Florentina Hostal in La Estrella

Muy buena relación precio calidad.

Netter Gastgeber, der sich Mühe gegeben hat, Lösungen für Probleme zu finden, die die Unterbringung betreffen. Auch das Team an der Rezeption war hilfsbereit. Allerdings überwogen die Mängel deutlich: Gebäude, Zimmer, Sanitäranlagen in äußerst schlechtem Zustand, laut, Ausstattung der Zimmer mangelhaft. So werden Doppelzimmer für zwei Personen angeboten, bei denen das Bett 1,20 m breit ist. Die Zimmer sind teilweise feucht. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, Handtücher hatten Flecken. Trotz zentraler Lage stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Absolut überteuert. Für das gleiche Geld bekommt man woanders deutlich mehr.

Pésimo hostal, el servicio muy mal, la habitación que nos dieron tenia humedad y parte de la pared se cayó en la noche cayendo encima de nuestra ropa, nos había dejado una silla la cual un día desapareció y nos tiraron la ropa al piso, nunca nos cambiaron de toallas ni arreglaron el cuarto cuando preguntamos nos dijeron que debíamos haber pedido ese servicio, la ventana le faltaba un vidrio y se filtraba todo el ruido y olores de la cocina.Se que es un hostal pero por ello no significa que no puedan prestar un buen servicio, ni una buena habitación.

Das Hostel ist sauber und man hat alles was man benötigt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass es eine Partygegend ist. Somit ist es sowohl im Hostel als auch außerhalb extrem laut. Wer tagsüber Ausflüge plant sollte sich eher etwas ruhigeres suchen. Vor 0 Uhr kommt man nicht zur Ruhe.

Un lugar para sentirse como en casa, la hospitalidad y amabilidad de Fabio hacen que tú estadía en la ciudad de Medellín sea una experiencia única, un lugar tranquilo, muy bien ubicado cerca a la estación del metro del Poblado y lugares de interés y vida nocturna. Sin duda regresaré. ❤️ Pdta: Fan de la vajilla que hay en la cocina 😻

Ostello in zona splendida e sicura. Io ho dormito in una camera singola con bagno ma ci sono anche dormitori. Prezzi molto ragionevoli, ambienti in comune molto belli, cucina a disposizione, piccolo giardino. Camera piccola ma con ogni confort.

Está bien ubicado, y tiene buenos precios. Respecto a la edificación, falta mantenimiento. Tenía la habitación privada con baño privado y había hongos en las paredes por la humedad. Me gustó mucho la cocina, muy bonita y limpia, el aseo en general bien, pero el mantenimiento de la casa podría mejorar

Un ostello in una zona molto centrale, solo a pochi minuti da parque poblado e dai più bei locali e ristoranti del quartiere Poblado.Camere e bagno sempre pulite. Tutto il personale molto ospitale e soprattutto il gestore Fabio, hanno reso la mia permanenza di 6 notti più facile e piacevole. Fabio sempre disponibile a passare tempo con gli ospiti per chiacchierare e per dare qualsiasi tipo di suggerimento. Abbiamo persino cucinato e mangiato la pasta insieme. Mi sono sentito più a casa di un caro amico che in un qualsiasi ostello e questa per me è stata la cosa più importante.Raccomando fortemente di scegliere Hostal Florentina!!A hostel in a very central area, just a few minutes from parque poblado and the most beautiful clubs and restaurants in the Poblado district.Rooms and bathroom always clean. All the staff are very hospitable and especially the manager Fabio, they made my 6 night stay easier and more enjoyable. Fabio is always available to spend time with guests to chat and to give any kind of suggestions and information about medellín. We even cooked and ate pasta together :). I felt more a dear friends than in any hostel and this was the most important thing for me.I strongly recommend choosing Hostal Florentina !!

I booked a room at this hotel and they were overbooked so I had to find a new hotel when I got there

La estadía en este hostel fue demasiado buena. Uno se siente como en casa, es un hostal muy cómodo, tranquilo y lindo. Lo que más resaltó es la comodidad y la atención que tienen con sus huéspedes. Antes de venir aquí, estuve en otros hostels de la zona y puedo decir a base de mi experiencia que es el mejor con sus huéspedes, ya que se preocupan porque tú estadía en Medellín sea excelente.

Our first experience of long stay in a hostel was amazing.We stayed in La Florentina for one month and it felt home since day one.The room had all the comforts we needed, the communal kitchen was fully functional and the backyard a great place to relax and socialise.The hostel is located in Manila, our favourite part of El Poblado. It’s literally 5min away from the metro station and 10min away from Calle 10 where all the bars and clubs are. The area is calm but still offers plenty of options for food and many rooftops available for a sunset drink.The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. They’ve always welcomed our requests and made everything possible to accommodate our needs.Definitely suggested for all of those that look for a quiet place where to rest without compromising on the location (you’re still in El Pobladoand in an affordable way.Special thanks to Fabio, for the amazing work he’s doing here and for the nice chats we exchanged during our stay.

Es un lugar increíble además del ambiente en casa tan natural tiene una energía para hacer fácilmente conexión con personas y compartir culturas, lenguas y momentos recomiendo mucho este lugar todo el personal es muy amable y atento a cualquier cosa que necesites, amee este lugar espero que ustedes también

Hôtel bon rapport qualité/prix pour Medellin, surtout avec le petit déjeuner compris. Le personnel est très sympathique.La chambre est simple mais confortable, eau chaude et ventilateur.Seul véritable bemol, lisolation sonore des chambres.Je recommande.

