Five Guys in Golden

The 1st time I tried this place I loved it but I didnt know maybe my taste buzzer just changing I dont taste the food the same was the 1st type I tried it lol

This is our Burger place. Double meat, bacon, and cheese on lettuce wrap. Consistently great burgers and service.

They literally stole our money. We placed an order online and they refused to give us our food.

It was Ok as fast food goes but the price for a burger, fries and a Coke was higher than my neighborhood restaurant that serves five star Elk and beef burgers.

The quality of this location has fallen dramatically recently. I’ve never had a problem with getting well done fried up until my last two visits. And I’ve been going to five guys for years. When I asked why, the manager said it hallow’s them out? Why would a manager refuse such a simple request? He said, “we’ll make sure they hot and crispy”… they were more like limp and soggy. Their burgers are just as bad, my burger was a soggy mess and fell apart and I didn’t even take it to go! Customer service goes a long way in my book, this place is doesn’t know the meaning of the term

Made our burgers to perfection, and per usual love the overload of fries!

Great Burgers. Who can resist Cajun fries! All served quickly by very friendly staff. Highly recommend

Finally tried this place for the first time and definitely not impressed. Way too expensive. 11 or 12 dollars for a bacon cheeseburger and got home to discover they didnt even put any bacon on it. Also, why wrap the burger in aluminum foil? Took me about 30 mins to drive home and when I unwrapped it parts of the bun were already so wet and soggy it was ridiculous.

Got charged 35 dollars for two hamburgers after a 12 work day to get home to see my reciept. They upcharged us for double patties. 35 dollars for two hamburgers and an order of fries. I should have been paying attention but its not my job to work their register. Ill be back tomorrow for my refund.

Decent food as always and the staff is always friendly. The food comes out in a timely manner and they always give you plenty of fries.

The cook Touched his phone, with his gloves, then touched are burgers.They were rude, and everything thing was very dirty. No hats or hair nets.Please go to another location. I fee gross after going there And I never feel like that. So that says something.

Knight shift April 19 -3 people on shift, 2 step outside. My order isn’t made, wait for 3 other orders to be made ahead of mine & then finally, after asking for it it’s made.How do you all just ignore a customer that’s standing at the pickup sign?

Their food has always been great, but their price is now out of control. I can eat at a sit down restaurant for the same price as it costs at 5 guys... Ill miss your fries and freshly grilled burgers, but I just have to move on...

Omg the best burger I have had in a very long time!! Not too greasy but just greasy enough! Everything fresh and delicious!!!! Gotta try!!!

I placed an order online and was told it would be ready 8 minutes after ordering, so I knew that probably meant it would take longer than that. I completed the text prompts that ask you to let Five Guys know when you are on your way and when you have arrived. I went into the store before the 8 minutes was up and was acknowledged by several employees by name, and I believed that my fries were made at that time. I was given my shake soon thereafter. Then I proceeded to wait about 20 minutes, during which time I saw multiple customers receive their orders. When I went up to the pick-up counter a different employee than before asked for my name. I told her, she saw the bag that had my burgers in it (I have NO idea how long those had been sitting thereand then proceeded to make my one order of fries, and tried to give me ANOTHER shake. I am upset by this experience because I was in the restaurant the entire time that I thought my order was being made just to find out it actually wasnt being made. I only ordered a few items.

I would give no stars if I could. Im coming from Grand Junction into Denver. After being in a snowy blizzard, traffic ,and want a nice place to eat with my family. We decided to try "5 Guys" for the first time. We arrived at 8:45 p.m. As soon as I walked in, a young man told me to wait 12 mins. before I could order. He was very upset. Turn out he was the cook. After my wait, and order was taken. The cook was extremely rude. Throwing buns around. Throwing things around in the restaurant. Giving me dirty looks. Lol... Im like, what the heck did I do to this guy! Any way, I just smiled because it was funny. I dont recommend this location. This kind of service should not be tolerated.

5 guys lost my loyalty when they price hiked the burgers about a year ago. Still a steep price for a burger. The oil they fry the fries in is pure artery clogger. Literally the most expensive burger and fries in Denver. But its good.

Five Guys is good. Really good, actually. But is it $35.00 for two people fast food good? I dunno.... quite frankly there are other fast burger places that are just as good (or betterfor less money. Think Jims, Grandpas, or Crown. Or even old school Griffs (RIP).Regardless, Im still going to eat there, when the aforementioned isnt convenient. I mean, the food is good. I really just wanted to complain about the prices.

