Simple but tasty burgers!!!!!!! Highly recommended 🍔🍟🥤

Dyniqua’s attitude and energy was amazing. Very happy and helpful to her crew and customers. Bathroom looked clean and smelled great. Food was amazing. Everyone else in the back making food was also doing amazing !

Fast service and good burgers but the fries are a little burnt and greasy.

The best burger & fries that I’ve ever had. We went there 2x. The ice machine got broken in the first night when we’ve been there - and they didn’t fix it and said the other night “yeah we forgot to call the guy to fix it” 🙊Also: you have to wait a lot to place your order and then to get your food.The prices are insane.. 50 dollars for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 sodas..Again: good quality of burger though :-)

Very bad experience on this location and tbh it’s systematic. I live close by and it’s always takes so long to do anything..Walk in is awful..ppl are waiting for 30 min in the line and no cashier on his position (see img below).Delivery takes so long as well and I’m pretty sure ppl think it’s coz of delivery partner but that’s not true. I ve seen it myself how chill and not organized their work is.Pick up the most crazy experience tbh. In the app or website they tell you that order will be ready in 15 but when you arrive you should wait another 15 min🤦🏻‍♂️.Why is it so hard to tell actual cooking time..that customer can arrive and pick it up within 1 min if order is paid.Overall..this branch is trash and it makes five guys look bad

Perfect burger served with absolute junk fries. I am sure chef is not having their kids eat such dirty and old fries.

There was one person taking orders and no ice in the soda machines this place used to be opened till 4 timeshave changed!

I ordered two hotdogs and one shake. They gave me the two hotdogs and the shake never came. I asked for it three times but the lady who was in charged ignored me, I asked for a refund for the shake and the lady would not even look at me. The hotdogs were not good either. It was the worst service I have received in my life.

My fries were horrible. I couldnt eat them. My grilled inions and grilled peppers were not grilled more than 10 seconds in my opinion. I have been in other 5 guys before. This is the first time I go to one and walk out disapointed.

The most horrible Five Guys you will ever meet, used to come to pick up food for delivery and always waited long times, no one paid attention to you , rude , no line , also very rude and insulting staff . Terrible experience. Its better to die from hunger than eat here.

6 people working, waited five minutes no line, nobody came to help. I think they were busy on their cell phones. If they don’t care about their customers i wonder what the **** they’re doing with the food.

I ordered a burger and fries on ubereats from here . The uber app was having its own issues and i asked them for a favor . I spoke with the manager … She was extremely nice and sweet and did exactly what i requested 🥹🥹😊😊😊😊 thank you. My food came out soooo freaking good !! Best sandwich ever 🤤🤤 thanks babes , it was bomb ;). They are sweet !

One star. I waited and waited... I had to ask three times if they had finished my order- nothing. I ask this lady for my order she looks down at a bag and quickly gives it to me... The crew didnt even realize they finished mine and had it sitting with incomplete bags! Then I get home and they didnt put any A1 steak sauce (the patties were also wayyy to thinlegit same thickness as Mickeyds- What an unprofessional mess!!! Do not waste your money at this mediocre place.

Easily the best fast food burgers and fries out there! This establishment in particular is flawless.

For a Five Guys, this is a rough place. It is very crowded usually and there is hardly any seating at all. The place is rather dirty and not a great place for families or family seating if you ask me.

Service & food? Idk, was it good? Def not!!!!!Atleast ask customers would you like any toppings on their burger, especially when its your a first time at the joint I want get that experience to come back, we dont know if we re getting the whole entire toppings, I just got a cheese burger. Of course, yes thats what I ordered, but if I were to go at another joint and ask for the same I would be getting lettuce, tomatoes and all that on my sandwich. Five guys should change their franchise name to worst guys!!! My burger only had beef, cheese, bun, an ice tea and fries For $24, Worst Ive ever spend on food for my buck!!! The fries were strictly out of the salt box. It was so so salty and unbearable to consume. Thatll take someone to the hospital with high blood pressure and place in the ICU. Im def not going back 4 sure. This franchise should be out of business, it all starts with the employees. My tip went down the drain!!! Such a shame!!!

