Five Guys Luxembourg in Diekirch

Myself and my girlfriend got burgers and chips. I found the Cajun chips a little much, but it was a nice alternative to plain chips. Burger was juicy and tasty. Chocolate milkshake was okay but very syrupy. Very Americanised atmosphere as is to be expected. Glad to have finally seen what all the hype was about but wouldnt be rushing back in a hurry.

Nice burger, really good customizable milkshake and fair price.Its quite noisy, but its kind of expected.

Good burger and very good fries

Im in love with this place.I have been to several different five guys, and every one of then was great, but this is my best experience on a five guys yet!Superb milkshake, overflowing fries, burgers that actually taste like good ones you make at home, a never ending flow of soda...I will be back to say the least

It may be expensive, but the fries and soda do make the meal pretty good for a lunch. I like the idea of picking up individual ingredients for your burger. The staff were nice and they spoke good English.

Absolutely delicious! Asked for extra pickles and actually received a good amount (rare these days)! Will be going back 💕

Hamburger is really great, french fries is one of the best Ive ever had. It actually doesnt look like a normal fast food chain.

Very good fast food place, the burgers are very good and the fries portions are veery generous (ask for a small one if youre having a hamburger, its already a lot!). The only thing that makes me not give 5 stars is the price. Its a little too much, although the quality of the food ia amazing.Just one last thing: if youre allergic to peanuts, dont go.

Been here two times. First time was not that good, second time i could say its bit better. I liked it. More expensive than McDonalds and Burger King but also more flavored and juicy meat. The only concern is the dirty grill that you have to close your eyes to and enjoy the burger. Employees are overwhelmed with orders and i think the restaurant needs more employees. There are only like 4 of them, i think at least 3 are needed, the orders are a bit slow due to the inflow of orders. First time i dont remember what i had was 4 years ago, this time i had little bacon cheeseburger. Hungry as hell, the burger was excellent. Fries scattered everywhere in the box but whatever. Impression is improving. Now the hard part is finding parking.

Very nice food, a definite must if you are in Luxembourg.

As always Five guys is one of the best option for vegitarian people like me and having the good taste of fries, that they offer.Sandwich (Burgeris also good and heavy. So you can use this for lunch or dinner also .

Fancy fast food burgers and fries. Very tasty and a lot fresher than their main "rivals". Its a bit off to complain about too big portions but it is a bit misguided (in Europeto call it a hamburger and a small hamburger. The "hamburger" is huge and the "small hamburger" is more of the normal size than small. I dont eat at five guys very often and I always manage to forget how big the regular burgers are between visits. Calling them double and single might be an idea..It is also 2022, dont force your staff to cover their tattoos.. its ridiculous.

August 2022:Still a very good burger restaurant in the city. Tasty burgers, fries and milkshakes. Free mayonaise and ketchup. Free refills on soda drinks. Clean restrooms. Their white papers with crayons are fun to make some drawings and put them on the board. I miss their peanuts though. American Express accepted. Pricey but good.July 2019:Pricey but nice burgers and fries. Their milkshakes with whipped cream are pure gold! Delicious. Beware that the burgers do fill you up easily. Unlimited free soda refills on the soft drinks. Lots of seating space and clean toilets. Love their salted free peanuts too. Burgers are between 11 and 13 euro each, milkshake 6 euro, fries 3/4/5 euro depending on the size.

The burger and fries are pretty good. However I believe that a castelos chain should not be so expensive, even with its quality. Surely it should be more expensive than Mcdonals but as much as a burger in a restaurant? No. Secondly, I did not enjoy the peanuts smell. I’m strictly allergic and I was there for a birthday but found it hard to enjoy even at the back of the room. I understand it’s a bit of my problem but maybe they should have an area where it smells less

Delicious food, but a bit on the pricy side for fast food4/5

This is the third time we ordered food from Five Guys and were brought the wrong kind and wrong size of fries. When trying to call them, they dont pick up the phone. Not recommended to order online.

Compare to the one in Paris - the burgers were disappointing 😞 But their fries are really homemade and still the best of the best!

5Gs away from every other burger restaurant place in Luxembourg

The burgers are really good, so if you like burgers, you should certainly give it a try. Its great that you can choose your extras too.The downside is that everything costs about twice as much as in McDonalds, so its really expensive for fast food. Meals for two people will be around 50€.

I like their breadless option. Overall good burger. Although their was just one person before me, i had to wait for some time. Although that might be because the burger was freshly cooked.I liked the fact that i can get a hamburger without bread. Which is a nice low carb option if you go easy on the sauce. Taste was good, but nothing special.

