Fast-food chain with made-to-order burgers, fries & hot dogs, plus free peanuts while you wait.
Less busy than the one in town so everything here seems just a bit better. Burger put together better, fries better (some were more like chips which I prefer), milkshake great (but still massively over priced)
Went for my sons 16th birthday treat, food was amazing, staff that served us was very friendly and efficient, a little pricey bit great none the less, thankyou
Expect the delivery driver to stand there for half an hour because your thicko workers decide to take on every order when they are snowed under. We dont get paid to wait.
Awesome service with a friendly smile! James served us very well 😊 tasty food too
Burger goodChips salted to the point they where inedible(And I have a high salt tolerance)
The staff are amazing.. I always go in for a chocolate milkshake.. Best milkshake ever.. and thankyou guys you know who you are
Fast and efficient. Delicious tasting food. A bit pricey but well worth the money compared to other burger chains.
Awesome burgers, snappy service, only real downside is the pricing, but if you are clever its not too bad, personally the £5 for a milkshake is a ripoff and the chips are nothing special but if you are with friends get a large between 3 or 4.
Always great burgers and shakes, but everyone knows its a bit pricey
Awesome food, great staff, I would highly recommend
What a great place to eat. The service was amazing 👌Best five guys ever
£6.25 for a mediocre hotdog with a couple of slices of cheese on top. Arguably worse than Costco hotdogs and four times the price. The milkshake was great but very expensive.
Five quid for a milkshake that taste the same as McDonalds. Friendly staff. Might go back for a meal sometime in fairness.
First time Ive ever been to a fiveguys and only went this time because it was right across from the cinema. Got in there and was abit dubious about the prices as the burgers range from £8-£10 (slightly cheaper for the smaller burgers for smaller appetiteswithout the fries but decided to give it ago just because the smell of the burgers cooking was making my mouth water and Im really glad I did. If you can look passed the prices you wont regret it. So many places these days are charging the same prices or a little bit more but yet their burgers are dry, overcooked and underseasoned. This is not the case with fiveguys. The burgers are moist, delicious and perfectly seasoned and the fries are out of this world. Its making my mouth water just writing this review. I will definitely be going back even though the nearest fiveguys to us is 50 miles away.
Its a decent burger but nothing special. Everything is too salty. Who wants a salty hotdog?!Ridiculously over priced too.Wouldnt go again, or recommend to anyone.
Rubbish felt ripped off. my daughter ordered a cheese toasty and it was just a burger bun inside out with cheap cheese and the burgers very small. Very expensive for what you get would not recommend.
My first ever visit to Five Guys. AMAZING, its pricey yes, but the standard of food was incredible. Reminded me of burgers from back home. The milkshakes are fantastic and Id messed my order up,but the young lady who served me brought me out a milkshake that Id forgotten. The young lady was super polite and chipper too. Inside was spotless, and the guy making burgers was very polite and helpful when Id gone in and didnt realise that curbside meant stay in your car lol. We will visit again, thankful they are a bit of a drive away as Id be there for shakes and fries daily!!!!.. no photos as my son and I just jumped straight into our food.
Friendly staff, Jhon Sanchez served and treated me with really good customer service while there. Good food and not too crowded
Service and staff are a solid 5*. They were really friendly and helpful!Although, the burgers were too greasy and fries done in peanut oil give an aftertaste that we werent keen on. The milkshakes were great though
2 cheese burgers, one fries and a shake... almost 30 pounds. Oh how I laughed. Tables were dirty too.Staff were nice enough.
Only ever tried their milkshakes, definitely worth it as a guilty pleasure!
Nice, but not worth £30 for beefburger, hotdog, 1 med fries and 2 soft drinks.
Nice hot dog ! I have had the one with cheese and bacon, topped with grilled mushrooms, jalapeños and no sauce. So much fries were given !Overall a tiny bit pricey but it is delicious.1
Fab food but pricey....nice to be able to choose toppings etc, milkshakes are divine...best fast shake imo.
Came out of the cinema and was starving. Saw the 5 Guys and thought well give it a go as I havent had one in UK before. It was delicious had a cheese burger with various bits on it an cayenne fries. The burger meat was amazing. Really friendly fun staff too! A bit expensive but cos youre paying for quality meat and real potatoes, and boy can you tell! Fantastic 👏
One of the best Burgers i have in long time, need to come and try!!!!!!!!
There are better restaurants in this chain. Chips are inconsistent, which is one of their main marketing points, but you can tell there is a high standard of cleanliness and the staff are reasonable.
5 guys is what other fast food burger joints wishes they were.Consistent, high quality and generous portions.
Burger was nice, fries so salty they would drawn in the dead sea. Bins in the toilet has been changed and cleaned last time in 2001. Overall ok, but might be better.
Too expensive for a small burger. The cheeseburger tasted ok, but nothing special. Chips were extremely salty.I do not recommend this place. Five Guys in the city center is really good though.
As I don’t have a Five Guys in the town I am living. This is my best option when I am travelling up north or coming back. It’s easy to access as it has plenty of parking plus I don’t have to drive through the city centre to get to it.
Dont go here if you think its just a quick pit stop and fast food. Whilst it is fast, its also the best burger you have ever tasted. The whole experience is expensive (for fast food), it cost us £46 for 2 adults and 2 children. But ignore that and concentrate on the taste. You can choose what toppings you want, my wife always asks for extra gherkin, all included in the price.Always share the fries!!! You get loads. I also recommend sharing drinks, as you can refill as many times as you like. The drinks choice is amazing. From a taste perspective, its just amazing! If I could afford it, I would be getting a burger every day!
