High-end steakhouse chain with aged prime beef & classics such as lobster tails & pork chops.
This restaurant was absolutely horrible! My family and I went there for our nephews birthday. Our waitress was horrible, and the service was even worse. We made our reservations online and were never told that any parties over 5 are not allowed to split up the bill. We had a party of 10. When we asked if we could split the check, which was around $2,000, we were told to figure it out or we can call the police! We were forced to tally up each persons cost and send it to one person. The manager then, after completely embarrassing my family and I, went to the other patrons tables and apologized to them because of us. At no point did we get loud or disrespectful. To be threatened with the police was demeaning, disrespectful, and just not warranted at all! I have never been treated so poorly at an establishment in my life.
The greeting when we arrived was great! My filet was undercooked but it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The salads and sides were great. The service was great…our server Jake was on top of things. Only suggestion…our table was near the stairs coming down from foyer. During our meal the hostesses came down with iPad and stood at the wall of our table and were discussing tables, pointing to iPad etc. We understand this is necessary but not hovering over our table. We turned our heads and they realized this, but only moved a couple of feet over behind a plant…still within earshot of us. There is probably a better place to do this without being so close to customers. :- overall we came there for a reason and we enjoyed our experience.
We were able to eat here for the first time Thursday night with another couple and originally planned a party of 8. Merissa was very accommodating and informed us that there were time restrictions on larger party so we reduced our party size to 4 with no problem. We went to the bar first and the two ladies made us my favorite drink, Jameson Pomegranate Martini with orange slice and the other couple ordered a BlueBerry Lemon Drop. Both drinks were very good and as we made our way to the table from the bar we were greet by CT and I believe Karnesha. Both of the servers were excellent and the food was well worth the anticipation. I am grateful that my manager Sean reminded me of this location being in Atlanta. My 11oz Filet was a great experience, next time I will request center cut if it is possible because I always forget to request this since I have just started back eating meat this year. I did get a second drink, the BlueBerry Lemon Drop made with Jameson. Great location, great staff, great atmosphere, and an excellent experience. Complimentary valet parking is a major plus when it comes to dining out so I’m glad they provide this service. I hate restaurants that charge you to park in the parking lot to come inside and eat their food.
My boyfriend and I went to Fleming’s Steakhouse to celebrate our birthday. From us entering the restaurant to the end of our meal, it was romantic and cozy. Our server was CJ very very nice guy and the other staff. We will definitely return for future special occasions. Perfect restaurant to celebrate important times. Mac and cheese is a must try.
Second time going to this Steakhouse and again EVERYTHING was on point, the Food, Ambiance, Staff etc was amazing. Thanks Chris for making sure everything was OK, next visit will be soon
Absolutely incredible! This is hands down my favorite restaurant to eat out at. Dining here is an absolute treat. The staff is always friendly and the food is incredible. You cant find a better steak! Will always look forward to coming back here.
Steak and Lobster Sundays:The service was absolutely amazing!!! From drinks and appetizers at the bar, which were perfect by the way, to the impeccable service at the table. We had the calamari and crab cakes for our appetizers. Both were cooked to just right. We both enjoyed the Sunday special - Steak and Lobster, Filet Mignon to be be exact. It comes with a salad and a desert. Well worth the $80 price. Sides are extra, but the cream spinach and the garlic mashed potatoes are a must have. This experience for my fiances birthday was everything I expected and more. This is now in my Top 10 favorite restaurants in Atlanta.Well done!Nicole Brown
Fine food, but the service was uncomfortable and disappointing. It was definitely one of those nights when the new hires take the floor, as it was clear the new hostess was learning the table numbers. While she originally guided me to the bar initially, the new host gladly adjusted and brought me to my table once I mentioned I wanted a booth. This was fine, she was sweet. But, when it came to the dinner service, the group at the bar seemed distracted by their own stories of adventures or a bad day that seeped into their work. I understand that camaraderie is essential for this business, but everyone seemed distracted. It wasnt busy and Im generally easy going and dont ever ask for much. At times, I felt asking for a small request to be bothersome, (I just wanted a couple limes). I asked for my steak to be put out early so I could have more time to think about sides as I ate. Two things happened, the served shuffled away before I was able to add a sauce to my steak...and...it was clear my steak was not put in because it ended up coming much much later when I eventually decided to order a side.To be clear, the food was fine. I got my steak medium, but next time Ill do medium rare since some portions felt a bit overdone. The Mac was great. The sauce was loose, but after cooling further, I was actually surprised at how well the mac and cheese was. The sauce for my steak was pleasant--the horseradish was a star and was well supported.I never got a refill on my water. The bread was thrown on the table with a few mumbling words I could barely make out. I wanted dessert, but by the time I finished my meal, I felt I had overstayed or was in the way.Maybe it was my appearance (I had a hoodie on with some sweats). I checked for a dress code before, to make sure I didnt disturb the vibe... I dont know. Maybe it was an off day. Next time Id get delivery or something.
