Fiume in Colombia

The restaurant empty there were unable to find us a table, unbelievable. They should try to organise things better. Very rude host whom apparently she hasnt been trained to be a host, as her answer it is just a no. Wont coming back.

Nothing spectacular except for the opportunity to be in a restaurant by the open view. We had a reservation at noon, ordered by 12:10pm and didnt get our mains until 12:55pm..... And the place was 3/4 full at best. The food took such a long time we were going to cancel our order as we lost our appetite just waiting.Food was OK, service besides the huge delay of food was good, saving this review from 2 stars. Not worth coming back.

Service was really fab - we tried lots of places with a lot of front of house being difficult/ saying no. Staff at Fiume were fab to help fit us in (even when fully bookedand then super attentive. Food was also amazing - try the truffle past and the calamari, one is the best I’ve had!

Went into this half empty restaurant to ask for a table for 2 and they said they were fully booked, so we left and went to a much busier restaurant a few doors down and they got us a table straight away.Couldnt understand the logic of turning away walk in guests at the door even if youre fully booked but obviously pre-booked guests werent turning up for their bookings or were maybe turning up 30mins late but they were still keeping the empty tables free, the business wont survive for long if they keep doing this.

Great place with Great food!! The staffs are very friendly and professional. Definately recommended!

Visited Fiume on Saturday, having booked well ahead to reserve a table of 5 as we spent the day visiting the newly opened Battersea Power Station.Decor and ambiance in fume is great, the menu is seasonal and the chefs really know what they are doing. 5 stars there.However, this is a relatively new restaurant, is overbooked or at capacity given the footfall in the area and the service team is clearly stretched.Our waiter was pleasant and did everything he could but on two occasions he delivered the wrong food from another table and we witnessed other waiters do the same in the rush of a busy evening. Teething issues I’m sure as our food was incredible.Will be visiting again.

I live near power station and decided to have the dinner. Been to this place few times and had good impression on the food.This time the hostess was very nice to find the table . However the service was awful. It took 15 minutes to get a menu and waiters don’t even know the wine list. Another 15 min took to get the drink together with semi cold pasta. I never got water or coffee I asked for . The waiter was not keen to get any feedback actually he just did jut listen to it. Pasta itself was cold and I guess that way taste was gone . Plus I was given fork and knife and no way to ask for the spoon. To get the bill of course another wait . I even tried to call restaurant line as clearly there is no regard to clients . My clearly worst experience in ages that I am ready to post a review.

Went to celebrate a special occasion and after 2 hours of waiting still did not receive receive our order. After 2 hours wait we got our dishes still with nuts (although requested without). It was impossible to get a hold of a waiter and while being apologetic about the whole situation our celebration was ruined alongside with the mood. Had to leave later than anticipated.Overall definitely don’t go here if you have high expectations or a special occasion because you wouldn’t want to spend your occasion hungry waiting for food for 2 hours.

Went here on Saturday 15th Oct for dinner on the opening weekend of Battersea Power Station, everywhere was very busy so were lucky to get in.Given how busy it was the service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive which made a huge difference to lunch earlier in the day. Ordered a bottle of the Deracine Nero dAvola which was very nice given the price point, surprised to see others complaining of the service as we found it to be great, not intrusive but friendly and attentive.Was mainly visiting for drinks but had a pizza which had a lovely sourdough base, and good quality olives/olive oil.

Appalling service. Had to ask for a menu for both drinks and food. Had to beg for our drinks to be brought from the bar. An Italian restaurant that runs out of olives is embarrassing. Took so long to bring the starters that we had to leave. To be fair to them they comped the drinks. Least I would expect. Would advise eating anywhere but here

Unfortunately one of the worst, if not the worst, dining experiences I’ve had in London. As soon as I walked in, I was rudely greeted and ignored by the hostess. After being escorted to the table, it took 30 minutes until someone responded to our countless attempts at ordering. After finishing our appetizers, our empty plates sat on the table for 30 minutes until we got the attention of the waiters to remove our plates and ask about our main course, and we spent an additional 45 minutes waiting for our main course (total of 1.25 hours waiting after appetizers for our main course). During this time, the hostess ignored not one, not two, not three, but four of my attempts to speak with her. She would actively look, ignore my calls, and assist other costumers and make herself busy with every table but ours. It wasn’t until I called the waiter and specifically asked for the hostess that she came and pretended to have forgotten all four of my attempts at calling her. I was even looking forward to dessert but was not willing to wait another hour for a piece of tiramisu. Never coming back here again.

It was lovely, amazing food, friendly waitresses. I had the greatest time at my sisters birthday. They have a kids menu as well, good portions

We sat at the bar for an impromptu glass or two of wine. The suggestion of Javier was superb, the service he provided us was professional and relaxing. Do not loose this bar person as he is an asset to Fiume.