Food was very nice, and quickly ordered and received.Self serve drinks machines with a lot of combinations of flavours.Very pricey, for what is essentially, another fast food burger place. Quality is much better than other fast food places but £30 for 2 burgers, one order of medium fries and 2 drinks, maybe treat this place as a treat once every now and then
Fantastic service every time! Burgers are freshly prepared with a short waiting time. Restaurant seating can get a little busy at times however curbside pickup is a great idea if you want as a take out.
Great burgers and fries, a little more expensive than the usual fast food burger joints but the food is much better quality! Lots of choice of toppings, huge portions of fries (we always share a "small" between 2 adults!and overall really tasty.
First time visiting and will be the last, nothing special, prices are crazy, burger had gristle, bacon fat all over, whole burger tasted like bacon fat it was horrible also paid 8 pound for a burger to not get fries??? Proper rip off, threw in the bin, wouldnt recommend the food, milkshakes are very nice though
Great burgers! Went before going to Showcase and really enjoyed adding as many free toppings to my burger as I wanted. Wasnt too busy and got a table easily, staff were friendly and happy to help. Really nice to have a cold beer with burger as well.
Fast and friendly service. Clean and tidy establishment, automated handwash stations available.Burgers are quite expensive but very nice. Fries are great and very generous portion sizes. Burgers are made to order so no chance of getting anything that has been sitting around.
Went here for my first time. It was phenomenal! I never really get filled up by a single burger and a drink, but oh my word, this was absolutely astonishing! The classic vanilla taste straight from America, the salted caramel kicking in the flavour too in my gorgeous ever so filling milkshake. The burger was worth every penny with the way it was filled with 2 extra thick patties, a bunch of bacon, salad and juicy buns. This is by far a really really great place for a filling meal. If you havent been yet, then dont wait any longer! The manager Nathaniel was an absolute delight, friendly face, great to talk to, helps out everyone and everywhere, customers, serving customers, colleagues of his, cooking in the kitchen, cleaning the store floor, and that was all in the time that I was eating my food, and that wasnt even too long! The place can get decently busy, but you have to expect that in a complex of tenpin bowling and a cinema. The service gets done fast though, so youre never waiting too long! They take your order, get started straight away and will call your order number when it is done!Fantastic place, would definitely 100% recommend and when I go back to bowling or cinema, Im definitely going back.
Delicious food and big portions! This restaurant had plenty of seating and friendly staff too
Went to five guys tonight with my husband for my birthday. The staff were lovely and couldnt be nicer. Very helpful and polite. They are a credit to five guys.I had a bacon cheese burger in a bowl, my husband had a normal cheeseburger and we shared a small Cajun fries. It was delicious, the burgers actually taste of meat and was cooked to perfection, I love that you can add up to 15 toppings do you can make the burger exactly how you like it.The fries are just perfect, cooked in peanut oil, both crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.I just miss the peanuts on the table, though I understand why they dont have them anymore.Thank you for a lovely birthday meal.
OMG it is soo good I couldnt wait to eat it fast enough. Seriously the best burgers anywhere, plus you can get all the toppings and the fries are to die for. Also did I mention MILKSHAKES !!! Heaven
#beardshake (peanut butter, oreo and bacon bits milk shakeis the best. Burgers always top notch too.
Decent burger, quick service. Liked the Cajun fries. Good milkshake. Very busy during the half price Covid eat out meal offer. Toilets needed serious attention on this occasion.
Great place, excellent customer service they guys here are great. Food is on the more expensive end of the fast food options but worth it.
Great place to eat. Jammed full of Americana style from the fifties era. The only thing missing is a jukebox! The manager is a gent and will happily give his time to discuss any aspect of the business. Menu is mainly limited to catering for beef lovers so I struggled as I dont eat beef but the BLT is outstanding and I highly recommend it. Otherwise it would be a 5 star review. I think a couple of chicken dishes on the menu wouldnt go amiss. Also maybe something Halloumi based options for vegetarians. The chips/fries are also highly recommended. (PLEASE CHECK THE OIL THEY USE IF YOU HAVE NUT ALLERGIES or any other dietary requirementsVery freindly staff and a high standard of hygiene. Will be making another visit when funds can stretch to a not inexpensive menu.
Great five guy quality food. The fries are a must in here.. I am particularly fund of tbr hotdogs.. The perfect cheat day treat, the shakes are great and you have the option of mixing and matching them. Also, did I mention the shakes were great?? 😂😂
Well worth visiting for the first time - completely customise everything. The milkshakes are AMAZING but I would have liked some guidance as I have no clue how to make a burger.
Awful experience, here’s why:The music is played over a speaker system in the kitchen yet no speakers work in the seating area- so the music is played loud enough to carry over- resulting in customers having to yell at the till to be heard. The poor server, has to almost mount the till to lean over far enough to be heard & has to spiel off a ton of options. Then you sit & wait until your food Oder is ready & wait again for your drink order to be yelled over the sound of the music. When the food arrived (cooked to orderI was disappointed to find the 3 burgers we ordered, wrapped in tight foil- squashed. The bacon was burned to a crisp. The burgers were no more than mediocre at best. However the shakes were impressive. Overall my experience at paying £50 for 3 burgers, 2 fries, 2 shakes & 1 beer is not one either I or my 2 adult sons would repeat.I feel for the staff working there as it’s way too loud back there. Now I’m wondering what eatery will take the place of 5 guys in the summer if it lasts that long!
Staff are still new and being trained, however service and the food was great, and there were plenty of staff keeping the place clean. Be prepared though, this is pricier than your normal burger joint, but also tastier.