Extremely rude staff at this location, would not come again. Also several staff members were not wearing masks, after harrasing other customers to wear a mask while they got up from their table for 30 seconds to get a refill. extremely hypocritical and unprofessional

NoHis lack of a hair-net to cover his long haired man bun bothers me more than this scamdemic. How am I supposed to put a burger in my mouth with a mask on? If its such a horrible virus why is their dining room open? The guy 6 feet away at a table is maskless eating his food but somehow me grabbing a burger to go without a tampon over my mouth is unacceptable?Goodbye Five Guys, Im going to find a new burger joint that doesnt comply with tyranny.

Rude service, dirty dining room/tables and slow service. Not at all worth the $60 price tag for four burgers and one order of fries.

This place is fantastic. I have ordered ahead and also upon arrival and have always been pleased with the results. The team is very friendly and they make you feel welcome with a personal greeting. The fries are ALWAYS hot. The burgers are delicious and tailored to your tastes. It is an all-around great experience and I treat myself with 5 Guys whenever I get the chance.

Fast, fresh, good. We got a veggie sandwich and a burger with all fixings- messy and delicious. We split a small fry and shake, so it was a very filling meal.

Such a delicious burger!!! I love that you can add all the toppings you want for the same price. Makes for a delicious deluxe burger at a fair price. Should have ordered the small fry, we ended up with way too many fries. Fantastic staff!!

On 7/18 my fiancé and I waited one hour for two burgers. There were three people working the lunch rush and about a half hour into waiting they locked the door (fire hazardto prevent more people from coming in. Once we got our food it was wrong. We have contacted costume support via email and phone with the only response being someone will contact you. However, a month and a half later we have received nothing. Luckily, in and out just opened down the street and now we can go there.

We originally went to Cafe Rio next door to Five Guys but they were pretty rude to us so we decided we werent going to eat there. When we walked into Five Guys we were enthusiastically greeted and the experience was fantastic! After being so rudely admonished in the restaurant next door we were happy to give five guys our business. Ive always had a good experience in every Five Guys Burgers and always love eating there.

I LOVE Five Guys! One thing I’ve always thought was awesome was the loads of fries you get with your burger. I guess this location doesn’t really live up to it. I paid $5.45 for this...not even a full container. Most locations fill up the bottom of the bag. Super disappointed.

This was my first and last time here. It didnt live up to all the hype. Food was alright, fries were a little burnt. Burger was ok. I guess for as much as I paid for my 3 piece meal. I could of enjoyed my appetite elsewhere.

Normally I love five guys, however this location I’ve been to twice. Both times they messed up my order and the last time my boyfriend found more than one hair in his burger. We will definitely not be back to this location.

Always a favorite burger place of mine this is a great one with amazing staff that is always friendly and quick about servicing the orders and being friendly. Obviously as this is a Five Guys they are a bit overly expensive but the great food and nice outdoor seating directly next door make up for this nicely which is a huge plus in the current era of COVID-related visits.

Worst 5 guys. Anyone whos saying this one is good has never been to any other 5 guys. The burgers are now the size of Jrs while charging full price and they a large order of fries that are just potatoes cost nearly as much as the burger for just a small little cup and not a bag of fries that 5 guys is known for.100% unhappy with this location worst 5 guys I been to

Other than the slightly unfriendly cashier everything was great. Food was great and kitchen staff was friendly and fast, the person taking the order seemed annoyed to have customers at all. I would return. I loved that I could get a veggie sandwich (grilled mushrooms, onions and peppers with all the fixingswhile my boys enjoyed burgers. Fries were great.

Food is okay but too expensive almost $50 for two burgers and a shake and a drink and large fries. Save your money it’s definitely not worth the price. Patties are very small and there was nothing great about the food price ratio. Rotten tomatoes on an expensive burger no good. I won’t ever eat here again definitely not worth it at all!!!!

Unfortunately this location has continued to go down hill. It started a few months back with getting two consecutive orders wrong. Last visit we ordered a large fry and the cup is not even filled to the top. Burgers still taste good, fries were undercooked last visit. Doubt we will continue to give this location or business. Very disappointing being how much we used to LOVE this place.