Dine in for twosday dinner and our experienced were great and the steak is very well seasoned. Diffinatelycoming back for the next.
Dinner here for 2 on a Saturday night. We had a reservation for 6:45 and were seated promptly. Started with the lemon drop martini and the mule. Not pictured- calamari. To be honest, this was my least favorite dish. I would recommend a different appetizer. However, the chipotle Mac and cheese was AMAZING. Truly the best Mac I have ever had. Steaks were seasoned and juicy. Brussels had a ton of flavor. The carrot cake was absolutely delicious- I have had many carrots cakes and this one stands up. Overall, everything was perfect, but try a different appetizer. Will definitely be back.
Steak - cooked perfectly. Sea bass - very good. The mashed potatoes - awful -they were gummy brussel sprouts were ok at best but overcooked. In short the mains were good but took two stars off for the must avoid sides.Service was efficient and the hostess was nice. For the money, it should have been stellar.
From the moment we walked in the door, the experience was A+. We were there to celebrate my sisters birthday. Our server was excellent. She made sure everything went just as it should. This was a dining experience to remember.
From the moment I arrived for my evening at Flemmings the whole team made it special. From the valet to the hostess to our awesome server Kaji! I was dining for my birthday and they made sure to take every extra step to make me feel special! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was excellent. If I could give more then 5 stars I would but I would recommend this for anyone looking for a special night out! I will for sure be back!
This was my first visit and I was not disappointed. My original reservation was for three and was supposed to be dinner with coworkers to celebrate a promotion. The others canceled at the last minute and when I went to cancel I noticed they have a fee of $25 per person if you dont cancel before 24hrs so I found some replacements. So glad I did. Service was impeccable. Relaxed atmosphere.Appetizer offerings are geared towards shellfish items so if you have an allergy you should just stick to a salad or soup.Sides are shareable which is great. You get a decent size. Onion rings are enormous. Mashed potatoes are mashed and not whipped. Seasoned well. The steak ..... yummmmmI ordered the bone-in ribeye medium rare. Came out more medium but the flavor was so good. The texture and color reminded me of pork. Weird but still was good.SIL ordered a different steak something 16oz and his steak looked more like what my ribeye should have looked like. He ordered the calamari as an appetizer so he was full when his steak came so he took the rest home. He got the chili butter on top and loved it.Daughter got the filet. Came out very rare but they fixed it quickly and cane to he wthe table to offer her a salad or appetizer while saited. I love good customer service!Food was great. I will definitely be back!
I asked for a medium rare steak but it came out to be medium. It was a bit tough to chew on. My friend ordered a medium rare but came out fully cooked.Their chocolate gooey butter cake was beyond too sweet to consume past 3 bites. I could also feel the sugar granular when eating it.I expected better food quality considering their price range.
Our first time dining at Flemings and I can’t say enough good things. The food was amazing and highly recommend the Twosdays deal worth every penny and the portions are huge. But as great as the food was the service was even better. It wasn’t just our waitress that took care of us it was every staff member making sure our drinks were full and table cleared the entire time. Haven’t had service that great in a long time. We will definitely be back!!
Fleming’s did not disappoint as we celebrated my sister’s birthday. Our steaks were excellent and our server Raus was so pleasant and took good care of us. The manager ( I wish I knew her name came by to check on us as well. They went the extra mile to make the celebration memorable. One of the best steakhouses in Birmingham.
