Love their fresh burgers with excellent toppings. Fries are extremely good. They have a variety of milk shake flavors. Try the peanut butter shake.

Good place if you want a burger.

Food was ok. Had better and had worse. For those with peanut allergies dont eat here. 100% pure peanut oil . You smell like a grease ball when you leave.

Good burger and fries. Not made the way it was ordered though. Peanuts to snack on while waiting is a plus!

I havent been to this place in close to give plus years and I wasnt disappointed. The price was a little high for my taste, but that was soon forgotten once I bit into the burger. Whomever was cooking that day was on their A game because my burger was perfect and I dont have any complaints about that one bit. The fries were good and fresh as well. This location deserves all the credit for being great about getting food out quickly and correctly.

The burgers are not the best Ive ever had, but for a town that has few great burgers they were pretty good. The fries are very good and the free peanuts are a great touch while you wait for your food. I dont know how they find them but they have such a happy and cheerful staff that makes things better

Came today with my family. Staff was very friendly. A bit distracted, looked like they had a big pick up order at opening. Food was great as always.

Location is terrible with the traffic, but their burgers and customer never disappoint. Also the oreo shake with peanut butter is amazing 😋

The workers are nice, the burgers are tasty, the fries are big enough to share.

Great fries! Burger also delicious but I wish theyd use real cheddar cheese instead of plastic American cheese. Lots of fun things to add to the burger like grilled mushrooms, bacon, onions, etc. I pulled into their parking lot with my 32 foot motorhome. The fellow who took my order (Simon?told me I could probably drive around the back then out along the side of the building. Would have been difficult to get out of there without that tip. It was my first time at a 5 Guys. Ill be back.

For shame! Discriminatory actions abound here. I ordered food but I had my service dog with me. One of the female employees from the kitchen area yelled at me that I couldn’t have my dog. But she’s a SERVICE DOG! For shame Five Guys, since this is something you condone.

Great food, great atmosphere. We went in tonight for fries and shakes. The poor staff got slammed right at closing. And they took it in stride. The guy handing the food to everyone had AWESOME customer service skills. He deserves a raise. He had a happy attitude and interacted with every customer. Food was great as always. Never dissapoints.

Weve eaten at several different locations over the years. This one had great service and the burgers were exceptional. The fries were perfection.

The employees and managers stand behind the counter making vulgar comments towards the customers. The main offender in my opinion was wearing a black shirt. I think his name was Simon or something like that. Disgusting man. Heard him talking trash about overweight women, and making references to drugs. I cant believe he manages a family restaurant. I will never set foot in this establishment again.

I dont eat out often but the kitchen brings the good stuff every time I go in, great team at this location.

Why do they always smash your burger at five guys? I am not a fan of the aluminum foil wrap, it ensures the hot humid burger turns the bun into a goey mess.

This place is amazing. It has a large, open dining area, and free peanuts. As always, the food was unrivaled - totally spectacular, and the staff was very quick and kind. Will always go again.

Food was 5 guys worthy. Unfortunately tables and floor were extremely dirty. The peanuts were not in bags. They were just out in the open.

I usually really love five guys but two days ago I had to order on doordash and it was the worst mistake ever! I really regret ordering it on doordash. I dont know if its because it took a while to get my order as the driver had another delivery before mine, or they mishandled the food somehow or something. I got really sick and have had a very bad time the past 2 days after eating it. Its really frustrating because Im not a person to make a big complaint however I just feel like someone should know!

Five Guys are near the top of hamburger excellence. They have a lot of topping options, but keep them under control so the burger can really shine. I didnt order fries, but had a few of my sons --awesome.

Consistently good. Just try to get the same level of quality EVERY time you get something at ANY American business, let alone a food joint.The service is ALWAYS friendly, the food is ALWAYS fresh, the place is ALWAYS clean. INCLUDING THE BATHROOM!It costs more than Mc-anything, but you leave feeling satiated not only with a full belly, but you feel you were cared for as a person, a customer (you know that reason for businesses to be in business in the 1st place).

Good food, all fries made from locally sourced potato growers, and they are great! Shakes spun when you order them.

Great hamburgers with even better french fries served by speedy cheerful staff. The peanuts that are open and free for customers to take and eat make a wonderful appetizer. There is a few tables outside so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while you eat your customized burger and overflowing fries.

