As a foodie I like to know all the rare and hidden restaurants. The Flint Crepe Company downtown Flint next to Blackstones is definitely on my list. I had the Monte Cristo and even finished off my friends plate (not sure what she had). Food was prepared quite quickly with ample volume to fill my large appetiteThe food is just the right deep sweetness that satisfies the sweet tooth of the child within us all yet also delicious meat flavor that satisfies the animal within. This environment is quaint and comfy. Any age, any pallette this place will quell the mightiest of eaters. Check out my photos, they look so yummy.

i always used to come here when I went to MCC and even through the pandemic their quality never changed, my mom recently came for the first time and she’s been wanting to go back asaphighly recommend!

They had gluten free and did what they could to make a low-sugar option. It was delicious. Cool place to go and great service!

First off, the staff was great, nothing wrong with them. But lets be honest, this place is getting really high ratings because its a crepe place in Flint and its trendy. Saturday and the wait for food after placing an order was over 30 minutes. I get waiting in line to order. Its Saturday morning. There were maybe 3 groups ahead of us. But its a crepe. They can be made pretty quick. The problem is the set up. They have two stations to make them. Thats it. So while my girlfriend and I are waiting and noticing that outside and inside, there are 6 groups without food, I cant help but think maybe it would be beneficial to have more than 2 stations. If you get a group of 4 and they order one or two each (which you might consider doing if you want to be full), you can see how it would quickly get out of hand. They make your drinks fast. The shaken iced espresso I had wasnt great. Extremely strong and bitter. Thats saying something because I love very strong coffee drinks. Girlfriends Arnold Palmer was just ok. The crepes were good. Not phenomenal. Over $20 for 2 crepes and 2 drinks. Both of us were still hungry after. Sure...the place is perfect if you want to post pictures on Instagram. But if you want some good food, at a good price, in a timely manner, Id skip it.

My favorite allergen friendly restaurant in Flint! Love that they have a seasonal menu! They have a great rewards coupon email newsletter to see what the new seasonal flavors will be each time they change.

Yummy crepes and great atmosphere! I got the cheese and mushroom crepe and the mushrooms, whatever kind they were, seemed fancy. My latte was also super good and the guy who took my order was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place for breakfast or coffee.

While in Michigan visiting my son, he took me to theFlint Crepes Company.I had the Turkey Club, he had one called The Wurst.Both were really good.A bit pricey, but just the right amount! :)

We both ordered the Monte Cristo crepes which along with the coffee was fantastic. Service was great and the ambience was very nice.

Loved it here! The staff was very nice and followed all order notes and the ambiance was amazing for dining indoors or outdoors. The berry cheesecake crepe was out of this world! So good! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Downtown Flint area!

So fast and so yummy. Unlike any other crepes ive had. They def know what theyre doing and theyre VERY kind here. Also an AWESOME vibe inside. 10/10 for sure

Food was 5 stars hands down every crepe is amazing! 4 stars because of the service: people were not in bad moods but not in good moods either maybe it was on off day this is the reason for 4 stars. Interior was extremely clean!

I treated my hubby out for a lovely brunch and I have to say, this did not disappoint. I had the Michigan Smoke and he ordered the Egg & Cheese with mushrooms and veggies. We both cleaned our plates!!! I will be dining here again quite soon.Also the staff were upbeat and welcoming. The food was delicious and worth stopping in to try for yourself.

Walking in from the street, I noticed a small sign that said paperless menu, scan the QR code for the menu. After fumbling around with all I was holding onto, I scanned the QR code, but there are menus directly inside. You walk in towards the left and to the order counter. I was greeted after standing for a while by a person who didn’t seem very pleasant. I was asked my name and which soda I wanted, but I had never heard of the sodas they had in the glass fridge on the floor (I’m 6’7” so it’s a struggle to bend over that farI got an orange (not sure the exact namesoda and proceeded to a table.The man who appeared to be the one who made my crepe and called my name was really kind. The crepe was absolutely delicious, and it was a wonderful little sit down place.There were lots of food items for sale and it’s beautiful inside with a few pieces of art. A great place to eat, I wouldn’t recommend large groups, just didn’t seem like there would be the room. Definitely worth a try if you love crepes or want to try one.

1st visit. Tried vegan crepes. Food was great. Bathrooms were sketchy. Nonetheless we plan to go back. I want to try the dessert crepes. You place your order and pick up your food at the counter.

The only thing disappointing about this place is that we didnt find it sooner! Stopped in for breakfast for three. Everything was excellent. Service was fast. Food tasted great, with fresh ingredients, good quality, and good atmosphere. So good! *chef kiss*

Amazing food, cool store, AWFUL MANAGER. Ive spoken to other customers who have had the same experience, its becoming a strong pattern here. The other employees are all nice but the hipster female manager/owner is a terrible person to employees and customers alike. I love the food and its worth every penny, but the manager/owner makes me struggle to give business to such a terrible manager/owner who cares nothing about their customers/workers.

EDIT: downgrade to 3 stars. Food is still excellent but the current manager is EXTREMELY RUDE. Every single time my kids and I go in there she is either rude to us or her own workers. She has such a toxic attitude problem I have discussed with several other customers and they all feel the same. Today (5.8.22, mothers dayshe asked take out customers to wait in the Atrium with no chairs for >30min. When my 4yo and I used the bathroom we couldnt be sure we didnt get called so we went inside. The manager immediately attacked us verbally saying "I see you didnt stay where you were supposed to"....2018 review: Excellent unique local restaurant. Their seasonal crepes are always good and the main menu and coffee won’t disappoint. The pinto is my favorite. Such quality and taste for $5. The bbq sauce they make for it is amazing and the sauerkraut is delicious and fits perfectly. The cinnamon sugar is a great pairing with a latte. They use a crunchy sugar which gives great texture. A must visit when in the area.

