Near muslim university of morogoro....the best hotel

The service at the bar was poor,I ordered a bottle of wine but the did not have glasses

The facilities are really good.Its located at the city center so its easy to move around Morogoro.The customer service depend on who you will find that day. They are not rude but a little bit disorganized.

Terrible. I booked via a travel agency that paid the hotel upfront. I arrived at 9pm to be met with a clueless almost disoriented staff who seemed not to understand what booking via travel agency is. I was forced to pay in cash a second time and follow up with my agency for claims.

This nice place for conducting meeting, highly secured place, have nice meals not much traditional. Got good rooms with big space! Real nice

My visit to Flomi hotel was really nice, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and the meals were tasty and sweety!

CANT GRUMBLE!Excellent family rooms. Very neat and friendly services. The view is fantastic and customer service is great. Lovely Breakfast. The rates are reasonable. Enough parking for cars and security is pretty good :-)

It was my 1st time to be in here. And they gave me a room which i was not comfortable with cz it has this weird smell, so i went to the reception and ask if the next day the can shift to another room. The receptionist did even ask wat room am in, but she just give an attitude look and say i oky sir. The next morning around 08:00 i called the reception ask if they got a room for me,they said the have no such information and i heard voice of a lady saying tell him we cant shift him to another room..So i ask why,he said cz your room have been paid for 4 days so we cant shift u to another one.I was so disappointed with their attitude and behavior toward a customer. My meeting ended around 14:00 so i decided to go back to my room,i found a room was not clean while i left a tag on the door keep my room clean. This is the most worse customer care i have ever experienced.. The hotel looks nice but it has poor customer care especially with the Reception ..

Thus is like one of the best Hotels in Morogoro, very very accessible as it is just a minute walk from Msamvu Bus Station and you must see it as it is an eye catching place.

The place is very good and elegant, the design of the building make it more attractive. The best part is the Mountain View form your room, you will have amazing view of Uluguru mountains far from your room, you can take a clear photo, you will enjoy the view. Also the surrounding are safe for some of those who would like to exercize early in the morning, i.e jogging, and the weather is suitable also with a bit coldness in the morning but its get a bit warmin the afternoon. The hotel is located near Msamvu bus terminal and few kms from Morogoro town.
