Very comfortable 😌 Amazing dishes and fun loving staff. every minute food is always being refreshed. HIBACHI GRILL AND SUSHI IS EXTRA AN BONOUS INCLUDED. 😋 BLOWS AWAY CENTRAL AVE AND BRONX BUFFETS.

First time here. It was decent. Lots of choices. It was very busy on a Thursday night. We went for dinner to celebrate a friends birthday. I plan to come back again with my family.

Food was cold no flavor not like before the the claw machine thats in the lobby is an absolute rip off they have used and dirty stuff dolls in there. SMH

I can say with all honesty that their calamari was some of, if not, the best tasting Ive ever had. It had flavor and wasnt too chewy. Their friend chicken is also delicious. And the price is something that is truly super on point. Go here and enjoy yourself

These people act like your gonna run off on them and they ask for tip and are rude as hell and the food isn’t even that good

I enjoyed myself there me and my family the food was great thats all kind of assortments Chinese food American all you can eat for a great price and the service was very good

Ignore the indentured servitude status of the staff and their clear mistreatment by management and focus on the bountiful portions and fair price. Dont use the bathroom (although make sure there is one close when you leave as you will need it... the food is tasty but not exactly easy on the GI track...)Bonus points as it is a great place to bring young kids where they can learn to be out and eat at a restaurant with less pressure than most fancier locales

My family enjoyed this buffet restaurant.The y have a large selection of food.The best part are their ice cream are INDIVIDUALLY cup!! Hershey cup ice cream and some assorted ice cream on a stick.They got flan too.

Lots of food. Large selection too. Place is well organized and clean. Attendants were very polite and helpful. Really enjoyed it.To family again and was not disappointed.

If youre into buffet this is the right one, the place is big and crowded its clean and organized, they have a big and great selection of food I really loved it and definitely recommend it, this will be one of favorite Buffet from now on

The reason for my 2 star is not because of the food quality. The food quality is good.The reason for my 2 star rating is because of the unprofessionalism of the servers and I hope this is brought to the managers attention. The servers watch you 24/7 while at your table eating. Not only that but you feel very rushed. We still were eating and they put the bill in front us! Totally unacceptable. This is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. As a server you are to wait until Im done eating and ask you for the check. Not try to rush me out. Not only that but when they do that I do not tip because of the rudeness and then they look at the bill tip section with an attitude. Staff needs retraining on customer service!Youre going to lose business acting this way.

I went to the Flaming Grill buffet and eat a lot of plated food twice and it was real good.

I loved the food options in this place. The service was typical for a buffet in Mt Vernon but extremely respectful. Thats all I ask. Thank you

Mediocre, good selection of food but I easily get full. I’m suspecting their calamari is not real squid lol just my two cents. I usually come here empty stomach. Something in their food makes you feel full easily

The food I ate was tasty; Im still a little leery of the buffet aspect, but it was ok. However, I didnt care for the way they do the Hibachi/Teriyaki food; there shouldnt be a line to wait for your order. If they converted a couple of the booths in the back to the traditional Hibachi setup, it would be preferable.

I gave 5 stars for overall rating. They have so much diff foods (seafood sushi steak etc.)and our waitress was very nice and attentive. The only bad thing i can say is that upon arrival they were going to seat us, half my party in one section and the other half way in the back. When we said we would rather sit together one hostess tells the other that its because we didnt wanna pay the gratuity. She was rude and very offensive.

Me and my family love this buffet. We come here multiple times a year. The food is always good, they have a great selection of dishes to try,There always replenishing any food that gets low, the price is fair for all that they serve and they are very attentive to there customers.They stay on top of clearing your table and refilling your drinks. I know most people dont tip much when visiting a buffet because they feel they do most of the work themselves but I always leave atlease a 18 percent tip when I visit this buffet because they honestly deserve it. They actaully put in the work to make sure you have a great experience. This review is honestly long over due. Its really a good buffet so I would say if you like buffet style meals give this place a chance. You wont regret it. Keep up the good work guys !! Me and my family love it here.

It was very clean, the food was Excellent. The Service was right on point. If I asked for something it was brought to my table immediately. Without hesitation....., & The staff were very friendly as well as polite!!! I TOTALLY recommend any & everyone to try this place!!!! You will enjoy....👍👍👍☺️☺️☺️

Went there once and the food was good. But they need more supervision on the food because I saw a child lick the utensil provided to serve one of the cakes put it back and walk away like nothing.

A little higher priced than other buffets Ive been to, but all of them have been outside NYC so that is understandable. The dinner buffet is around $17 per person. They have sushi which is ok, shrimp and broccoli beef were good. Appreciate that they had a freezer full of ice cream bars

Great food, every thing clean. My only dislike was the automatic charging of a 20% tip just because we were more than 7 people, thats what our server said n it was already part of our bill. This is a buffet which food is Not brought to the table. Surely a tip is in place but thats for the customers to decide how much. So our bill was $226, with the $44 imposed tip our bill jumped to $270.. not kool. The customers right to Express gratitude n what we can afford as a tip should not be imposed upon us.

By far the absolute best buffet I’ve ever been to. They are the best on covid guidelines and the best where getting fresh, hot food is concerned. On top of that, they are honest and attentive. I left my phone here and they legit held my phone until I came for it and made sure it really belonged to be by asking me to open it and show them a pic of me in it. Who does that? If it were elsewhere, no offense but it would’ve been stolen if turned over to staff. I enjoyed every min especially the sushi and coconut shrimp.

