This Five guys is always good! The managers here hold their staff to a high standard. I appreciate the work ethic!

I have been to this 5 guys twice and its been a great experience the food is good the staff is friendly service was great. This particular restaurant was great. The prices are reasonable the customization you can make to your burger is outstanding and they ask if you want fresh jalapeños them mean fresh not from a can or a jar.

Best burgers in Yakima! Coolest staff too. Someone took my order and the fixed everything for me! Will come backkk for sureeee!!!

Did not go to Five Guys. I had a wonderful dinner at Bankock OMG. Fantastic Thai food.

For those who dont know Five Guys have a secret menu:There’s a “secret” menu at Five Guys that contains several items and sandwich combinations that aren’t directly advertised to patrons. The grilled cheese cheeseburger, aka the patty melt, is on that list, along with customizations like “The Presidential,” which was apparently the favorite order of former President Barack Obama. “The Presidential” is a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, jalapeno peppers, and mustard. Then there’s the “Artery Annihilator,” which is consists of a bacon cheeseburger with a split hot dog placed on top of it.#localguide

Burgers were falling apart. The dining room was dirty and it was pretty dead. Employees were standing around waiting for you to order. But burgers are normally pretty decent. Just really put together badly!

Best place in yakima to get a homemade style burger and fries! Their ground beef is fresh, never frozen and the fries are straight from whole potatoes!

Dont get me wrong, their food is soo good, but a little expensive. Expect to pay a minimum of $12 for a burger. Benefits: Ordering ahead both over the phone and online, pristine bathrooms, fast and friendly service, and free peanuts!

This specific Five Guys was gross to walk into. The tables were all dirty and the floors were flat out disgusting. The fountain machine was out of almost all their flavors. I highly recommend management looks into their staffing from today and discuss with the crew that they need to work on maintaining the cleanliness. It wasn’t busy so there was no excuse for basic sweeping and wiping down the tables to not be done. I would expect higher standards from a chain restaurant.

Great service even when the credit cars reader was down. The cashier suggested using the FiveGuys App to us and we got our order without any hiccups. Everyone (5 others groupshe talked too after us signed into the App. Great burgers/fries and even better service!!

Great food, gets cold fast though, especially after a jog and home depot, but kind of expected. Burgers are a bit messy but Im kinda into that stuff. Service was fantastic but the mile jog to get there was kind than the cashier, i think carrying the food around in home depot got me some weird glances but overall great experience, just a small wait.

I worked at five guys when I was going through college. When you order fries you are supposed to get whats called a topper. Extra fries spilling over inside your bag. That doesnt happen at our local five guys. Its disappointing because franchise wide rule. Someone is just being stingy in our town.

Food was good but pretty pricey since there arent any combos.One thing I feel should be noted, if youve never been before, is that their fries are fried in 100% peanut oil.

Nice Workers, made my food quickly, arrived around 1pm and there arent many customers. Food is a bit expensive as there isnt any meal deals so you have to buy burger, fries and drinks seperatly and it can be pretty costly when eating as a family. Other than price, I recommend as the food taste amazing.

1. The place was clean and the line was fast.2. Customer service was great they all greater us and said goodbye when we left. Even the cooks. I thought that was pretty cool and nice and not every establishment does that these days.3. The food OMG where have we been? First time trying it, we got the cheeseburger (I wasnt that hungrythen we see how HUGE that cheeseburger was and the flavor was just to die for. A delicious, savory and huge burger. Dont even get me started on the fries portion so many fries thank God we only ordered one.4. Price.. Not your topical fast food place prices but totally worth it. You gotta try this place!

This place is ran poorly. Manager doesnt really seem to care nor is she very nice to her staff or the customers. Seems like she is just there for a paycheck. Sad because most 5 guys are awesome. Food is decent here though.

Top 3 best burger in town. The only downside is, they are much better to eat right in the restaurant, as the burgers are so hot and juicy, combined with time it takes to get home, can make the bun a tiny bit soggy from steaming in the foil wrapper.. but seriously thats the only nitpick I have. Cajun fries are off the chain too. Fast, affordable, fresh, friendly service, this place checks all the boxes for me. Highly recommended!

5 Guys is the best burger you can get in a fast food restaurant. You get two patties, and any topping you want. It is a guaranteed messy experience, which is another characteristic of a worthwhile burger. A huge order of those amazing fries, and youre set! I could definitely eat a 5 Guys burger literally every day!!

I’m a vegan and have a hard time finding anything on the go in Yakima. Five Guys fries are vegan. They even keep them separate from the rest of the the menu offerings and usually have one employee who handles just those to keep from cross contamination. It’s mentioned on five guy’s website. Most five guys don’t hold this standard though and make it impossible for a vegan to even consider eating in their establishment. This location was like that about 6 months ago but since has really turned it around. I went from not wanting to go there anymore (I didn’t for about 5 monthsto giving it another chance and being a bit blown away by how much it has improved. They got a young fella there that is big enough to start for the Seahawks working the flat grill and I tell yah his work is mesmerizing. I could watch him sling meat and vegetables for hours. I haven’t had to question the fries I get there since coming back (at least twice a weekas I can watch them being made all the while being kept separate from the burgers, dogs, and cheeses. I also enjoy the time I am waiting there as the staff is hustling and the place is clean. Thank You Yakima Five Guy’s. This family of vegans REALLY appreciates it!😁👍

I ordered food through the Uber Eats app to pick up. When I arrived, there was a ton of people waiting, so I waited as well. When the place was finally empty with everyone else having gotten their food, I asked if my food was close, and apparently, it was sitting on top of the fry station the whole time... and I was told, "Just waiting on the fries"... what?So I had to wait for the fries, now, too. But yeah, fresh hot fries to go with my warm-ish burger.But hey at least I got to read the political graffiti and f-words on their crayon "art" board.Classy Five Guys, classy. 😡😡

I love Five Guys! Best French fries (like homemade from thre best usually locally grown potatoesand burgers you can load up with whatever you want. Add to that that they have Coke Freestyle machines and milkshakes my kids love and its a perfect stop for a family dinner.

