Great service and atmosphere. So Flow has become my absolute favourite restaurant. I make it there at least once every two months or so. The staff is amazing, very polite and professional and the food...OMG! Its sooo delicious.

A wonderful gem in the heart of Kingstown with a friendly staff. The ambience is amazing - very upscale and classy. The food was great and decent sized portions. The menu is varied and the wine selection is HUGE! And if wine isn’t your thing, there’s the option of local and craft beers, and also ciders. There’s honestly something for everyone. Would absolutely recommend and return!

Had some quick grilled chicken sandwiches before catching the ferry and they were perfect (bread, composition, tenderness etcNice, sweet and friendly staff :10/10 would visit again.

Came in here as a solo traveller on a very quiet night (no cruise ships!bit I think on a normal night it would have a good atmosphere. Food was delicious, upscale Caribbean style.

Such an amazing place. Cool ambience and a great mix of people with an extensive and uniformly delicious menu including a number of vegetarian options. Don’t miss it if you love great food and wine and need a respite from the bustle outside!

Very cozy and upscale hideaway yet public bar and lounge. Quality of food offered is superb. Range and volume of music played is quite balance. Prices are mid range and is justified with the ambiance offered. A definite worthwhile experience when looking for a place to relax and engage in romantic conversation.

Superb ambiance, great food, excellent service.Big up the staff Stan, Trevor, Christine and Kelly Ann the chef. You must have their Rum Punch..It is one of the best I have ever tasted on five continents. I would give 5 stars but I believe theres always room for improvement so 4 stars is akin to 5.

Been here before, nice , young, I feel. A little bit special for here but nothing unusual.Plus points; food pretty tasty and plentiful. Service friendly and reasonably attentive staff.Downside, but the Norm, airco too bloody cold. Young staff so music could cool it on the decibels a bit, Im old but not deaf. Apart from that, pretty nice night and atmosphere. Thank you.

One of the few consistently good restaurants on the Island. Often has a pretty chill, relaxed vibe when you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city (although there are certain times when things can get hectic there). Staff is pleasant, food is VERY good. I have a few default favorites on their menu but their seafood, pasta and salad dishes are always winners and if youre a drinker- their wine selection and locally brewed beer isnt bad either

I was absolutely stunned to find such a place right above Kingstown. Im visiting SVG for the first time, and this is my first time in the country, far less the town, and upon ascending the stairs, I was pleasantly surprised.The bougie in me just started to come out, and I felt right at home upon the immediate darker tinted mood that was set, along with the smooth ambient jazz that was playing. It was perfect for a wine bar. It felt so... unusually familiar, but it felt like something that I didnt even know I wanted, so atmosphere, check.We have nothing like this at home in Barbados that quite matches the mood, so for me to see this, I was so happy, because should I have wanted to own a restaurant or even experience one, this is what Id want it to be like. It was so appropriate. Id come there for lunch every day if I could.I was with friends, and I had the Pasta with Cream and mushrooms, and the fries and crispy chicken and the special garlic sauce, even with some Jalapeño poppers and some sorrel. Im a man that likes to taste his food, so normally I dont eat all of it. I also dont expect large portions when i go to restaurants, but the portion sizes were generous, for a party of 5, the wait wasnt that long, and it was well worth it. Worth every EC dollar. Will be coming back whenever Im in SVG.

One of the most consistently good restaurants in St.Vincent. I tried one of my favourites (the wontons with pistachio and cream cheesefor the first time in many years and it still tastes exactly the same. I cam count on getting what I expect with this restaurant. Tried the breadfruit cakes for the first time and they were delicious!! Unique use of such a quintessential local ingredient!

On google it says they are open Saturday and Sunday for dinner. We took a taxi twice, once around 7pm Saturday and around 5 pm Sunday, they were closed!!! Very misleading and inconsistent working hours. We spent so much money on a taxi for nothing.

Visited for the first time yesterday afternoon, with friends who already knew it. Stunned to find such a wonderful bar / tapas cafe hidden above Subway. Air-conditioned, too! Fabulous - well worth a visit.(And please ignore the owner comment below - I posted the wrong review here but, once I deleted and replaced it, the original owner response remained - sorry!)

This place is exactly what you expect from a high end restaurant and bar. Its quiet, luxurious and the Food is good. The service is great.

Very nice atmosphere. We were tired after walking around the Botanical gardens and Kingstown. We stopped in the have a few beers and a meal and it was well worth it. Good service music was not too loud food was excellent my wife had snapper in a Creole sauce. I had curry chicken and it was marvelous. we had a side order of vegetables and they were served perfectly. I highly recommend the place.

Honestly my favorite food on the island. Their prices are appropriate, their appetizers are perfect for sharing, the cheese steak pita is much better than youd expect and every flat bread pizza is delicious! Dont skip dessert either because their chocolate samosas are fantastic! I didnt even get a drink and Ive heard its selection is impressive!

This place is uber classy. You can choose to sit on the black leather couches, at the bar, or at a table. The wine selection is pretty great. I wish they wouldnt skimp you with their pouring. I didnt get a chance to try the food, but it looked delicious as it was coming out. The customer service was lack luster, but then again thats expected in the Caribbean.

Staff friendly and polite. Food was ok not bad not great. Service good with variety of dishes. Facilities clean and relaxed atmosphere. The wine list was a bit sparce and the prices did not reflect the quality - 185 $ ec for a bottle of plonk was too much mate. Starter garlic bread feta olives salt fish cake . main 1 pasta mushroom sauce and fries $ec 255. I will drink beer with my food if I return.

Food is always good, tastes the same every single time. Their wine selection is pretty varied, compared to other businesses, and I love their cheese straws! Prices are not too expensive, but for the ambiance and quality of food and service, its reasonable. Its good for casual business meetings and the environment allows me to relax and work even though I might be alone. Take away is offered and they accept Credit and Debit Cards. Its one of my places to go to because its not loud and neither is it ever crowded. Most conducive restaurant/bar to productivity for me.

Atmosphere is great. Always has good music. Overall, its a great place to chill and enjoy a drink with friends. The only wine bar in St.Vincent.

Went on a random Monday night. There werent too many people there but our bartender Gayle was personable and polite. Did well not to judge us when we got the cheapest bottle on the menu. Wish the rooftop deck wasnt closed though.