If youd like to have a good time and show your appreciationlove to someone, this is THE place to go.(as a nb pan this would be a pretty calm and comfortable place to come out in)Hope youll have a good time!

It was our anniversary dinner, searched for a nice Italian restaurant to go out. The location is amazing and the staff were very friendly. But that were the compliments end. The food was edible, not what you would expect from such a restaurant. Most dishes had no seasoning. The cheese was bland, the sauce for the croquettes was not good, the marinara had too much sage flavor. The food and drink took a lot of time to arrive, plus the servers are slow and takes a while for them to notice you. The menu has many vegetarian options that do not state vegetarian next to. We had to play guess and keep asking. It sounds strange for allegedly a fancy restaurant. The desserts were not good either, the tiramisu had so much cacao powder it was like the cinnamon challenge.Would not advise.

Staff were extremely friendly and it was such a lovely experience. The food was so good. I had the grilled calamari for starters and sea bass with green beans and potatoes. It was very well seasoned. I wasnt feeling so great so couldnt enjoy my main, the staff offered to exchange it for anything else from the menu. I went for pizza and it wasvert good. Special thanks to the waitress Paula her warmth was genuine :)

Bad experience. Tea arrived 45 mins after we ordered. Made to sit in the cold outside because "it was fully booked" despite there being plenty of free seats.This would be one start if it was not for the only good waiter in the restaurant his name Sergio. Otherwise terrible experience in spite of the food being good probably wont be back

Worst Experience I have had for a long time poor service food not great overall it’s a no from me. Menu is limited. The beef had to be sent back . Potatoes were under cooked generally very disappointed. and we waited 10 mins for a Ofer a drink and a. Further 15 mins for it to arrive. I would not go very poor and over priced.

Emailed to book a table for a celebratory meal for my birthday, I emailed well in advance (3 weeks). Took days to receive a response, they asked if I would like to confirm my reservation to which I responded “yes please”Cut to the day of my celebrations and I tried to call to adjust the number on the table to find out there’s no booking for us and no availability. I couldn’t get in touch with the restaurant themselves, only greeted by rude and obnoxious call handlers in their centralised booking office.Had to book somewhere else last minute, luckily they had availability and were as helpful as could be.Do not recommend.

Location is amazing. It was a sunny day and we ate outside in the shadow of the Power Station. Really relaxed and exactly what we needed.However, ridiculously expensive. Main course c.£30 before sides. Waiters were really nice and attentive but made lots a little mistakes with the order.I think ok as a rating is about right, but could have been amazing.

Really enjoyed my lunch here. They offer a full a la carte menu and a smaller, Evening Standard 2 or 3 course set menu for £25 or £30 which is what I had. Starter of wafer thin slices of pork belly charcuterie was nice, but the salmon main was phenomenal. Desserts were both lovely, with homemade sorbet or panna cotta. Overall, a really nice meal, served efficiently in an increasingly nice part of London - the Battersea Riverfront!

Absolutely amazing food! Great location and a lovely place to sit outside and have a meal. Its pricey though and limited menu options. Lots of good vegetarian dishes.

Had booked a table of 8 people for a birthday weeks in advance at Fiume (a D&D Restaurant). They called and cancelled the booking (presume I am not the only oneso they can host a private event. Shockingly terrible customer care and clearly no desire for repeat customers and just want cash in the door.

This place is an absolute gem. Fabulous food and such friendly attentive staff and a great location too.Will certainly be back while this great weather lasts - although the interior looks very inviting too.Enjoyed beautifully grilled kalamari, great mix of croquettes and courgette flower as well as lovely salad and a bottle of Pinot Grigio blush rose.Fab!

All the dishes we had were very good and fresh. Also u can feel the creative touch of the chef , rather than having simple Italian fresh food . Nice ambiance and decor.

Expected much more. Service very slow. Under staffed. Staff were polite but not friendly and hard to get ahold of. Food - average. Our lamb was massively over cooked when we ordered pink. In fairness they did remove from the bill. Wine list reasonably priced. Nebbilio lacked body. Thought overall cost was too much for what they delivered.

We had a magnificent lunch on Thursday at Fiume. Food was fabulous. Staff were very friendly and most professional. Please thank the boss for the beers. Very generous and a nice surprise. We will be back.

Nice Italian restaurant with good selections of Italian dishes , the choice is good , portions of some of the starters items are too small , I believe they need to re consider the portions of some menu items .If you are expecting larger portions and you feel hungry, this isn’t the best choice .Only one type of soup , no choice .Service time , too bad even that there was hardly any customers in the restaurant , staff were not so friendly and the price was more than what it really was worth, very disappointing.

