Friendly and great service. They seem to throw in additional fries in the bag for good measure.10/20/2022 - prices have gone up here in the last couple of months. One Cheese burger, one bacon cheese burger and one fries almost $35

Food was good . employees greet every race besides hispanics like myself, racial discrimination should not be tolerated.

I like Five Guys best eaten in the restaurant. The fries stay nice and hot.

Good food, but expensivefor hamburgers and fries. But may be comparable to other hamburger places.

I visited on 09/01/2022 about 1:50 pm (Oswego, Illinoisthere were two young men, one came and took my order while the other one cooked it up. They were both very attentive, had great smiles, looked me in my eyes when they spoke to me, and wished me a great day. Some people might think this isnt much, but I will come back because I like the food of course. But if its a decision between two places that I like the food and one of those places has fantastic customer service Im absolutely going there. I didnt get their names but they did a fantastic job! Keep it up! Ill be back for sure!

Love the fries. Hamburger are very good, be prepared for higher price.

Really good burgers and fries. Fresh cut and theres a lot of fries in your order.Ask them if you can get the fries extra crispy and youll be amazed at how good they areThen the burgers. Any way you want them and with anything you want added from their extensive list. These are how burgers should be made.Pair up a cheese burger with tomatoes, lettuce, onion, extra pickles, hot peppers, mayo, ketchup and mustard and an order of extra crispy fries and a coke and your set.

By far one of the best Burgers in the area. Highly recommended and make sure to ask for all the toppings as they are free and make the burger...

Had never been to five guys before but you just made me a repeat customer food was delicious and served by very friendly people

No matter the time, the crew is always kind. The food is always fresh and hot.

Be careful getting GrubHub from here, they deliver the food cold and the shakes were chocolate milk upon arrival

Normally I would give 5 guys a 5 star...but today...no hand sanitizer in the dispensers when you walk in. My bun was dry and the burger on my sandwich was about 1/2 the size it normally is. On the upside...fries were delish!

Fries where half cooked half uncooked. Staff was amazing and professional

Ive never eaten at Five Guys because I do not eat beef but my family loves the fresh, not frozen, cut and cooked fries and burgers.

It was RIDICULOUSLY expensive for just a plain burger and a fry. Although the frys were terrific. The burger was just a burger.

Ordered a double bacon cheese burger, no bacon. Didnt get some of the condiments on our sandwiches either. Not normal for a five guys. But besides that, it was ok

I don’t get this location. Hours are odd/short which is fine. But twice I have tried to pick up, but doors were locked. I see people inside but can’t go in. Tried ordering delivery too but no one available but not their fault. Guess no more Five Guys for me since I give up

Burgers are good but still just a burger. Unlimited salted peanuts in the shell if thats your thing. Its really just a fast food restaurant no table service. Pricey though, dinner for two $43. We both order the same thing so thats a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a soda X2. All in all still good eating.

Black Shirt manager was ridiculously disrespectful. Heard some of his conversation with these 2 girls who had shirts that looked like his but were red. Looked like he was just chewing them out the entire time and when I was handed my food, I could definitely see the impact of his words on their faces. As long as he’s around I won’t be coming back. Bad energy

Ordered with app. Went in, picked up food. Order was hot and correct.. shakes are really good.

Listen, Im not one to complain just to complain. This was by far one of most expensive fast food places Ive ever eaten at. I dropped 56 dollars on 4 people. Thats just absurd in my opinion for a non traditional sitdown type restaurant. The food was ok at best.

Although this location had reduced hours because of a staffing shortage, it’s back open for a little bit longer. The quality of food and service has not suffered at all. If you’re craving a big burger and a huge order of fries, this place is still the one. I think I need to point out that a little cheeseburger is a single patty burger and a cheeseburger is a double patty burger. Just some info for the first time visitors.

Crew that works there is amazing. Theres a young gentleman who works there and I always see him, I hope he is recognized for his hard work. Hes an amazing asset to your team!! Manager on duty was nice too. 😇

This place is just over priced, I could have went to a street vendor and got better food,My opinion is that the only reasonThese Guys are in business is from the overflow of other restaurants oh and the Burgers look like something that is just thrown together, trust and believe I will not be back HOLLA!!!

Better than the Geneva one for food but had a few issues.Great food and more fries than Geneva where I have been hundreds of time. ( was on a Five Guys diet for 2 years 😀).Only issue was they were out of the ketchup pump and paper towels in the bathroom.Also call before heading out as they have had random system errors that has caused them to have the store close with no notice.On my visit 11-23-21 @ 1pm the staff was excellent. Again but better than Geneva.Try to get the tech issue settled asap as driving from aurora and finding a closed store is no fun.

got to order my food and the manager said it would be a 10 min wait bc it was busy. She provided us with free drinks and even tried to pay for our meal bc of the wait. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A GENUINE AND AMAZING PERSON DO SUCH A THING AND IT WAS JUST SO KIND AND CARING FOR HER STAFF AND OTHER CUSTOMERS. Gladly paid for my food bc this staff was on game mode! They are GREAT! THANKS AGAIN FOR THE SERVICE AND I WILL DEFINITELY REMEMBER THIS. THANKS AGAIN FOR BEING KIND AND CARING AND UNDERSTANDING. WHAT A GREAT HUMAN BEING IN ALL HONESTY! Everything is perfect about the fries.Everything is perfect about the burger.What more could you possibly want? They do what they do with excellence.