Customer service was politePlus the restaurant was clean in missoula. The food was made prompt and correct .. we will dine there again as what matters is the customers . Plus the staff seemed to enjoy there jobs and its tough during covid pandemic and short staffed.. thanks again

My boyfriend made me go here and it was SO GOOD. I was happily surprised.

Dont expect napkins from anyone there who bags food, no matter the amount of food you get. They dont care. They had hardly any soda on the machine so when I said I didnt want to get the soda after purchasing it (since not a single employee decided to tell us they had no sodaall I got was "oops sorry" and lost $3. Super cool way to run a business. At least the food is usually decent.

Well lit and nicely maintained place. The staff are super friendly. I ordered burger and it was served very quickly.They still serve roasted peanuts in this place as the Seattle locations don’t give them anymore.

Normally, the food is pretty good. Today we ordered through grubhub because my family finally, inevitably caught covid. The food came pretty quickly, but 3 of our 5 items were completely mixed up. The right toppings, but the wrong combinations on the wrong burgers. Then the toddlers hotdogs was cooked the point of almost no bend. It was just... hard and overcooked. The same with the fries. They tasted and had the consistency of burnt potato chips. So disappointed!! Youre better than that, 5Guys!!

This is the first time I’ve visited a 5 guys and I’m blown away by the food and the high level of customer service. There were 4 of the nicest and happiest employees I have ever met! Every single one of them took the moment to say hello to me. After further conversation I could see how genuinely happy they were and that is props to the immediate management and leadership. You all set the standard here in Missoula and thank you for making my day with your genuine kindness! 🤗🤗

Weve picked up food plenty of times and it has always been good, but tonight we placed an online order with a 20% tip for 5 burgers and 2 large orders of fries and found the quantity of fries to be very disappointing. It was just the 2 cups not even entirely full. For a restaurant that is known for giving lots of fries, and having received the "normal 5 guys" equivalent of a medium order for the price of 2 large orders is quite disappointing, especially when trying to feed 2 teenage boys.

For the price it is not worth it. I ordered the bacon cheese dog. It cost over $6 and was nothing more than, what appeared to be, a store bought beef frank with some American cheese and the condiments I ordered with it. It is great that they source local potatos for their fries but again, not worth the price. I realize its a different type if business but I could have gone to MacDonalds and gotten more food for less money.

If this is your first time at a Five Guys, I highly suggest ordering "little" everything. I have a huge appetite and the small sizes are more than enough.

The burger is an ugly mess, but its delicious anyway. The fries are awesome and the portions are generous. The team operates like a well oiled machine. The person that took our order was very friendly and skilled at rapidly inputting the order with no mistakes. Bravo five guys, and the ladies too!

My burger was just thrown together so that it wasnt even stacked when I opened it had to remake it myself, and my bun was soggy from the grease, even with getting right there, and half my fries were burnt. And there was one worker that was being snappy with the workers and the customers. The only thing I loved was the milkshake. I dont suggest going there unless they start caring about there work.

The hamburgers are pretty good but nothing overly special than a lot of other hamburger places. But the fries are the bomb. Theyre like the kind of fries we used to get back in the 60s and 70s soft and just tastes delicious

Good burgers. Clean place.4 stars due to1/2 loss due to boring fries. The fries are nothing special. The burgers are great.1/2 loss due to the manager. We know things are tough right now. You yelling at the staff in the restaurant, in front of customers about how short staffed you are, how things are taking longer, take the phone off the hook, how theres not enough people, etc., over and over is not cool, or appropriate. No customers were complaining as your guy at the register was explaining to them as they came in. He was calm, professional and friendly. The manager could take a lesson from him. Stop yelling in the store at the staff.

Great burger chain. Staff seem friendly enough. The prices is a bit high in my opinion but the food is good. They give you plenty of fries, I think. So you can share to keep the price down. LoL I sound cheap, but seriously a small family of four can hardly eat here for under fifty bucks. I guess if you dont get drinks, then possibly. I still feel like burgers for a family shouldnt be so much.Maybe the two new burger joints that are opening up in our town will give this place a run for its money. Or better yet my money can run further with their menus. We shall see.