Very pleasant evening, wonderful location, excellent service and amazing food - tagliatelle e tortelli were sublime! Starters could be more generous in portion (not really suitable for sharing if youre more than 2). Will be back for sure!

We visited the location to enquire about celebrating our wedding reception there. We were given a quote by the manager and were told the events team would be in touch.The events team emailed us which went to junk and didnt bother making a follow up call. I called to ask for more details after not knowing they had purely sent the email.A team manager named Ana Alfonso explained that was what they had done. She then resent the email and to our surprise the quote was 25% higher than we previously received.Ana said leave it with her and she would ask her management. She took her time getting back to us then said there was nothing she could do.We said our offer would be the previous quote otherwise we would go elsewhere.Again she took her time to respond but then came back saying the management will not change the quote and then threw the location manager under the bus stating "I do apologise that you were misquoted on site".If that is the standard and morale values of this restaurant then Im glad I didnt find out when out of pocket.I will avoidI just noticed that they dont appear to respond to reviews..... Says it all

The food and service is lovely and authentic albeit a bit on the pricey side. However, we did opt for mostly seafood including the delicious crab pasta and Prosecco. The white wine recommended was lovely. The zucchini fries are an absolute must. Great for a special occasion.

The restaurant was nice in terms of decor. The menu was limited and quite niche for an Italian restaurant. I had the Tortellini with ricotta and lemon. It tasted like warm lemon cheesecake which is an odd mix and quite hard to digest. I would potentially return, but I would order a different main dish. The deserts were also limited.

Couldn’t get a table because we didn’t have a booking despite the restaurant being empty. Went round the corner to Cinnamon Kitchen, had a lovely meal and a couple of bottles of wine before walking past again after our meal and noticing it was still pretty empty…

Nice Italian restaurant by the river, with a variety of freshly cooked Italian dishes. Tables both inside and outside the restaurant, which would be great under a sunny weather. Personnel is helpful and polite!

Great food and lovely staff! The pizza was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and helpful about any questions on the menu. They did forget one of the starters even though we had reminded them twice, but it wasn’t a big deal, all in all I had a great evening and would recommend.

We had NYE dinner and was very good! (Maybe the desserts need some improvements, but everything was great)

Great wine, excellent meat selection. Waiter helped me with my Spanish. Heated outside area and super dog friendly 🐶

One of the best Italian restaurants I have ever eaten in. The food was exceptional the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was remarkable. I truly exceptional restaurant.

Fantastic food - especially the roasted sea bream and the tagliolini with Scottish crab. The parking is a bit of a headache to figure out, but easy to use once you do.

Fiume has the potential to be a lovely restaurant but I don’t think I’ll be going back after my first experience dining there. The host was really unwelcoming - we stood waiting in the freezing wind whilst he struggled to find our booking despite being shown our email confirmation. We asked if we could sit down as it was freezing and were told he ‘wanted to get to the bottom of it’ what’s even stranger is that the restaurant was empty at the time. Crazy 🤷🏼‍♂️. We were actually freezing all through the meal so maybe wait until we can dine inside again or pick a hot day! Food was pretty good but some of the portions were quite small. I’d go for pasta as a recommendation. Could be a nice place to eat if they were able to fix the ‘windy corner’ vibe.

Went for Sunday lunch on a sunny day, we sat outside and had a lovely time. The food was delicious and the service excellent. The starters were fantastic and generous portions. The Pasta and pizzas were also excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant! Book in advance, this restaurant is very popular.

A good italian restaurant, I would definitely go back if I plan to be around the area. The food was of good quality/ tasty and decent sized portions too. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well. All staff were wearing masks and all tables were distant. I would definitely recommend

Really wonderful and different food. The whole place is stylish and the music is nice. The service is fast and friendly.The starter we had was really great, and the crab pasta was wonderful. The most delicious thing was the eggplant Parmesan, though. It was just amazing and melts and had just the right amount of different flavors and textures. Really great!

Serving very good Italian food overall, a great place the eat and relax. The truffle pasta is VERY expensive - shocked, we paid £100 for 4 thinly shaved pieces of white truffle, while the pasta was fresh, we could barely taste the truffle. While this dish is not worth the expense the other dishes were well priced and delicious. We will definitely go back but we will definitely avoid the truffle menu.

Beautiful setting and excellent food. Went for the Sunday roast and it did not disappoint, the meat was tender and the sides delicious. Absolutely recommend getting the fried zucchini, one portion to share is plenty! The pancake was better than the tiramisù, which was a single layer of biscuits with cream on top and bottom. Writing this review does in fact make me hungry again.
