Value for money. Great vibe even though we had the place to ourself. Our waitress was always smiling and helpful. Food was fantastic and wine is wonderful. Wine is Marianne wines. SAV BLANC was excellent

Arrived at 1pm, food was served at 2.15 after us threatening that we would leave. Waiter wasnt wesring a mask. Food was cold and horrible. No manager around, no apology, no interest.Never going back !

A lovely venue. The food however is not worth the travel there or the money paid for it.

So went for the night to listen at loki and have so dinner. When we placed order for food we waited more than hour for our food just to get nothing what we ordered. Orders was wrong and waiter didnt know what we ordered. Maybe first train your staff before you try hosting something big. Very sad to come to place for the first time and get zero star rating service. I will not recommend this place.

Best meal of the trip so far!Caesar salad was exceptional, as was the fruit crumble dessert. Lamb chops were delicious too.A great spot for a romantic meal.

With such a scenic location, the substandard food and service were all the more disappointing: staff were totally disinterested, half of the beer selection was unavailable, ketchup was out of stock, laundered table cloths had stains...BBQ sauce was unpalatable. Such a pity, as the location is truly gorgeous, worth stopping by just for a drink on the deck.

The food is good the staff are excellent, but the place itself is perfect. Its cosy with great views no matter where you sit and lets not forget that you can take a blanket and sit in front of the fire place with a glass of wine. Its something different and I definitely recommend it.

Such a breath of fresh air. Its a little gem hidden in Stellenbosch. I had the hake and chips which came with all the add ons, including tartarre sauce and a minty sauce which compliments the hake perfectly. You have a view of the winelands while dining. The service was very good as well.

The starter (Camembertwas good, the lamb cotelett and the vegetables were very delicious. I didnt like the lamb belly. The chocolate fondant was fine. The place to sit outside is beautiful.

Wonderful hidden gem in the Stellenbosch winelands with tasty food in a tranquil setting that includes outdoor seating and a wonderful view. Extremely family friendly with high chairs and large green space to run in. Totally worth the trip!

Amazing views, very cosy. Edna was a wonderful waitress. The Floreal red blend was great. Really enjoyed the gnocchi.

The chef is really good, i especially loved and recommend the risotto and lemon parfait. Great service, affordable price for the quality, delicous wine and very nice place. I definitely recommend

Great food, beautiful setting.

Excellent service at Floreal which is located at the Marianne Wine Estate. Their chef is great and we had goat cheese and prawns as a starter - both can we highly recommend. The mains were also pretty good and you can definitively go their for a lunch or dinner. During the day its wonderful to spend some time on a table next to the pond.

Tolles Essen, gute Preise, Super Bedienung

War dort zur Weinprobe. Die Weine wurden auf den Tropen genau 4cl ausgeschenkt. Die Erklärung der Weine war sehr kurz und knapp und kam eher lustlos rüber. Dafür war der Geschmack der Weine um so besser.

“Great food & service”We decided to give Floreal a try after hearing of their recent opening. The restaurant is ideally located for a quiet break away from the busy wine farms.We were welcomed with a basket of freshly-baked bread, which was really delicious. The food was really good, the gnocchi in particular won everyone over. The kudu burger was really delicious, unfortunately we were too full to try their desserts. The service was also very good, and the waiter knew the wines well enough to recommend a good match for the food we were having.I would like to suggest that Floreal edit their menu to recommend the best wine for each dish, as the Marianne wines are not so well-known. Another vegetarian option on the menu would also not be a bad idea.We will definitely be back soon!Visited November 2015
