The food is so bomb💯👌it takes a while for the food to come out cause they cook it fresh everytime but its definitely worth the wait the tacos are amazing😋 still so delicious in 2022
MoreLove the food! The staff were very helpful in explaining the menu...we had a vegetarian in the group. Have already scheduled our next visit!
MoreThe food was mid. Pupusas were underwhelming.
The Papusas are delicious!! I wish theyd open a location in Albany or Troy.
Love the food and service is great!!
Litteraly the best food in the area & the waitresses 🥰
Good food, fresh, clean place, friendly staff & reasonable price
This is my first time trying this place. When I try the food it got me really sick. I had to end up in the emergency room where I end up having food poisoning. I don’t think they take time and cook the food really well. The food tasted really weird to me.
MoreNice meal, nice portion. Great staff & I like the set up. Dj 250 FTS 518 Podcast/ YouTube
MoreThe food was delicious the only thing I regret is not ordering a to go plate...
Friendly service ,polite ,food was not bad
Our El Salvadorian friend introduced us to Flores Family Restaurant, a d we immediately became fans of the cuisine. My only regret is the distance from home to he restaurant! No disappointment at Flores!
MoreSuch as a great testing of the food and one of the best and high quality on customer service. Congratulations new owners!!
MoreOrdered Take out. Veggie Burrito was delicious, rice and beans were amazing. Bean and cheese Pupusa were delicious especially with the sauce that came along. All around no complaints. Also I asked them to surprise me with their favorite flavor of Jarrito and they left a note on the bottle mentioning it was their favorite. Gave it more of a personal feeling 10/10 would recommend.
MoreLoved the Food! Plus Excelent service! I recommend this place!

MoreDelicious homemade latin food served quick in a pleasant environment for a good price. I mean, need I say any more?
MoreFood got to us pretty quick, Pernil was tender, juice and flavorful. Employee at the counter was cute and friendly nice little spot to try out if your in the area
MoreFood is really good, and has a very friendly, homie environment. And the portions that you get for the money are HUGE. Definitely recommend.
MoreAmazing authentic food.
Delicious!!! I got a different meal from what I ordered but I didnt really care because it was just so good. Try the maduros!
MoreTasty, generously portioned Latin American food -- Mexican, Salvadoran, Peruvian and more -- available for takeout or to eat in a nice, friendly atmosphere. We had a tasty pupusa, a chicken burrito that came with a huge sude if rice and beans, and a side of sweet plantains that could feed 4 or 5. All fresh and flavorful.
MoreSome of the best pupusas Ive ever had. Chan was also tasty. Looking forward to trying more. The woman working behind the counter was super nice.
MoreGreat restaurant. Clean dining area. The staff is friendly and courteous. Children friendly establishment. The food is great and they do take out and are on delivery apps. The wait isnt too long either. Definitely recommend eating here. Plenty of parking and located along bus line. I will come again.
MoreVery good food!! First time there, and won’t be my last.
Great food authentic to the T love the food here Papusas are great you will enjoy eating here.
MoreNew management was very friendly, professional and the place is super clean. Food was really good.
More1st time yesterday ordered 2 steak dinners with yellow rice & refried beans for pickup it was freakin delicious! Tasted homemade, I will definitely be back, often!
MoreEverything is so delicious! l love the variety, the prices are fair, and the portions generous. I get pupusas, and the rice and beans (reminds me of momsevery time!
MoreI ordered from here during the quarantine on a whim looking for something different. I ordered the plantains, rice and beans, and cheese pupusas. Oh man, everything was delicious! I’m so glad a took a chance on this little family restaurant. Huge portions, great prices, and so fresh! I will definitely order from here again.
MoreMy first time there. Best meal ever. Left me full with a doggy bag to take home. 💯❤
MoreAwesome food will be coming here every week to eat the soup and my other favorite dishes and everything is home made.
MoreThe food was absolutely delicious. I am originally from South Bronx and I will tell you great food like this is hard to find!!!
Morethe food is good only opening hours are not good
Disappointing! Picked up an order to go. Long wait and it wasnt even crowded? Food was bland, pernil lacked flavor and rice mushier than it shouldve been. Definitely the least best PR food Ive had in the area. I dont recommend.
MoreThis is my fifth time here - another hit. I ordered take-out this time, and the woman who gave us the food opened every container to show us what it was. The order was correct and packed so well that nothing leaked or got cold on the way home. We had pupusas with liroco greens (new to me, and delicious), corn tamales (sweet and fluffywith cream, Eggs Flores (yum), and the shrimp scampi dinner (with a generous serving of shrimp). Sides of rice and beans and both green and ripe plantains were included. Everything was delicious. As usual, all the other customers were speaking Spanish, which is always a good sign in a Latin American restaurant. Theres a big TV that was showing futbol.