Flemings has consistently provided excellent service & quality food for years. I have celebrated many occasions there and will continue to do so.
The hosts weren’t very friendly and the valet could have been more professional. The food was ok, not the worst but not the best steak. All of that aside, Richard was the best server I have ever had, and would be the reason I would give the restaurant a second chance. Completely professional, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and the best part of our experience.
I love flemings I have been coming here for a while now. But my last experience made it to I will not come back. The manager black short bald guy, told my mom that my sister and I was dressed “too casual” for the restaurant. Even though we both had on dresses and also I looked up the dress code beforehand just to make sure. Which you don’t have a dress code, than to make things worse a customer was in the dining room in a logo tee shirt, jeans and flip flops. But me and my sister were “too casual”. Also some of the food came out hot fresh off the grill than the other items were warm. We spent 600 dollars here so I expect hot food. The main issue for me was the manager, don’t pick and choose who is dressed right and who is not. And also on your WEBSITE should be a dress code than if your trying to tell people what to wear. Made my experience uncomfortable and felt discriminated against so will never come back.
Flemings has to be by far the best steakhouse in America. They dont just focus on the steak or the drinks. Their service can not be beat. If I could give them a Michelin star it would be 5 stars for certain. My friends and I will be lifetime guests. Thank you for making us feel special.
Great food, great service. Steaks are à la carte and the sides are generally large enough to split with 2-3 people. The staff did an amazing job accommodating our party of 8 out celebrating various events with Champagne, dessert, and a printed photo in a Flemmings border display. Top notch.
This place was amazing. A must go. Or drinks experience was fantastic. We went for my birthday and our waiter CT was everything you could hope for. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He recommended certain items and all of them were great. We the Tomohawk Tuesday special and we couldnt finish this meal. Were will be going back. Thanks to CT and the rest of the staff for making my birthday awesome.
Great experience. Great food, great service and they went overboard to make our Bride feel special. The bridal party took the bride out for dinner and the staff made her a sign for her seat at the table and they provided us with a complimentary Champagne Toast. It was a 10 star experience. Thank you Flemings!
Service at bar was great... enjoyed ceasar salad, bone-in ribeye, asparagus and carrot cake.Been to this location a few times over the years, but food tonight was spot on delicious, exceptionally prepared, steak cooked perfectly to medium rare, and the cake tasted super fresh like it was just made.Id recommend and plan to go back.
Im not one to write reviews but I am compelled to do so as our experience was beyond phenomenal. The staff and manager went above and beyond to ensure that my husband enjoyed his birthday. This was our first time visiting Flemings and Every aspect far exceeded our expectations. We Love great steaks and have eaten at some of the best around but more importantly, the service was the star of the evening. We are looking forward to returning and becoming consistent patrons.
The crab cakes were one of my favorites. The sauce gives off a hint of spicy and bold flavor. The tomahawk was cooked perfectly. We ordered a side of mushrooms, Mac & cheese & Brussel sprouts. I took video clips only so I wasnt able to show our entire set up.
Celebrate our daughter birthday, Foods are delicious, server are good.
Reservations are greatly encouraged. Bring ur wallet and patience. Has good waiter, and food was excellent but expansive. When you order steak, thats all u get. My sides were $15 apiece. Restaurant decor wasnt as extravagant as I expected.
The food was phenomenal. Tomahawk was extremely juicy. The Mac & Cheese literally melted in my mouth. Pork belly was cold but i could still taste the greatness. Brussel sprouts were tasty too.
My husband and I went here for “Valentine’s Day”, I called the restaurant to let them know we would be 10-15 mins late due to traffic which they were very understanding about. Once we got there I checked us in and we only waited a few minutes while they got our table ready. The food was delicious! Those Fleming potatoes were bomb!!!! They were so good!!! The steak was cooked very good and our drinks had me feeling good! I would def recommend this place for a date night.
We dined here for NYE and it was exceptional! I enjoyed everything - food, service and ambience. He had the Tomahawk, I dont typically eat beef but I tried it and loved it! It was perfect, well seasoned and cooked medium. Definitely cannot wait to return, highly recommend for date night or special occasion.
