Amazing soft drinks and food was great, what else would you expect.

The customer service here is great but the food is best average. I will hit the spot for late night appetite but, not the number one choice for burgers and fries. The atmosphere is very tranquil but, nothing special.

Please keep this place open hardly any restaurants open on base all because of MCCS 29 not taking care of Service members and making more obstacles for companies that want to serve Marines.

They are currently closed even though their hours clearly state 8 pm. We ordered online and my husband left to pick up only to find the door locked. They charged our card nearly $50 for two grilled cheese’s, a couple burgers, and fries. Definitely very pricey for what it is. Now we will have to deal with processing a charge back instead of them just turning off their ordering if they aren’t opening. Not to mention the door was just locked there was nothing on the door saying they were closing early. Ridiculous.

No shakes. Over priced. One burger for $10, not including the meal, is outrageous.

Tooo expensive dont go!! $22 for a budget, ff and 2 sodas, food was great, just not worth the price, especially when Carls Jrs Its just as good if not better and I get feed 3 people at the price of 5guys

Great burgers. The fries with just salt are delish. The staff is super friendly. The only negative I have are the prices. I paid $15 for a double cheeseburger with a smaller than small french fry size order.No drink. The food is good but not that good.

Not bad for a typical Five Guys. $30 for two burgers.

I love Five Guys. Unfortunately, I was only able to buy dinner for my husband. I always get the BLT, but they were out of bacon. :(

Awesome burgers and great fries to match. Staff were helpful. Left full and smiling. Make sure to grab some peanuts.

Friendly service, but 2 of 5 burgers were wrong. Very frustrating when getting takeout.

Five guys in the high desert. Everything was great but the soda. Carbonation to syrup mixture needs to be adjusted.

Horrible customer service.. Placed an order on their app.. Get notifications from them when the order is ready.. Get there and they havent even started it.. They supposedly have no control over their own ordering system or the payment system.. Not only will you NOT get your food, you have to jump through hoops to get your money from the bank.. First and last time Ill ever go there. Hardees is half the cost next door and they actually make your order when you order.

Its a Five Guys, so its great burgers and fries. The catch is to get the timing right and get your order in before the kitchen gets overwhelmed. Impossible when a training unit is on deck, but manageable other times. Ive been able to get in and out in 15min or as long as 46min when a unit is on deck. If theres a line, they will probably stop serving 15-20min before closing.

Alex J, Alex S, Emily, Kaylie, Ayana all pitched in to help fulfill a short turn around order. 225 burgers within 4 hours to support 11th Marines end of MWX. They were awesome and I cant thank them enough. Alex S. Especially for trying to find a solution for me. 5 stars for everyone, the Marines loved it.

Burger was really good. Fries were not good especially for the price. They sadly dont serve shakes at this location.

This location has acceptably quick service whenever Ive gone there and the employees have always seemed friendly. Good food too! The cajan fries are my favorite.

A bit more expensive than most burger places but youre paying for a really good burger so the cost is worth it

I’ve been there in 2 different occasions and for some reason, they’ve decided to close 2 hours prior and 35 minutes prior respectively. Upper management has to get involved and correct this incompetent behavior.

They always give so much fries I cant finish them! Cajun fries from here are pretty popular. I always get a this specialty burger with bacon and BBQ sauce! (if your a fan of the western bacon burger youll love it). I really like that you can create your own burger, pretty much my favorite thing about the place; that and unlimited peanuts. The staff is always very kind, and they remember my usual order and name so thats always pretty great.

Open up your burgers before leaving this joint. Hardly ever made correctly

Delicious food, the app is easy to use and saves time. The burger was juicy and prepared exactly how I wanted it, waiting for me when i walked in. And, as usual, the fries were stellar, overflowing their cup, piled in the bag. I dont know why I dont eat here more often.

Love this place, plus where most burger joints are good at one but not the other in burgers and not in fries, five guys excels, great burgers and great fries.

Five guys is never going to be a fancy restaurant, but that the point. Thats the place to go get a fat greasy unhealthy burger and just pig out. The staff is always kind and the place is clean. The best part is the amount of fries you get. Its always worth eating there.

Food a little over cooked the past few visits but still good. Fast and friendly service. Drink machines need to be tweaked.

The Five Guys on base is the only one Ive ever been to, and I still argue with my friends about why its better than In-N-Out or any other burger chain. The quality of their food is amazing (especially their fries, Cajun-seasoned or not), and the service has always been above and beyond any fast food place Ive ever been to. Plus, free peanuts. Cant complain about that.

My husband and friend came along and it was a unanimously good meal. Everyone loved the fries, as well as the variety of toppings available, like grilled onions and mushrooms. Safly, they do not have milkshakes at this location, though.

The staff was nice and very professional. The food was great but usually it always is. The cons was the cheese was hard on the burger, and the soda machines was out of a lot choices.

Great burgers and fries. Little pricey and they made us feel rushed because they closed in an hour but good food.

Soda machines werent kept up with, everything was sticky all surfaces needed a good washing trash needed to be taken our large staff these things could have been easily been kept on top of. Although the food was good. Also their relish is sweet I prefer savory please fix this issue.

Its over rated, but its not bad for fast food. Orders take a little bit to be filled, because its cooked fresh. VERY greasy.

Delicious burgers every time, fries are kind of meh for all the raving people do about them. Place is pretty noisy but they have tables outside if it gets too chaotic.BTW Theyre only open till 9pm on Saturday and 8pm weeknights. Fix yourself, Google.

Never seen such unprofessional management i my life. Several times I have gone in to this location to find out that they are out of something. Today I called to see if they were opened was told yes they are open for business, drove to the location to walk in and be told they are closed because they are out of bread. Asked if i could get a burger wrapped in lettuce and was told no. Either close the doors or find a Manager that knows what they are doing.

Outstanding burger joint. Good place to eat for hungry Marines and families. They are generous by giving a ton of fries and theres a thousand combinations of drinks. Excellent place to stop by before going out on the weekend. Awwshum accomadating staff.

It was a great tasting burger. The service was fast and curteous. The staff continued to speak with me, after my order was taken, which made my time there more comfortable. There was lots of meaningful communication between the staff, which resulted in faster service. The fountain drink machine was down at the time I was there, and the staff was offering free canned sodas, ice and cups to make up for the broken machine. I thought that was great. I recommend Five Guys to anyone who wants a great meal and dining experience.