Burger was great. Fries were barely warm unfortunately. And half the soda machine was empty. Still 4 stars because I enjoyed the burger and hours are better than the local places that were all closed

great food and fast, the place is clean and you have infinite refill

Great all around menu, staff is efficient and the prices are considered a bit more expensive than a fast food for a burger overall better than a fast food... I recommend if you have a small tummy to take an hot-dog, they are great!UPD: went and ordered a large fries and they just gave a cup not full and no fries in the bag... one of the burgers was falling a part asked if they could redo it ... made it again or just reshuffle it ... notice the cheese was not even melted on this burger... really disappointing

Well, once you have burger and fries at Five Guys, its slightly difficult to appreciate the same at any another fast food restaurant. They make their own patties in their live open kitchen. Fries are superb too and they have a board that specifies the source of the potatoes used for that day. You can go ahead with any amount of add ons for free, same for the drinks. The lady at the counter was helpful and patient. I usually avoid using washrooms in public places, but the washrooms were very clean. Overall, our experience was good and we plan to visit again.

Most expensive burgers Ive had.My husband and I were quite tired from traveling and walking around town and wanted to get something to bring back to the hotel room to eat so we choose to get some takeout.The burgers were roughly 14 euros each and for 2 burgers and 1 large fries, we spent 34euros......Im sorry but that is so expensive and more than the meal we had the night before in Brussels at an actual restaurant.As for the service, they were very friendly, spoke English as well.The food was very good and it was more than enough for the two of us for dinner.

Meh.The basis, that is the bun and the meat patty, are real let-downs.The bread is an average Burger King-like bun.About the meat: they start to smash it, but dont go all the way, so it just comes out like a flat burger, no real "crust" involved (clearly overcooked, just like in your average fast-food chain).The actual burger is saved by the bacon, onions and pickles: you could literally just eat these alone.So, just go to Burger King or McDonalds and get one of their pricier burger: you will have more or less the same result, but will pay less.Or, pay the same and get some much better burgers elsewhere.On the contrary, their fries are great and the portion is quite generous. I didnt check, but if they had loaded fries (without their cheese, which is useless as well, Im afraid), I would actually be there often.The free refill on drinks is the real star, because you can actually play and create your own flavours. (They have the same kind of machine at Burger King and somewhere else, but no free refill, so youre limited in this respect.)Bottom line: Burger BIG NO, Fries BIG YES, Free refill YES

Nice burgers with lot of fries. Same quality as every Five Guys.

While it is a chain similar to Burger King or McDonald, this should not lead to the conclusion that the quality is the same.The relatively straightforward menu offers burgers, sandwiches, fries and milkshakes. The burger can be topped individually with different sauces or vegetables. The food tastes a lot better than McDonald or Burger King (or Quick). The meat paddies are juicier and delicious.More expensive than other burger chains, but in my opinion the price is in relation to the quality.The milkshakes are also recommended and are very filling.

What can I say, I love this place. The burgers can be customized to your liking with anything you can imagine and are quickly ready. The Cajun fries are almost to die for and my personal favorite is the unlimited refills from the coke machine which has pretty much unlimited choices. You want sugar free Fanta berries but without bubbles, no problem! And if you are not full after your burger, fries and gallons of drinks, there is a milk shake with bacon on the desert menu as well 😮

Meat was perfect, very nice experience. Totally recommend this place if youre looking for a good burger!

The Service was amazing food came out quick. It was definitely worth the hour drive, the food was fresh and the milkshakes were delicious! 10/10 recommend!

If you know Five Guys, you know what you get. If you dont - you get very good burgers. No hipster game, just the great basics. And their fries. I love them. (Also love the signature potato bags inside.)Ive tried the "naked" version of bacon cheeseburger: instead of the bun, you get salad. Interesting. Tasty... but I wont do it again, the bun keeps all the stuff together much better.