Very very poor experience.Ordered online for pickup. Got there and saw my order sitting there. Asked for my order and was told 2 minutes for fries. Two more asks and 20 minutes later I finally got my fries, with attitude from the fry lady, and with cold burgers. I will never go to this location again and I will recommend to my friends and family not to go there. Colorado Mills Five Guys. Awful service cold food.

Getting outrageously expensiv, $7 for a little cheeseburger and $9 for a cheeseburger. In addition the fries used to fill the bottom of the bag and now they are very stingy with the fries too. Overall a rather disappointing experience and I will visit other Burger chains for a better value. Customer service and food was good though.

Consistently really, really great food. Yes it is expensive. Yes it costs more than your usual fast food burger. Yes it is THE tastiest fast food burger you will find in Colorado. Great people, great service. Heres a helpful hint: Preorder online or on their app. Then just go in, skip the line and get your food in the pickup area.

If youre looking for a good, plain old burger, I personally think theyre one of the best places around. Their fries are real and real good. Theyre quick and everything is prepared fresh right in front of you. They have that old diner atmosphere going on. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a really good place for burgers fries and shakes.

Food is really good at this location, clean and friendly staff! I would definitely pick this over Freddys, just remember that the little Burger is a single, and the regular burger is a double!Pro Tip: if you dont like a lot of fries just get a regular, and youll probably still have some left over

I would have expected better hamburger for the price. Too expensive. The credit card machine was down which they complained to us about it happening a lot lately. My hamburger was under cooked. I told them about the soda was tasting like it was colored soda water but they did not fix the soda machine. The staff seemed to just be standing around talking and ignoring customers. It was our first time visiting this place and it will be our last.

Love their burgers and fries! They make what I consider the perfect fries. Really good value for the money. Unless you have a major appetite get the small options. I promise, its all relative, youll have plenty to eat.

Always good food and fast service. The staff is nice but you dont interact very much with them. This location is always pretty packed because it is a good location but you always seem to find a seat. They have a good area for sitting outdoors when its warm but the parking is not the best. I seem to find that when we visit, its always the busiest and relatively dirty inside because of the high volume of people. I wouldnt call it dirty as in not wanting to eat there but just convoluted messy. Delicious food though so you cant go wrong.

Do not visit this location!!! We have been eating here for 3 years and used to love coming here. This location has gone down hill a LOT. Restaurant is always seems dirty and not stocked properly. Constant employee turnover=food not prepared correctly. Burger was under cooked, bun was not toasted, missing toppings/bacon and SLATHERED in condiments. Fries were VERY under cooked. They rush through the orders now. Used to love coming here as a family. Try one of the other burger restaurants. We are not spending $50 for a dinner for 3 people when the food/service is this bad.

Great burger place. Its about $25 for a dinner for 2 though... and the burgers are good, but not excellent. I always get the little burger and split the HUGE fries with my husband. There are no childrens meals either.

Just got home with my food, to find out only 2 of 3 burgers were made correctly. I love five guys the food is delicious but its very disappointing considering all the orders were written correctly and not made correctly. At 8-9 dollars a burger they should get your order correct.EDIT: The manager from this location just contacted me and I really appreciate that he took the time to call and listen to my feedback.

This is the closest location to me and Ive always found it to be worth my time. The food is always great, and honestly the staff is what makes it fun to go back to. They are genuine and helpful without feeling like you are bothering them if you ask for anything. The burgers are great as expected for a Five Guys.

Great burger, large Large quantities ( the regular burger is 2 patties), and most toppings dont cost extra. free peanuts while in line and they now have a milkshakeA little on the pricey side but fresh, and definitely worth it. I worked nearby and someone would eat here daily.Suggestion: try mixing the milkshakes theyre awesome. Also, order the little fries because they still way over fill the cup and if you get the large you have to eat your way through the fries to get to the burger.

I ordered a burger and fries, no drink, and my total was $12 and some change! How do you get away with charging that much for a burger and fries. I could go to a sit down restaurant and have a cheaper meal. The food is good, but not $12 good. Three hours later Im still in shock how much that meal was incredible.

No line when I walked in. The register staff was making a milk shake so the manager stopped what she was doing to help me. Order was fast and perfect. Tables were clean. Great atmosphere. I live this place. Oh yeah, fries and burger were killer, too.