Burgers were good. Unfortunately, I had to tell my kids they werent getting gifts this Christmas since we used all of our savings to feed a family of five.

The food is always phenomenal when I come here. Easily one of my favorite restaurants to go to. The food and staff are always consistent, fast, and polite. Definitely a good place to go to if youre craving a good burger or shake.

Usually the give you a ton of French fries. This time the cup wasnt even fun. Asked for 1 lg regular fry and 1 lg cajun. Got 2 sm cajun. Always seem to get something wrong. 5 burgers didnt mark them. No napkins.

Confidently awesome burgers. The staff know it and serve it up like they know its awesome. The clients know it too. There wonderfully palpable anticipation as orders are served up hot. Love it.

The burger are so good and the fries are so tasty. Highly recommend this place. The regular cheeseburger is two patties.

5 guys is one of my favorite places to eat. This one we couldnt eat inside because of covid so my husband went in and we just had our "date" (lolin our car. Food was good as always!

Burgers are always made when you order them. Bacon is always perfect add you always get way too many fries. Honestly worth the extra $$ compared to other fast food burger joints.

Five guys i have always felt is a great burger place concealing the greatedt fry place. Exceptions are not here wither, the staff was friendly, service prompt, food spectacular. I was satisfied and my daughter found a new favorite place.

One of my Favorite Burgers out. No need for cheese, it takes away from the flavor of the meat. Also love their Cajun Fries, one large order feeds 4 people.

Husband got carryout tonight. Brought home and was worst food experience. My kids burger the bun was so soggy I had to throw away and just eat meat and fixings. If your going to put alot on burger, get a bun that will support it! Also the mountain of fries u give in bag, all soggy too and not hot!Will try to never again go here

WE LOVE their cajun fries and pretty much why we order food from here. Their burgers are okay, small for the price and not much seasoning on the burger itself. Plus they are always messly made which I dont understand. Overall though we enjoy Five Guys!

Had received a gift card for Christmas and just used it. I love how they have Whole30 options without the bun but I did splurge on a few fries. The fries were amazing and piping hot.

My family really likes the food. It is pricey because it is fresh. Milkshakes are amazing! I get a vegetarian option which is pretty tasty. Veggies are definitely fresh and I recommend. Nice to have peanuts to munch on while the food cooks. Friendly staff.

I believe its pretty new in Oswego, but the service as terrible.I placed my order online and paid for it so all I had to do was pick it up and go. When I got there they hadnt made it! So I ended up having to wait 15 min for an overdone burger and very salty fries. Definitely not worth the price .

The burger is extremely fresh and cooked to order. Tastes authentic. You get a lot of fries for your order but they need to add cheese sauce!

I just want to start by saying, I love five guys. I’m so happy there is one in Oswego. I’ve tried almost everything on their menu at least once. Their burgers are delicious and the Cajun fries are a must with any order. Their milkshakes are very good (a bit pricey in my opinion but worth every penny).I also like that the restaurant is always clean. The staff are friendly and the wait time isn’t very long even when it’s busy.

Absolutely horrible experience! $17 for a burger and fry. Dirtiest restaurant I have ever experience. Ketchup all over tables and chairs. Employee attempting to clean literally kicked a chair into us as we waited for 20 minutes for a burger. Save yourself the frustration and go next door. Would not recommend this location and all!

The burgers were OK the buns fall apart if you have to many toppings. The fries were pretty good. Not as good as Mr Beef and Gyros. I can say I had 5 Guys wont go back 40. Plus for 3 burgers and fries

Delicious!!! My favorite place to go for a burger. And their fries...... incredible. It is a little pricey, but so is Portillos nowadays. I love that I can pile on all the toppings I want for the same price.

Dont get the allure? Pretty average burgers for way above average prices. Fries are well below average quality. My son and I each got a hamburger fries and a drink each...$28.00+..? Really? You can go to a gourmet burger place for a little less. Id really rather have a Portillos burger, Moo Yah, 9ers, even a freshly made Hardees burger or a Whopper is tastier. I just dont get it. The atmosphere is just blah too. ?? How do they stay in business? I can only guess that the people that rate these Burgers high either have no idea what a quality Burger is supposed to taste like and look like and have never been to a quality gourmet burger shop or are kids that just think its neat to go to a place called Five Guys.??? Do not get the attraction. Once was definitely enough.

This was my first (and probably my lastdining experience at 5 guys. The 2 stars are for the staff, who were outstanding!The burgers were meh - even using fresh ground beef. The cheese is just gross -Seriously, using real American cheese on a 6 buck burger should be a no brainer. (And, a selection of cheese would be a nice offering)Fries were OK but, fried in peanut oil, turned me off.I guess being able to say Ive had Five Guys was worth the 25 and some change for 3 burgers and an order of fries.