Fabio is amazing! He helped us a lot and is very friendly. We had a nice stay only the vibe was a bit quiet.

Great room, service and location

Great hostel run by the owner himself. He sticks around to greet his guests and chat which is really nice. The hostel is clean and pretty and has so much charm. It’s in a great part of town. Zero complaints. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Fiorentina Hostel! The staff were very hospitable and friendly especially Fabio! They let us store our luggage while we traveled for a few days and took care of our laundry. I would highly recommend my friends to stay there on their next trip to Medellin.

Beautiful and quiet hostel. Lots of fun and comfortable areas to hang out in the sun. Not very social, its best for couples or singles looking for tranquility. Breakfast is very good (arepa, bread, eggs, coffee). The cafe onsite has many great options for additional charge as well. They also have a lovely thrift store. On certain nights (I was there sunday night), the hostel across the street is insanely loud, so you will have to contend with that.

Hermoso lugar!! Es un hostal muy tranquilo. pasar momentos muy agradables en sus espacios. Está abierto 24 horas, tienen opciones para que tú puedas cocinar.

Un pequeño oasis en la ciudad, muy limpio, tranquilo y con energía linda. Perfecto para trabajar y con ambientes coloridos diversos que acogen y abrazan. Fabio es muy amable y atento. En general, el mejor lugar para estar en Medellín :)

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wie zuhause gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch in der Küche und einen schönen Hinterhof, in dem man ebenfalls sitzen und essen kann. Morgens zum Frühstück saßen alle gemeinsam am Tisch, es war eine sehr angenehme Stimmung! 😊 Außerdem gibt es einen Second hand Shop im Hostel. Fabio hat uns super Tipps für Ausflüge in Medellín und Umgebung gegeben und uns bei allen Anliegen geholfen. Alle waren zu jeder Zeit gut gelaunt und wir haben viele gute, interessante Gespräche geführt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zum Supermarkt sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten, zur Metro 10 Minuten. Es gibt außerdem viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Gegend wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können Florentina nur empfehlen!! :-Danke für den großartigen Aufenthalt, Fabio, Pablo und Denise!

Amazing hostal amazing staffFell like home

Super amazing place. Very kind people. Is clean! The kitchen is very very well equipped. Has very beautiful outdoor areas to relax. They clean deeply. Private and intimate. But veeeery close to the best areas in Medellín where the best restaurants are, super close to supermarkets and metro station. They gave me breakfast and coffee kindly every day! I had a BLAST I stayed for TWO MONTHS...

A perfect place to stay in Medellin! Stayed there a few weeks ago, rooms are very clean and the Italian guy at reception was very kind and helpful. Totally recommended!

I stayed here for 3 nights, it was a great experience. The house is typical Colombian colonial and it was really a nice experience to have lived within this reality. The rooms are well-kept and the common areas are incredible and design. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend it to all those who, passing through Medellin, want to live an experience immersing themselves 100% in the Colombian climate. Super recommended!

Booked 2 nights as wanted a private room. Bed very uncomfortable and staff very loud outside room from about 8am.Checked out early, was declined a refund for 2nd night

Muy limpio y organizado el espacio. Los baños, siempre limpios.Todo el personal es muy atento y buena onda.La dueña es muy amable, amena e interesante.Es un lugar tranquilo para descansar, a pocas cuadras del metro.Nos sentimos muy cómodos y volveríamos.

Very clean and great kitchen. Staff not that helpful, but friendly enough. Lots of loud construction work taking place during stay. This is not a backpackers hostel, more long term stay. Beds not great and very small private room very limited space for bags.

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. They are around 24/7 to hell with any need.Wonderful location. Close to lots of tasty eateries, parks and the metro.We had the private room and bathroom. It was bare minimal but met our needs with ease. The only thing I wish was a little different was the water wasn’t really hot.There is a nice balcony upstairs where you can meet other travelers or just get some fresh air.The kitchen is nice and well taken care of.

Such a great hostel! Very clean, beds were comfortable and the staff were so nice and welcoming! Spacious kitchen to cook our own food then take it out to the outdoor area and eat. great place to kick up the feet and relax, highly recommended.

Really nice place, family style home, with private and dorm rooms,excellent location, just a few steps to the Metro link, great way to see the city, take the Metro to link up with the Gondolas, to see the Graffiti at Trece 13, or long gondola ride up to Parque Arvi, fabulous views over the city,be sure to take the FREE walking tour, excellent information about the city and some of the landmarks.

Clean quality, nice and easy

Nice Hostel located in El pobabloService was friendly.Breakfast is good and included in the price.When we wanted to go the Airport we asked for a Taxi with a/c. The Manager told us she knew a special company which only operates good Cars with a/cThe car showed up without a/c.On a 90 minutes ride to the Airport through Traffic this is unacceptable

Florentina is right in the heart of El Poblado. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, and it is on a street with great cafes/restaurants. The terrace is great for relaxing/drinking. We paid 33,000 pesos a night; worth it!

Great hostal, great place where the staff will make you feeling like at home ! The house is really beautiful and well located. We had a credit card issue when we where there and she made all possible for helping us with that, she is great

Great hostal. The owner Jess is very friendly along with all of the staff. They were always willing to help or recommend something nearby.Atmosphere is quiet and relaxed.Warning: if you are booking the 4 bed dorm, you should be aware that traffic to the 7 bed must go through the 4 bed room. For this reason I feel that the 7 bed is actually a better dorm, because the 4 bed acts almost like an 11 bed.