Always a problem with delivery here. Ive never had a problem in person, but every single time I order for delivery, its wrong. And not easily fixable. Today, I spent $33 on a bacon dog and a bacon cheeseburger. The burger was 100% wrong. Ordered two patties with bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo. We got one patty, no bacon, tons of onions, ketchup, peppers. I reported the problem to Uber eats who did refund me $16.50. Which means I paid $17 a for a freaking bacon dog because I dont get tip or service charge or delivery fees refunded (I wouldnt ask for tip refund, driver was nice and professional). I called the store and had to hold 6 minutes but the lady on the phone did offer to remake the burger for me, but Id have to come in person to get it. That would be a half hour round trip between getting there, getting back, waiting for food, and paying to park of course. But she was courteous and a believed that was all she could do, so they go from 1 star to 2 stars based on her courtesy and at least trying to offer a solution. This franchisee needs to do a better job on deliveries and coaching their team. Shame on me for both ordering from them when the history says they never get it right, and for doing the right thing and saying the bacon dog was correct (it was). I should have just disputed the entire order. Lesson learned.

First time trying their burgers, I ordered 6 burgers and fries with drinks everything was charged separately. Spend almost 100 dollars and sadly the family and I was not impressed with the food, would not go back. I understand we all different taste buds. Have a great day or night

Is the Best burger that I proved, tasty omg is awesome. But in chicago was more fast, in miami for 13 dolars give me a just a burger and in chicago for a 12 give me a french fríes. Also y so good for real.

The people there were polite and the place is very clean. Food is somewhat pricey because youre at the beach and they charge you for every item. Cheeseburger taste good. But personally if Im going to spend so much for fast food Id rather eat something more healthier. So I gave it a four stars.

Oreo shake was the best! The usual excessive amount of fries, and freshly cooked burgers just like any other five guys. I definitely appreciate how clean the restaurant was and the fact they have a self serve coke freestyle machine with free refills! The employees also seemed to enjoy themselves, singing while we were eating. Deducing one star because I think its too pricey when the burger alone is about $10.

Definitely no fast food. It takes a long time to have my food ready. The quality was good as usual for Five Guys. You can dine inside or outdoors.

Went for (French frysyesterday. They were a bit pricy, $8. But they were really good. Cool place to sit and hang out. They used to jam really good music. I dont know what happened but we brought our own. If your low income like us. You find a five guys cup go inside and fill it up. Great selection of fountain drinks. I filled up my personal cup. Then got another. Check em out.Tell them kitty sent you.

Food is just like any other Five Guys. Personally I think it is very good.But at this location specificity the staff is AMAZING!! The manager was very friendly while taking our order. And all the staff was very polite

One of the best real beef burgers in town. Very well recommended for burgers. Place itself was quiet crowded, it was very dirty and service was slow. Wait for the burger was well worth it though. Enjoy five guys

Probably the best burger I’ve ever tried. You can taste the 100% beef patty. They are super generous with fries, and damn, those are fries. Super crispy skin-on finger licking fries. Free refill beverages. The “mini” burgers are not small, they are the same size than regulars but with 1 patty only (regulars have 2). My mouth is watering just from writing this, so stop reading and go get a bacon cheeseburger

Although there are plenty choice of food nearby, I still choose five guys bacon burger and milkshake as my priority.The staff there are so nice. Its just around the corner. Dont miss it.

Had best burgers at their New York and Miami South Beach outlets. Service is quick and prices good value for money. I love the complimentary salted peanuts in the shells 😄

This Five Guys location is extremely convenient right on the heart of South Beach and it stays open until 4 AMClean and friendly staff always willing to help me and make sure my order is made as requested Juicy, full of flavor reason why I keep coming back.Little bacon cheeseburger with Cajun fries and a refreshing drink is all you need after clubbing trust me you can’t go wrong with this.

Would visit againHygiene levels need to be a lot better though...I know it was busy when i visited but the floor was a mess in the kitchen with food and rubbish everywhere ...Got the largest regular portion of fries Ive ever had in my whole life! felt guilty throwing it away...Advice is get small

Great taste of the burgers, although ours looked a bit weird. Ita about the sauce I guess. But the meat is quiet delicious and you can add as much toppings as you want. Therefore the price is absolutely acceptable. Recommend a stop there :)

A place where you can choose all the burguer ingredients is cool. The fries were tasty. Loved to know they have a sign to tell where the potatoes come from.

Love these burgers. The meat is really good. Highly recommended. The only reason I give 4 stars not 5 - lack of cleanliness. The place needs more restrooms.
