Different is always exciting! Good food and cold drinks very different and that’s awesome!

Darts, Pool, Bags and Ping Pong...not to mention drinks and snacks. Had a lot fun.

Food was okay but the server was stinky. They support lgbt people

Ordered Jack Daniel’s “straight up” and our waitress asked if I wanted Ice. I told her no but she brought it with ice anyway. She seemed very put out, but went back and strained the drink into a glass. Not that I needed to explain but I told her I like my whiskey room temp and not watered down. She then told me “I’ll get you one, but I’m going to have to charge you for the second one I brought because you ordered twice”???? Didn’t even realize I ordered once and she was wrong twice. She lied and said their was no manager, but after some digging I found the manager. Needless to say I didn’t eat or pay for the drink I didn’t drink or order.

Cool place to eat, lots of varieties on hotdogs or build your own. Good food, good service. Cool atmosphere.

My over all experience was great.The place is awesome.Plenty to look at and games to play.The food was different then what Im used to but still enjoyed.

Since the new menu change it just isnt the same. We always loved the Flippers Nachos and the Pulled Pork Quesadillas. We fell in love with a lot of their lunch food options as well, but sadly it seems their menu is getting smaller and mostly offering Hot Dogs. I love their drinks and the atmosphere, I just wish the menu included the same options as before.

We Loved the dogs! Very filling. Great drinks! They have a couple of free pinball games and lots of board games. We had our kids with us and they were sufficiently entertained.

Not just a regular ol’ hot dog. Great atmosphere. Great food. And, their Malibu Sunrise is amazing! We will definitely be back!

On Google they state they open at 11 am on Sundays. They dont.. they open at 12 .. so we waited because pregnant women wanted their hotdogs only to find out on Sunday they changed their menu and dont serve them.. simply ridiculous

Super cool and super chill place. Nice staff. Good beer list. Dogs are cool and authentic. Sometimes toppings get a little wild it’s hard to eat. I’ll be back.

Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Pretzels and cheese were really good. Plus cute setting with all the different pinball machines to play on

Flippers was a really great experience. I was told that they are a hotdog place and I was kind of disappointed at first but after seeing the food and then trying it, I am far from disappointed. The staff does a wonderful job, the environment is fun, the drink I tired was amazing, and the food is delicious. Definitely would recommend

Food was hot fresh out of the kitchen. Chiltons were on point and went down smooth. A must try.

Honestly, my whole experience was terrible the only thing that salvaged it was the service of our waiter. The beer was warm and the food was meh. It took 2 hours for HOT DOGS, literally hot dogs to be made. I was so close to going back into the kitchen myself to make my food. Finally we had been there so long we asked for our food to be put in to go boxes and then it was cold. So add another 20 mins sitting in the window and cold food my first experience was very disappointing. Would 0/10 recommend this place and don’t think I’ll be returning in the future.

My wife and I took our 5 year old after a long day of shopping and driving around trying to decide where to eat. We hadnt been to Flippers in more than 5 years and Im so glad we stopped in. The beer selection is elite, the food is fantastic, and my daughter loved being introduced to pinball.We were very happy with the service and nothing disappointed. The shrimp tacos are the best Ive had in town, the green chile & cheese brat was delicious, and my daughter raved over the mac n cheese and hotdog. The mac was so good she didnt even notice the mild spiciness of it.Support this local spot and keep Flippers hopping!

This place is fun. Great waitstaff. Very attentive and informative. The atmosphere is fun and the menu is awesome. We enjoyed our meal and will look forward to coming here again. Excellent job y’all!

Nice little place. The pretzels and dogs are always good. Love going in there for some good fun on the pinball machines. I just wish the place was a little bigger. Sometimes I really want some pretzels and beer, but the place is packed.

Eccentric bar food is the key. If you want to try a huge selection of interesting beers while eating some great dogs this is the place for you. I would honestly eat here once a week if I was local just to try all the tasty links. You can taste the time and quality put into these hot dogs and the atmosphere and service are top notch. Just watch ordering too much as the portions are college athlete size.

Great awesome food and good beers and drinks. Love all the vege and vegan options for almost all their menu items. I couldnt say enough about the products they serve. Aesthetic is unique and really fun. Depending on when you go, the service can be great or terrible. The last 3 or 4 times Ive been, Ive waited 20+ minutes for a wait staff. Water is almost always forgotten, and some of my orders havent arrived. I would go here more if I the service was better.

So the hotdogs were absolutely amazing. Probably the best hotdog Ill ever dog gone have. The drinks however were poorly mixed and didnt really taste all that great. Im definitely gonna come back, but probably wont be getting the same, if any, drinks again.

I cant believe I have waited this long to try Flips! The food was excellent, I honestly was expecting your standard bar food, but was pleasantly surprised how upscale what they carried to us. Also thier back room has some great modern pinball games, you definitely want to bring some quarters when you visit. 10 out of 10 would grub again!

Highly Impressed! Flippers was recommended to me by my wonderful girlfriend who had visited a few times previously. We literally made a day trip to Lubbock just for this restaurant, and I was not disappointed. Inside the ambiance is laid back with a very cool design scheme that features old pinball machines. Service was rapid, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great selection of beers, and the food was amazing. It appears the menu focuses on brats, but does have other options, and the taste of all of these option I experienced were fantastic! Options are also available for those who prefer vegan/vegetarian diets. Will definitely be back, absolutely worth the 4 hour drive!

Went there today to try out the vegan hotdogs and they were amazing! We loved them so much that we are going back tonight with the family lol. So nice to have more vegan options!

Cool vibe & fun food. The hot totty bratwurst green chili stew, smoked guoda & onion crisps are tasty, spicy with a satisfying crunch. Good luck eating with your hands ;-Friendly & informative service.

If you are a pinball aficionado you need to come to this place and have a beer and a gourmet hot dog, all are handcrafted. Lots of cool pinball paraphernalia posted on the walls and they are tables also. The food was great the service was awesome and Ill be there again next time Im in Lubbock. Note this is a friendly place dont be afraid to walk in.

Bomb food and good drink deals! They have all these yummy fancy hot dogs and drinks like the Breaskfast Shot that is actually 3 shots, one with Jameson, one with Butterscotch Snops, and one with orange juice and a piece of bacon.

It a super cool place we had a great time the atmosphere is awesome!! The food was delicious the only issue I had was I asked the server Id the meal I wanted was spicy hot and he said no, but it was VERY hot!! I still ate it and it was good but very spicy!!

Cool place, oddball food flavor combos but still yummy. I got the waffle dogs (blueberry waffles wrapped around breakfast sausage, spicy orange marmalade, sriracha syrup, mustard, with rosemary tatter tots). Wonderful service and staff!

This is probably my favorite bar we visited in Lubbock! Very cool theme with so much attention to detail (especially love the oversized pinball "communal table"). The food was some of the best "bar food" Ive ever had and the beer selection was on point. Friendly wait staff and non-smoking--this place really is really top-notch! It was also fun that they played both the Tech game AND Mean Girls, so me and my husband both had something to watch ;-)

This place is awesome. Funky menu of hot dogs and sausages, the coolest dining tables around, great vintage pinball decor. The ONLY reason that I cant give it 5 stars is that they only have 4 working pinball machines in the back. Need a lot more. But, everyone should check this place out. You wont be disappointed.

Flipps never disappoints. Consistently good food, solid bar, and great beer selection. Dog friendly patio and the staff is wonderful. One of my go-to places.
