencia única como la que yo tuve.

This was the most amazing experience! Jose was a wonderful, patient instructor and even taught me how to dive into the water on the board and then fly back up! Can’t recomend more!!!!!

This is not to critizise the business owner but just to tell about my poor experience. I want to make sure everyone else doesnt have a bad one like me and I am sure the business owner is a great person as mentioned in other reviews. As like other sessions, I was told to go to the beach for my hour session for two people. The company running the flyboard lesson was watersports4u. He demanded 190 bucks instead of 150 as advertised on the website for two ppl/ hr shared session and when I showed him , he told me that its not his company and that those guys are not operating today and I am. I tried calling back flyboard PR , but they couldnt get back to me in time and so I left. 40 bucks difference is not a huge amount for me but it is the bad business practice of trying to exploit which I couldnt stand and so I left. Of course, this ended up wasting almost an hour of my time including driving , parking etc and ruining my familys enthusiasm on top. So please clarify in advance as to how they are going to function in case if you havent made your payment online already or have any sort of confirmation.Again , I am sure the folks at flyboard must be great but a word of caution In general.

This is a must experience when visiting Puerto Rico! Jose was amazing. He is very friendly, patient and works with you to attain an unforgettable experience. I strongly recommend taking this tour and you will feel the adrenaline of flying above water.

We had never tried flyboarding before and I always said if I would ever do it, it would be in some warm waters! So Puerto Rico was our spot. As soon as I booked my flight, I looked through online reviews and found this place. I emailed them right away to see if I can book in advance. Jose emailed me back right away with all sorts of details. We stayed in touch until the day I landed in San Juan. I was picked up from my hotel for some additional charge and then I met my flyboard instructor Captain Jose Cruz. He was the best!!! I felt so comfortable that I didnt even flinch when I stand up in those boots. Be ready to hit the water and laugh too. Hahaha. He is a true professional, gave simple and direct instructions in English and was very courteous and pleasant. To top it off, hes been flying for 5 years! You cant get a better instructor than Jose he is so funny you will be laughing and flying!!! By phone you will notice his expertice. Id give him 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend!!!!

Went last month to celebrate my sons birthday with a group of his friends. Captain Cruz was very patient to train each individually. Very fun and new experience as non of us had ever done flyboard before. Will defenitely be back!