I have had this place saved on Google maps for about a year now. I will say it didnt disappoint. Everything is made fresh on sight with products that are thoughtfully sourced. We got the perogies crepe and the strawberry blueberry crepe. Perogies crepe was delicious the dill cream fresh took it over the top. The strawberry blueberry crepe was fresh and a great way to end our meal. I ordered the strawberry blueberry soda that was slightly sweet and not overly carbonated, a very nice soda. My husband got the buttered coconut latte and said he it was good. I love the seasonal menu which makes every season a new experience. We went on Sunday at a busy time, lunch rush. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere has a vibe. We will return and I highly recommend.

Although not living there currently, I was born and raised in Flint. Earlier this week, I returned to visit friends. On my way out of town I stopped at the Flint Crepe Company for breakfast. This place is a gem! The staff was very welcoming and engaging. I had the savory Hash crepe and it was delicious. Perfect flavors and hearty meal before a road trip. I loved the vibe of the space too, but that’s because I think that “hole in the wall” places are special. Highly recommend. Did I mention this place is a gem?

Such a unique eatery with amazing and delicious food. Be sweet or savory they are delicious. We tried both an egg & meat and a Mocha al a mode. We will be returning guests. Ohhhh dont want to forget the yummy latte as well. You truly wont be disappointed trying this hip place a shot.

Best crepes in Michigan hands down! Super yummy and the menu choices are wonderful. They offer a good selection of both dessert and protein meal options.The beverage menu is great with specialty coffees and teas. They use all eco friendly plates and flatware. They also sell a wonderful collection of Michigan made honey and other various treats. This little eatery is well worth a visit!

Great restaurant in downtown Flint! The crepes are excellent, and their robust flavors undoubtedly owe to the Companys use of high-quality ingredients. Delicious drinks are also offered. The atmosphere is relaxed. I really like how the table tops are made with pages from books; on this visit, the pages on my table were from a dictionary.

My first time here. I was a bit disappointed at the beginning as they did not have my favorite Nutella & Banana crepe but we’ve tried the Raspberry Danish and Strawberry Cheesecake and they were fabulous!!! This season they have a special crepe, Pumpkin Cheesecake that looks delicious and worth the try even though personally I am not crazy about pumpkin. Very friendly staff. Will return here every time I’m in the area.

Super accommodating and absolutely wonderful service! While they are a little on the pricey side, you definitely wont regret it considering what a responsible and smart organization this is. Everything here tastes fantastic but my favorite thing so far is the simple cinnamon sugar crepe with a scoop of their homemade ice cream on top! Okay yes the place has a hipster vibe but for the quality of the food and the customer service, it is definitely worth trying out!

This is my favorite place to eat in Flint. Their crepes are so good and the people there have always been so kind. If you want to try something different, do yourself a favor and go to the Flint Crepe company. They have sweet and "lunch" style crepes. I love their egg and cheese crepe (I get tempeh and greens addedbut I also try their seasonal crepes when they have them. Their lattes are also very good. Heres a pic from this past fall. I believe I had a seasonal crepe with squash and chickpeas and my bf had the Pinto.

Hard to see from the street if you are a 1st timer. There was no wait, the customer service was great especially since we hadnt been there and were a little slow cause we were trying to figure stuff out. The food was pretty awesome. Would love to make it back there soon.

Great crapes and nice little dining area and environment. It seems to always be busy when I stop in for a to-go order. My only knock is that you order, pick up your own food, and take care of your own stuff, but they still have an option to tip when you pay (always an option not to). They also sell some Michigan-made products on the way in.

Phenomenal! Best savory crepes Ive ever had not only in Michigan but in the entire country. The sweet Crepes were great too. But the Savory crepe was perfectly seasoned crispy cheese melted cheese it was just amazing. Do not miss out on going to this place.

Huge fan of this place! I got the Reuben crepe. Normally I think crepes, especially savory crepes, arent very filling, but this one was full of perfectly cured corned beef and delicious sauerkraut. The thousand island dressing on top was delicious and complemented the crepe well. Service was quick and friendly. $10 well spent.

Its easy to make a sweet crepe but I feel its difficult to make a savory and make it really good. I tried a savory called the cluckin carrot and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back! My kids licked the plate clean after eating the PB & Chocolate crepe.

So you come into the building and get into line, it seemed pretty busy- I was a little worried about getting a table, but it worked out. By the time we got our food ordered and got our drinks, a table opened up.The crepes were done quickly and looked just like they tasted, DELICIOUS! My crepe was full of nutella and espresso beans, topped with powdered sugar and a large scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled in chocolate sauce. Yum! (Pretty much dessert for breakfast)Its fairly noisy, and the atmosphere is very industrial/unfinished feeling. So Im not sure it would be a good place for a romantic outing, or a business meeting. It felt a little more like an a la carte lunchroom style restaurant.The prices seemed okay, but one crepe didnt seem like enough food. You may want to order two if you want it to hold you over until lunch.

Great place very easy to find in downtown area.We parked right out front and we were greated by a man asking for money. Once we got past that we headed straight for the restaurant. I ordered the ham egg and cheese and a Knickerbocker and a maple butter pecan latte, my wife ordered the Monte Cristo and free filtered water, and my son ordered the Knickerbocker and hot chocolate.My wife and son said that the hot Chocolate was the best. The food was great and the staff were awesome I will visit again.

Relaxed, modern atmosphere. Incredible food made from scratch.. the Monte Cristo was AMAZING. Top notch service too, they were helpful and friendly. Must try for Flint food spots.
