Great place. Good place to invest.

Enjoyable atmosphere, great service, wide variety of slots. Food was amazing, I didnt have the dessert but it looked delicious as well. Bring your ID for entry and walk with a utility bill for a members card. Metal detector and temperature check in place for your safety. For the smokers, I suggest you go somewhere else because that section would kill you faster than the cigarette itself. Better ventilation is needed.

Ambience was great, however the payout is little or none at all....very disappointing....Im aware that Im not going to cash out every time but to not cash out at all is rediculas...... management really need to address this as five star is no longer any different from the smaller casinos..,..visited to many times and left on a sour note.....

The staff can sometimes be rude, unwelcoming and inefficient. The judge you according to your appearance betting capacity. Staff needs retraining in customer service.

This was my first time coming to this trincity mall location. I decided to give this chain another chance after the terrible experience at the Shops of Arima location. As I walked in I was greeted with a smile, which I truly appreciated. I always believed when youre going into places like casinos where you can either win or lose money your night can be influenced by the vibe of the people around you. I wasnt attended to right away when it comes to drinks, but thats okay, cause the server made up for it with his attitude, (Chris I believe his name was. His whole demeanor was just... YES! As well as most of the other staff members. Theres even a little area where you can get pastries and coffee which is HIGHLY appreciated after gambling in the wee hours of the morning. 100% I will come back again and whoever has an interest in going to the casino Ill bring them right here as long as I keep getting this great service when I visit. Isnt it amazing what a simple smile can do?. I had a WONDERFUL time here.

Although my stay wasnt long I had a very wonderful time, staff was always friendly and there was actually some awesome games.

My membership was suppose to hv at least 350 because about 3000.only to realise that after removing my card it only had 50 registered. I spoke to both one of the front desk person as well as the technician and none of them offered any assistance. It really hurt me. That all the,money people lost and just to take time to adjust and seek a customer interest fall on deaf ears so unfortunate.

Waitress should try to attend to all customers to ensure all are served

The waitresses were not giving excellent customer service on Saturday night. They were forgetting my drink orders.

Dinners are served nightly and the casino workers are very professional, however payment are far and few between. The cocktail waitresses are awesome.