MoreThe pupusas are amazing. I travel over 3 hours to order them and they somehow make it home without me eating them all in the car. Totally worth the drive and to enjoy the food.
MoreFood was AMAZING got the steak tacos highly recommended. The steak was delicious, tender and juicy. The pupusas were pretty good even tho I’ve tried better but over all it was amazing. 😍😍😍
MoreFirst time trying out the place. Was super excited to find a Latino spot so close to our new apartment. Ended up being a big disappointment. Ordered salchipapas, the soft tacos made with pork and the tres leches cake. The salchipapas were basically frozen fries you can get at a super market, the hots dogs looked burned. The tacos are just tortillas and meat.(Granted I don’t eat beans and they do give you your choice of white or yellow riceThe meat lacked any real flavor. And finally, the cake I was so looking forward to. Was frozen? Safe to say I’m not going back.-all of this was to go-
MoreThis was my first time eating here , I am Puerto Rican and I usually cook Latin food . The rice was too mushy and the beans were under cooked , chicarron Freitas was dry and the steak was really bland . There was a soggy overstuffed potato ball on a slice of lettuce and the only thing that I actually enjoyed was the fried yuca even thought I only eat yuca boiled . No plastic utensils or napkins provided , only one waitress and really slow service .
MoreMy favorite location for tasty american food. Staff treated us so nice. Bring your appetite because portions are generous. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I loved.
MoreA Schenectady GEM! Their pupusas are classics! Theyre known for their fried chicken, which I have yet to try, but this place deserves more than a couple of visits in a year. Perfect for a filling and inexpensive Latin American meal! Platanos and crema: EXCELLENT!
MoreVery good South American style cuisine. I ordered grilled chicken breast, rice and beans, and tostones. Everything tasted great and was cooked fresh. This reminds me of a to go restaurant you would see in Ecuador or Peru. The portion size is great, and could be two meals for an average person. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very laid back, so it will take some time to get your food. The food was well worth the wait. I will be back.
MoreGreat authentic food! In this area that is hard to find. I think the service could be better but you will like the food. The atmosphere is more like a mom and pop shop so if you like that you will love this place.
MoreThe lady who answered the phone wasnt especially friendly and took offense to the suggestion they serve gorditas and corrected us as to what they serve instead. Portions are not generous, hot sauce seems like it came from a bottle, not homemade. Not impressed.
MoreThe only part I liked about here were the pupusas and the orchata. Besides that TERRIBLE. Service was really disappointing. Seems like u bothering for just being there. Ordered a sopa de res and it was the most disgusting soup I have ever got, sour, not a good taste at all. Chicharron con Yuca oily, kinda burn, oil taste old. Just not a good experience. And to be treated the way u are treated here then might as well not go at all.
MoreIve been coming here ever since they opened. Food has always been good and yes the pupusas are just that great. Real Latino taste.
MoreRecently my wife, who is a Salvadoran, has been craving pupusas. The problem is that Salvadoran restaurants are few and far between in upstate new york. A random desperate google search led to an hour long drive to Flores Family Restaurant. We were not disappointed and will be making the drive again in the near future. The prices were good and the food great. We highly recommend the pupusas and the chicken tamales. If Flores restaurant were closer we would be there every week.
MoreI heard good things about this place a few years back. The building isnt the nicest, nor the area, but the food was fantastic. The service was good.Im no expert on Peruvian food - but there was not one thing I had that I wouldnt eat again. I went with a friend that is more in tune with this food (living in LI and working in Manhattan- and he said he is definitely going back with his wife who is Brazilian - so I take it they hit a spot with him.The Enchiladas were excellent - although a little different from what I am used to. Some people use bland to describe this place, but it just wasnt spicy like most "Mexican" joints. A lot of things had a sweet peppery taste rather than the spicy hot. I didnt think it was bland at all, it really just excited a different part of the palate.Dont expect world class service or dining experience - this is a local joint serving great food at great prices. Warning though: the food looks much smaller in the pictures on the menu. We ordered a good variety of food and it filled the whole table. Even the appetizers were of good portion.I am giving it 5 stars based on the food alone.
MoreThe food was good, the prices were excellent. The server wasnt exactly warm to us, but she wasnt exactly rude either. Food came out in a staggered order seeming without rhyme or reason, but that was fine because we were sharing everything anyway. The Latin American dishes were good and fantastically cheap. Id recommend stopping in if youre in the area.I was expecting more flavor out of Peruvian food, but I have no basis for that expectation. The pork over yuca was essentially bland, but tasty because it was fried. The enchilada was fantastic, with lots of chicken and good spicing and toppings. I had a papusa, which was tasty and very cheap. Service was quick, and I was definitely happy with the overall experience.
