Princes St, Edinburgh EH2 4BA, Kirkcaldy
Large-scale, decorative timepiece in West Princes Street Gardens created from flowers since 1903.
Absolutely loved this floral clock and its actually working! Accidentally passed by this masterpiece but would absolutely recommend going there on purpose, really cool to see!
Love it ๐
Super pretty, some people might miss it cause itโs small on the side of the stairs but also watch for the cuckoo bird that comes out
Beautifully decorated
Id prefer more vibrant colours.
Always a joy to see the clock when in Edinburgh, not only to check the time, but also to see which organisation the clock is dedicated to.
Lovely floral display which changes every year. Sometimes theres a bagpiper playing near by.
A piece of absolute brilliance, the thought and effort that goes into this is incredible,
Beautiful and a must see if you are in Scotland
Beautifully maintained garden.
Beautifully curated garden.
Took some finding. Smaller than I expected.
On 22nd June 2021, my wife and I visited to this Flower Clock Site. I met with Mr Tam who is making this clock again. He is very kind gentleman. We talked some together. Looking forward to visiting here and to seeing Tam again soon! Thank you Tam!

Beautiful place
Lovely place to relax beautiful gardens
Impressive clock, usually themed each year with a lot of work and dedication from the gardening team.
Why is this something to rate? Its lovely and everything but at the end of the day its a clock. Ive seen clocks before and never felt the need to give them a rating out of five stars.
Beautiful park and gardens. Nice place to stroll through or sit and admire the amazing floral displays.
Very attractive clock made up with real flowers very popular with tourist heart of princess street
beautiful floral clock that celebrates the anniversary of โsave the childrenโ
Lovely place nice staff have a visit if ur around that area well worth.it
Flower arrangement first class worth a visit
This is a working clock made of flowers. Worth seeing if in edinburgh. Must take some looking after to.
Liked this one more then the clock in Geneva center.
It is a beautiful garden! The clock has an incredible amount of cactus plants!
Sadly, it doesnt look as expected...
Simple Floral Clock. Not much to see
Nice place to see! With a great view of Edinburghโs castle!
Just a floral clock. Not bad but not worth more than a passing glance.
A lovely well known attraction at the entrance to Princes Street Gardens.
Nice clock lovely details of flowers are stunning changes every season.
Understandably not practical to be planted all year round but a bit of a shame to see it completely bare. Not even the clock hands present. Start of April and the rest of the park has spring bedding.
Very nice designed well maintained big garden. The only lack side is stair at the entrance from Scottish National Portrait Museum. There is no path for buggy and disabled people. You have climb stairs or you have to go other entrance. It is very easy to reach garden and in the city centre near princess street. You will love view of Edinburgh castle from the view near fountain. There is a playground for kids in the garden too. Play ground is near fountain. There more than 5 entrances to the garden. Thanks.
"The Floral Clock that marks the hour,I fane would like to hug it.The makers name inscribed in flowers,Ye Ken is Tempus Fugit", MacGonagal
Great tourist attraction, have loved going to see this since I was very young
Used to live here has a special place in my heart. Fantastic town I just love it here. Will return asap
Lovely place to sit and relax for five minutes away from the town hussle and bussle
Fantastic if your visiting Edinburgh check out the floral clock
An excellent addition to Princes Street Gardens for the Spring and Summer! A new clock of flowers is put in every year. On the hour, if you hang around like a lot of people do, the cuckoo will appear from its house. People may be disappointed if they turn up too early or late in the year, as it may just be a patch of dirt with no clock or flowers. If you visit the Gardens, you will most likely pass it, its at the top of the steps at the entrance opposite the tram stop.
Beautiful garden and a lively place to walk around or just relax and absorb the beauty.
Its unique design every year, cute! :)
Lovely to wander through the garden and escape from all the people .
Beautiful working clock but its only here in the Spring and Summer
A.must for any visitor to the city...arrive just before the hour to see the cuckoo clock
Very nice succulent plants in the clock.Elegant and beautiful garden

One has to LOVE the display of the functioning clock each summer! love it