First time being inside five guys. I really enjoyed the food. The hamburger has flavor and they add enough fries. While a customer waits for their order to be complete you can eat peanuts. Peanuts seem to be unlimited and you can even throw the shells on the floor. FIVE guys also plays some background music. On this visit I did use the restroom and Im glad I did. Restroom was clean and spacious. I will give this Restaurant 5 out 5. The employees seem friendly too.

The food is amazing. Burgers and fries made when you order. My favorite milkshake is the salted caramel malt. AND IT LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURES!!!

Best burgers in town! Large portions to feed the whole family. Has an old school environment with great music. The staff was super friendly and helpful while ordering. Absolutely loved it. Also all the food is fresh and cooked right in front of you.

AMAZING food! The service was great but the burgers and fries, oh my. I didnt even order mayo or and sauce and the burger was so moist, the toppings were grilled to perfection, and you order a friend, they fill your cup, and THROW ANOTHER BASKET ON TOP IN THE BAG! great deal. You would spend more for a half par burger at a fast food chain vs the put goodness you get here.

The restaurant is easy to find and is well-staffed. When I arrived, around 3 pm on a Saturday, they were fairly busy - but quick to take your order.They do not have meals, but rather sell the items individually at full price. They are well worth the price, and the burgers are juicy and large. The fries can be seasoned with Cajun spices, adding a nice kick to the taste. The soft drinks have a coke machine with over 100+ selections. The shakes are thick and creamy and taste delicious!They have complimentary peanuts while you wait for your order, which can take a while to get. Mine was about 15 minutes for my order.4/5 experience. It lacks ambience inside the store, as it doesnt have much character. The positives though is an attentive staff, great food at reasonable prices, and a large selection of soft drinks.

Delicious burgers, fries, and shakes. Everything fresh, nothing frozen, nothing microwaved. The fries actually taste like potatoes! Order your burger exactly the way you want it, then add as many toppings as you want from their impressive list. Great service and very decent prices.

Pretty delicious burgers. The fries as well was pretty satisfied that the regular fed up to 2 people. Pretty cool buy. Plus you get to throw your peanut shells on the floor. Only restaurant Ive been in that lets you be messy. So overall great experience will be going again soon.

There was only 3 guys behind the counter, so I started off feeling like I had been fibbed to. The floor was messy and it took a while to get my order. When I did get my order it was wrong. Now wait a minute, you are asking why there are 5 stars up there? Because the people working were very friendly, the floor was dirty because you can grab some free peanuts and throw the shells on the ground (I dont know if they do that every day, but it was fun to feel like I was getting away with being naughty!), and my order was wrong, but in a good way. I ordered a basic burger and I got a double cheeseburger. I got the standard size cajun fries, and there were so many that I couldnt finish them all! Great food and a fun place to eat, thats why they still got 5 stars.

It was ok, just didnt like the fact that you have to order everything separately, the burger, the fries, the drink etc... the free peanuts while you wait was good and the fries where yummy the burger was exceptional kinda spendy all in all it was ok.

UPDATED: Arguably the best burger in town! Burgers and fries were delish, place very clean and festive with classic rock music, service was fantastic. Little burgers (1pattyare $6, double burger is $7, fries are huge and a regular is $4. They also have hot dogs, sandwiches and milkshakes. Granted Im not a Yakima native but I think Five Guys beats Miners by far on taste, quality and definitely price. Those employees were hustling and it looked hectic back there but everyone was very organized, patient with each other and working fast together. The gals that took our order were very friendly and helpful in navigating the best order for us. They have a patio but unfortunately it only has 2 tables (hopefully theyll add more ). Originally I gave them 4 stars because of the shake making process being unorganized and taking an excessive amount of time. This time the shake was done maybe a minute after we ordered it! Excellent improvement, thanks so much for listening to feedback! So glad to have yall in town, well be back a few times a month.

Yakima finally has a Five Guys! When you walk in, the delicious smell of burgers and fries greets you like an old friend! Immediately after walking in, you’ll find open boxes of peanuts that are free for the taking. They keep it clean, but you can just throw the peanut shells on the ground. When you get up to order, there’s a few things that you should know. A ‘regular’ burger has 2 patties. The little burgers have a single patty, which is probably enough for most people. You can put whatever toppings you want on your burger….I’m a sucker for grilled onions and jalapenos. The fries are fantastic and sourced from the region. Two people can easily share a regular fry. If you like Cajun flavor, check out the Cajun fries. They are awesome! If you order a drink, they have the fancy coke machines that can make a gazillion different flavors of your drink. Orange Coca-Cola? Yup. Raspberry Diet Coke? Yup! If you’re in the area, check out 5 guys….Delicious burgers and fries!

I was the 23rd customer for their grand opening. It was everything good about Five Guys and then some. The food was amazing, the service went above and beyond to make everyone happy, and the entire experience is up to the high standards that you expect from Five Guys. Even with a long line, I was at my table with food before I knew it. I am extremely happy that they decided to open up a location here in Yakima and look forward to going again.. and again.. and again..