I had heard about Five Guys, but I had never visited before today. And of all of its close to 2000 worldwide locations, I visited the one in downtown Luxembourg! Conveniently located a short walking distance from the Gare, the store didnt seem to fit in to the classical downtown decor with its bright red colors, but once inside I felt back at home again! Abiding to covid regulations with spacings and as such we were confronted with a simple yet rich menu of burgers and shakes...at least thats what stuck out when I looked at the board above the register so dont ask me what else it had! Kind employees with satisfactory english speaking abilities served me , in a paper bag, my bacon cheeseburger fries and vanilla milkshake. Condiments were plentyful and with no extra charges. My burger was about 12 euros which you will remember me when you eat yours that it is worth every penny, and as a greedy eater I ordered the large fries, which was a mistake in this fast food place, because your bag comes loaded with extra fries no matter what the size, so only order small fries! The beefy (in every sense of the word)bacon burger was out of this world and worth every single one of the calories that I read it carrys! I also read that this place has no freezers, which make fresh meat bells ring in my ears! The french fries from Idaho potatoes....why am I still writing...go try it now, you will not regret it!! ...it is open throughout the day in Luxembourg without siesta breaks...

A pleasurable delight to know that Five Guys Burger opened an outlet in the city of Luxembourg. This fast food restaurant prime themselves on quality burgers on a slightly more premium pricing for fast food.The concept is simple and straightforward. Choose the choice of burgers you prefer, cheese, bacon and etc. After that, the add-ons for your burger are free to select from their list of ingredients. Unfortunately, the ordering can get confusing if you are unsure and indecisive over what to get in your burger and with mounting pressure of customers behind you, it can get stressful.Be sure to order their milkshakes (yes, you can add bacon into the milkshake), that comes in a range of flavors from the classic vanilla, chocolates, strawberries and etc.The burgers we ordered were succulent and tasty, however the packaging somehow resembles a no frills burger tucked away in aluminum foil and in a brown paper bag (the star of the meal, is the burger anyways). The milkshake is awesomely yummy that might be a tad bit too thick for some people, otherwise it is all good.

We were in Luxembourg only for one night. At first, I felt it odd to be having our only chance at a "local" dining experience be foregone in favor of an American burger place. After having consumed my cheeseburger, fries and milkshake, I have absolutely no regrets.The servings are very generous. The burgers are very tasty. You can choose any or all toppings. They also have a wide variety of milkshake options (and you can even mix flavors). For fries, you can go Five Guys style or Cajun--both are good.Friendly service to boot.A bit pricey for a burger meal--although maybe that was because I simply ordered too much food (and shamelessly finished all of it).

Simple menu but definitely good burgers. Ingredients are amazing even though the buns are cold, not heated. Must order their fries, they even tell you where the potatoes are from.

One of the tastiest burgers I ever had!You can add the toppings of your choice to the sandwich which made it feel personal.The milkshake was too rich for my taste but it is definitely nit to be missed, I tried the chocolate shake during my visit.Ps: dont forget to treat yourself to a round of peanuts while waiting for your food :)

Theres no doubt: Five Guys offers the best dinner burger you can find anywhere. Ive been several times in their restaurant in Luxembourg and I can say that the staff is great, always nice with its customers. Id give 10 stars if I could!

The burgers and fries are just like home. The shakes are good. The place is bright and clean and the service is friendly. Im so happy to see the free peanuts are here! Its like a piece of America in Luxembourg. Bon appetite!

Yup, amazing as always! Closest place to get American style burgers. Lots of fries and free refills! I find that most Five Guys in Europe are a little expensive but thats the price you pay for a good burger.

Best burgers by far, awesome milkshakes, peanut oil fried fries and free peanuts as a snack. A single Burger will cost you more than an entire meal at Burger King or McDonalds next door but will also satisfy your senses more profoundly. Yummy. Favorite Burger place for now.

The burger was nice, I had it "all the way" with jalapejons and hot sauce. However it was a really big portion, the small burger should be enough.The fries were great. I had the spicy style, and they were really amazing, leagues better than McDonalds or Burger King. The restaurant looked a bit strange or industrial and not really cozy, white walls and bright lights, on that matter McDonalds is far superior.The price is high, but concerning you get a huge amount of fries, all toppings on the burger are free of charge, they offer free dipping sauce and free refills, it is justified, as the food is definitely above McDonalds and Burger King.

Fair price for the quality / quantity. 13€ 1patty “all the way” burger + 1generous “small” portion of fries. Freshly cut and not greasy. Can’t beat !!

One of the juiciest burger i ever had!! I didnt have high expectation but knew this store chain is famous in US. I had the hamburger, it comes with 2 slice of beef patty and desired toppings. The burger itself was huge and fries was awesome! They also provide free peanuts for appetizer!!Special shoutout for the cashier lady who served me and the guy in the kitchen area, they were very friendly and welcoming ! To sum up, u should visit this place and try their burgers! One of the best!!!