Exceptionally good restaurant. Steak was on point along with sides. Service was excellent. Will definitely be back again.
I didnt have a great experience tonight. I had the filet and creamed spinach for a side and both were OK. The carrot cake was good though. I did like the portion sizes. The waitress was inattentive. She didnt follow up after I received the steak and was already asking if I was getting dessert. She completely ignored me after I finished and I had to flag her down for the check and wait almost 5 min more to get it. I wont come back.
I went out with my sisters for a girls night out and Flemings did not disappoint! The food was outstanding and the service was even better. The portion sizes were plentiful, definitely shareable. Some of my favorites were the sweet chili pepper calamari, blueberry lemon drops, and the lobster tails ( which they will remove the shell for youI will be back!
We had such an amazing time celebrating with friends Our server CT was simply amazing. The food recommendations have become our new go to menu items and our server placed the icing on the cake. I definitely recommend Flemings Prime Steakhouse for your dining pleasure. Our entire experience was nothing short of amazing. Do yourself a favor and visit the amazing restaurant.
Excellent experience and excellent service. The staff was professional, polished, but didnt make me feel like the clumsy one. Exactly what I expected from fine dining.I was with my company for our Christmas celebration and we had an excellent time. The steak was cooked exactly as I ordered it, but Im not going to lie - the most delicious thing on the table was the side of mac and cheese. Also, classiest birthday dessert I have ever seen.
Made a reservation for 5:30PM and had to wait an hour. Once seated the food was good. The starters were good. The main course was good too. Desserts were good. Parking in front of the restaurant was tight, but theres plenty of parking around the corner. My daughter and I both had upset stomachs during our visit. Will probably not return.
Had the tomahawk and it was cooked to perfection. All of the appetizers(especially the calamariweve had were just as good. Service was outstanding.
My visit to Flemings was nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail in decoration made celebrating my partners birthday that much more special. The Prime Tomahawk was cooked to perfection and the Chipotle Mac and Brussel Sprouts were sublime as well. The carrot cake was a perfect finish to a beautiful evening. We will be regulars!
Placed an order on door dash and the burger was requested cut in half and cooked medium and extra ketchup. Burger is well done and came with no condiments; the ketchup isn’t even enough for the fries. It tastes pretty decent though.
We came here basically to get out of the house and to combat boredom. I cannot explain why we came to a steakhouse and did not order steak. Go figure. But we had a fine meal. Michael was a superb server. We each had wine or bubbly, then apps of crab cakes and calamari, then wedge salads and lobster bisque. All fantastic, but no room for entrees. Our bad. Lesson learned = don’t order appetizers.
The entire dining experience was fabulous! We were greeted and seated with no issues whatsoever. When we got to the table and saw the birthday wish card my heart melted. My daughter’s dad passed 3 years ago. And seated with her and I are his siblings (her aunties & uncles). She’s an only child who tries so hard to make others around her happy. Last night, it was an honor to see everyone make her happy and make her feel like the special kid she is in her birthday. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs. We didn’t have to ask for anything because he was already on it each & every time! The food was amazing. The brussel sprouts, the Fleming’s potatoes, the bone-in ribeye, the mac & cheese, and the drinks were all exceptionally tasty!!!! Matter of fact, I’m about to eat my leftovers now. The blueberry lemon drop is the drink to get! I can’t wait to come back without my daughter for some “Mommy time”. Everything was lovely. The atmosphere was very welcoming. I didn’t feel judged or out of place as I often do when I dine at finer establishments. I’m beginning to be a foodie unintentionally; I just love great food and great service! Keep up the great work, Team!
Today we celebrated my wifes anniversary at this place and it was amazing and unforgettable. Perfect service and the way how everyone treats you. Christopher T is the best and were really happy that he took care of our evening. Yet the evening was full of surprises and this is awesome.Steaks are great and everything is very delicious. Lava cake is just perfect. I have no words to describe how happy was my wife when she tried it.Thanks a lot to all staff in this gorgeous place. Highly recommended and well come again for sure
Went for the Wagner Family wine dinner. It was fantastic. Marcus was our server. He timed everything very well. We never felt rushed and at the same time there was a long wait between courses. First course was Burrata topped with a parmesan crisp and lobster meat. It had a lot of lobster meat. Next course was coconut crusted fried pork belly. OMG that could have been dinner and I would have been happy. Chipotle sauce on the side nice sweet smokey combination. Entree was a filet with bone marrow and farrow with asparagus. The filet was so tender you didnt need a knife. The wine pairings were fantastic! We were so full we couldnt eat the orange olive oil cake for dessert. Great meal and I personally feel like it was a great value. Will definitely come back. I am thinking for the Tomahawk Tuesday.
