Great burger and fries. Always really good. Great service.

I remember when Five Guys first came to town. Their burgers were the best in town and their front door was revolving it was so good. Today I bought a Bacon cheeseburger Burger, a Little Cheeseburger, one fry and a regular drink and spent $29! The burger was a sad, small patty that looked more like the patti melt meat at Freddie’s and the fries were soggy. I see no reason to waste my hard earned money on this food anymore. So sad that the quality of the food has gone down. The only plus was that it was clean inside.

Always enjoy the French fries burger and roasted peanuts. Today I tried the chocolate milkshake and loved it.

I asked for a bacon cheese burger when I got home and checked my burger instead of bacon slices I had bacon pieces very SHOCKED and disappointed for the price of a burger at five guys you should have bacon slices NOT BACON PIECES OR CRUMBLES very disappointed.

Cheeseburger had great flavor. The beef tasted fresh and was substantial. The order of fries was so large, I could only eat 1/4 and was stuffed. Did I tell you about the peanut butter milkshake. Welllll it was one of the best I have ever tasted!

I wanted to leave zero stars but the friendliness of the staff was ok. I got a burger , fry and drink and it was 19.74 which is absurd! The burger was subpar and the fries were soggy. I won’t be going back.

So, I finally went to five guys for the first time. Never going back. The $9 Burger didnt even have any seasoning not even salt or pepper. Cookout makes a much tastier hamburger and the entire meal with two sides and a drink is less expensive than one hamburger at this place. $4 for a small fry are you kidding me, again, they werent $4 good.Oh yeah, and they have the nerve to ask if you want to add a tip. You get a tip for service at a restaurant not for taking my order.🙄No wonder this place its never busy

These are the "best burgers in East Tennessee" with Pals "great food in a flash" coming in at a close second. Obviously, the dine-in is better, but, take out is just as good.

Absolutley delicious as always. They have the best burgers and French Fries. It is one of our favorite places to eat.

We stopped in for a quick bite. As always the food was great. Service was fast and the order was correct. There was only a few people in there so the place was peaceful and not crowded.

Lady at the register was a little rude i get i dont fit the crowd thats in there but they just stared at me the entire time i was i there but the food was good.

They have the best french fries and their hamburgers are great. But the prices are absolutely too much. Im sorry to say that but two hamburgers and fries and one drink for $31 is a bit High

So as usual the food was good lacking in customer service my ticket was 75 and when Ticket 84 was called I was questioning the staff especially one little boy Keshawn and I said boy because he acted like one! Plus no leadership shown, and he was very rude and finally very abruptly flung my food order bag across the counter to me !!! Yes you read right! Very bad customer service last night!! We have been to other locations and never been treated this way!!

They have great fries and burgers, ate here so many times and previously rated them 5 stars. But the prices have gone insane for what you get.This is advertised as fast food, but it just isnt fast. We have reached a point where I can get to-go from a real restaurant, quicker and cheeper than I can get here now. Not the same place it was a year ago, Ill only come back in the future if the wife has to have it.Use to be worth the money, but not anymore.Edit: back to 4 stars, quality has improved back to where it was pre COVID. Prices are still crazy though.

The best burgers and fries that I have ever had, not to mention the number of fries. They have all of the toppings for the burger of your choice for free. You can optionally get a lil burger with one patty or a regular burger with two patties ( almost a half-pound of meat). They offer a little fry for the individual, a regular fry for two, and a large fry that can portion four or even more. The store is always clean and the people who work there are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you for always being my burger go to!!!

Love the fresh cut french fries at this place. The cheeseburgers are really good. The hotdogs are fried but good as well. You can also get a lettuce wrap for your burger if you are watching your carbs.

Burger was great. Customer service good. Just wish they would give more info on menu board like the approximate weight on each size burger. I loved the fries. The tea could have been a bit stonger but overall pretty tasty. I will go again.

Bland and overpriced burgers, fries are fantastic though. Think movie theater prices for fast food level food.My advice; save yourself $10 and get a better tasting burger combo from Wendys or if youre wanting to splurge go to Midcity Grill in downtown JC for a real gourmet burger that wont leave you feeling like you just got conned.

I go to Fives Guys quite a bit at other locations. This is the best one I have been to in years! The buns where fresh, the Fries where done to an amazing crisp outside and fluffy inside. I will be stopping here again when I drive through town next time.

It was one of the best burgers that I did eat the price I thought was pretty crazy I dont think Ive ever paid almost that kind of money for two cheeseburgers and one fry but I will I will be back

i had a very bad experience with Ben at the Johnson city five guys. He told me I could get my food if I made it by 10 and I was there at 10:05 and I recorded the conversation where he said he was throwing out the food because it was after 10. Then he laughed and me as he told me that I should have been there sooner. On the phone he said he was going to have the food. The fact that he said he was going to throw out the food and laughed about it after telling me that I could come get it that he was for sure making it. I understand that it is hard to find good people but to have someone throw away food just to be rude when there is a shortage of food right now seem a little more than disrespectful.

Just finished dinner here with my family. Burgers were delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly, bacon was very crispy and flavorful. Team was actively working to keep the dining room nice and clean. Good job everyone!

Always my favorite burger place not only because the burgers are great but because the fries are the best - with or without the Cajun seasoning. The staff was friendly and fast too. I didn’t even finish my peanuts before our order was ready - peanuts while you wait is another reason I love five guys.

Great burgers. Maybe the best around this area. I took a star off because of the price. For 5 of us it was nearly $70 and we all shared a large fry. Id eat here more often if it wasnt so expensive.

Amazing! I havent been to a better burger joint! The cajun fries are a must! No way Ill ever be able to top this 5g! The guys making our burgers and fries... 💕 Exceptional service. Very polite and helpful. If they arent cooking theyre cleaning. Just an all around wonderful experience. I look forward to taking my friends and family back just to let them experience this burger bonanza! Cant get over how wonderful everything is. Exceeded my expectations by a land slide and did I mention the cleanliness and attention to detail. You guys are killing it! A+++++

Love our Five Guys restaurant! Always friendly always great food! Its a great option if you are keto or carnivore. I always get the bacon cheeseburger,-extra cheese, extra bacon - that comes free if you ask on the regular bacon cheeseburger. Who doesnt love some extra bacon and FREE!! It always satisfies! It is a little more than "fast food" but its so worth it!!

Bright, clean welcoming atmosphere. We enjoy the tasty juicy burgers with excellent toppings. The fries were crispy and plentiful. Nice addition of peanuts to munch while you wait for your burger to be freshly prepared. The shells do sometimes make it a bit messy on the tables. A nice place to lunch but kind of pricey for a chain burger joint.

Good staff made a great burger. Banana shake tasted awesome! Was prepared correctly and quickly. Best Ive had in a while. Small order of fries was enough for two and were fresh and salty. Hearty portions.

Best burgers anywhere. Small fry is half a bag. Free peanuts. Quick service and everything is made fresh and the price is good. A little more than the other fast food restaurants but well worth the little extra.

This place makes one of the best burgers, period! The true beauty of this place lies in the fries. The amount of fries you receive with your order is 5x more than youd expect. For a burger and fry lover, this is the epicenter of tasty food!

I love this restaurant. Their food is always made to order and is always hot when you get it. Their burgers are more than enough to fill you up, but on top of it they give you tons of fries. Probably a little more than you would pay at your typical fast food place but worth every penny.

Great food, little higher priced so expect 7$ per person. This location has coke freestyle fountain drinks. Would recommend!