I like it but waitress never refilled our drinks. Alot of food to choose from and it was very tasty.i dont know if this has happened to anyone but when I paid the bill my change came back a dollar short! I will probably go back but I need better service and my correct change. I didnt leave a tip because I did not know if it was the waitress or cashier in the from that took my dollar. 1 buck x 100 ppl = $100. I wish they had soft served ice cream but its fine. Overall (yes I will go back).

I’ve eaten here quite a few times and I’ve been pleased with each visit. The food is always hot & fresh, and they have a vast variety of dishes to choose from. The dining areas are kept very clean, as well as the buffet areas. Their prices are decent, so yes, I definitely recommend this place!

I have not really enjoyed buffet style food before. For a first experience, I must say I was truly impressed. Their prices are reasonable, and their food is extremely well prepared. I tasted many of the different foods presented here. Every food was excellent taste and texture wise. Nothing over cooed, and staff was very friendly. The establishment as well impressed me. Very clean, and properly sanitized. This is a place I recommend to all who enjoy Chinese style food. Thank you Flaming Grill for such a great experience.

This is was my first time in the restaurant. I loved the food and the service provided. The restaurant is very clean. I Went with my family and they also enjoyed the delicious food I definitely will go back again 😋 ☺

My last review was 3 years ago when they first opened. I gave them 5 stars. Unfortunately Im giving them 1 star this time around. The staff is very friendly still. They take the necessary covid precautions. But the food quality as declined. The shrimps where not cleaned. & I had some fried chicken that was pink inside. I did not get ill or anything. I just hope the food quality goes back up.

This buffet place has a large selection of food to choose from and the food is GOOD!! It is very cheap to eat here and the staff are always polite and friendly and are always making sure your beverages are topped off and empty plates removed from your table. The place is large inside and very clean.

Great buffet with lots of options, even at lunch. Hibachi station with shrimp, beef, chicken and spicy chicken is delicious. Many tables full of great food, there was so much I got too full to try everything I wanted. Lots of fresh seafood options as well. We went for lunch during the week and you get so much food for only $12. Highly recommend.

Great family style dining. Wide assortment of dishes, salads, sushi and desert to choose from. Loved the hibachi grill!Clean angrill Clean and well lit. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I visited for first time and I had fabulous time. Pretty relax and decent pricing for buffet which include hibachi as well.

Amazing! Food was great!Lots of choices both entree and desserts. Place was clean and price was decent. Also waitresses were nice and quick to help. wait time for a table on a sat was not too bad either.

The food is great! The location is big. It’s always fast service and parking is available. I go there a lot for the carry out buffet.

First time at the Flaming Grill franchise. A cheap, no frills place if you want to stuff your face. It was just okay. There are lots of choices for those that are picky. Service was good with no wait, no issues. Hibachi was okay. Steak is a little chewy. Just beware of the massive salt intake. I love salt but wow. I guess its the point of these buffet style restaurants, as to drink more and fill up fast. Its reasonably priced and on site parking is available. In all cheap eats similar to take out.

So as Buffets go......this place has a great turnaround where the bins of food stay hot, filled, full and fresh. Theres a great deal of diversity from sushi to fish options. The hibachi section is great and the sweets casts.Plus the pricing dont hurt. Especially on Sundays!

Last minute find! I must say it was good! We went on a Saturday evening it was crowded.. plenty of space and seating... No complaints here the people were nice. The food was really good! The fruit was sweet! Ice cream was tasty.. I think we found a new spot!!!

This is the best buffet ever. The amount of food to choose from is great. You can also pick a piece of meat or fish and they will cook it for you with your choice of vegetables. Service is great and the restaurant is very clean.

Flaming Grill is pretty good as far as buffets go. They primarily serve Asian cuisine but American dishes can be found here as well. As for the food itself it is decent. Taking a bite of this food does not change your life for better or for worse. After taking a bite you don’t go “oh my this is absolutely amazing”, nor do you go “oh that’s terrible” rather your response is something more along the lines of “it’s decent/ good”.The dining room is beautiful and the service is prompt. Tables were cleared at an incredibly fast pace; granted it was not especially busy when I ventured into this establishment.All in all it is a decent place to get food that’s is not expensive and very filling.

The Mount Vernon city, now has a decent buffet , many options: meats, salads, desserts, hibachi grill, good price and friendly staff.

This is now my favorite buffet restaurant ❤️ Food is always fresh and plentiful I particularly go for the seafood crabs 🦀 shrimp 🍤 are cooked to perfection with lots of flavor. All the food is delicious, the customer service is excellent and the price is right 👍🏽 #regularcan’tgetenough !!!!

Atmosphere is very friendly and clean staff is very friendly and welcoming. The price for the food is very very affordable, the food taste very good..You will get your moneys worth here.. I would rate it 10/10 its a nice place for celebration or a nice little date night. Its very close to public transportation they have parking..I would recommend this place esp for persons on a budget . 👍👍👍👍

Hostess very friendly but waiters and waitresses arent. They have a lot of food for a buffet but Im a vegetarian so I cant judge most of there food. What I ate was ok but I doubt Ill be going back unless Im going to hang out with my friend. And out of the desserts I tried the icecream sandwich was the best. And the fruit was fresh.

Pretty clean and a good selection of food, serving traditional american food, japanese, chinese. Hibachi is great!. The station where they have the cakes is well presented and nicely displayed. Loved all the food and the variety they offer.Parking is free :)