Absolutely wonderful and prompt service. Our server Rachel and Casey were amazing and so sweet. The food was delicious, fresh and piping hot. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
Flemings is by far the best restaurant Ive ever been to. I took my wife for her birthday this past weekend and we were not disappointed. Everything was exceptional. Drinks, service, and food were top notch. We started off with a couple of drinks. I ordered the old fashioned which came out on a covered tray filled with smoke. Once uncovered, the aroma reminded me of a camp fire. My wife ordered a strawberry margarita with casa amigos tequila. I will say, I wasnt expecting this drink to be $22. Casa amigos isnt an expensive tequila, so that caught me off guard when I saw that price on the bill.We started off with the calamari in a sweet chili sauce as an appetizer and they were amazing. We both had the Caesar salad for starters. I chose the bone in ribeye topped with the diablo shrimp, loaded baked potato and we shared the chipotle lobster mac and cheese. My wife selected the surf and turf with the bone in ribeye topped with the diablo shrimp and the lobster tail on the side. Everything was cooked to perfection. Especially the steaks. Ordered medium rare and they came to the table medium rare. We were so full we had to take a lot of the meal home. Our server Victoria was very attentive and just an overall pleasure to have as our server for the evening. She knew the menu well and was funny to converse with. She definitely took care of us.Our overall experience was A+++++ and we will definitely be back. Of course on another special occasion because I cant afford to come here every week lol.
Our dinner was exceptional. We’ve been to the location in Las Vegas and very happy to see this location in Ga. We were not disappointed. The food was exceptional and our server Marcus was awesome. I spoke with a manger early in the week about the reservation and every employee we encountered gave us great customer service. We will definitely return.
My goodness!!! I had such an amazing experience at Flemings! Our waiter was Casey and he went above and beyond for us. He exceeded our expectations in every way that you could imagine. We had questions about the menu, he answered them all very patiently. Every single suggestion that he made about the menu was a HIT! He raved about the Cajun Cowboy Ribeye special.... so we both got it because neither of us wanted to share something so apparently good. He did not lie!! It was amazing. We added lobster tail to our meal and the chef made that cajun as well. We also ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese, as well as the Fleming Potatoes. Both sides were REALLY good.. and they were HUGE. We finished the night off with a piece of the carrot cake. I dont even like carrot cake... but this one was so good! For drinks, we had champagne and strawberry margaritas. I honestly couldnt be more pleased with my experience. We do not regret a single penny that we spent that night. The staff was so sweet and welcoming. I cant wait to return!
5 star service to say the least of this fine dining experience. The staff were attentive, courteous and prompt. The dining atmosphere was cozy and laid back and the social distancing measures in place were notable but not intrusive. I enjoyed Mommy daughter time on 1/12/2021 during dinner service. It was Tomahawk Tuesday and we took FULL advantage of the offerings which includes a 3 course meal anchored by a 35 oz. Tomahawk steak seared to perfection, plated with a bed of asparagus and served with the choice of 2 available side dishes. We chose the creamed spinach and lobster mashed potatoes. We chose as our appetizer, the crab cakes, which were served with a scrumptious sauce. Our server was Chris. He was a big guy with an even bigger personality and a great penchant for fine wine discourse. The wine taste offerings were delectable and much appreciated. My daughter enjoyed a blueberry lemon🍋 drop as a starter cocktail and ended the night with a divine Chocolate Martini. Meanwhile I reveled in the titillation of a French Bellini. We were both too far extended beyond our appetite to take dessert at the restaurant and so Chris packed up our New York cheesecake with caramel drizzle (not pictureto go. The overall experience was oozing with positivity!
