First Floor in T'ai-chung-shih

工作人員都很親切，入住前退房後都可寄放行李，離火車站很近，門口就有公車站牌，交通非常方便。但床具不是很乾淨，一床被子上有血跡，其中一個枕頭套有污漬，一進房明顯感覺通風不是很好。早餐選擇不多，但可接受。就價位來說缺點是可以接受的，但還是希望多注意清潔。

1、因為靠近台中車站，出入相對「複雜」。有帶小朋友的親子家庭誠摯建議避開避免搭電梯時、辦理入住手續時要解釋很多。2、早餐的工作人員服務態度很棒，但早餐老實說並不好吃，而且餐廳不大。如果你有訂到沒有早餐的價格，把早餐留到第二市場去吃吧！3、非連假週末一個晚上新台幣四千二的四人房，附近會推薦去雙星大飯店。4、雖然可以停車但停車場是在第一廣場下方，隔天星期日早上要去取車的時候要有心理準備。5、一個星給位置絕佳因為隔壁就是宮原眼科，下樓走過去買冰回來房間吃綽綽有餘還沒有融化。6、附圖是廁所門破洞

在訂房網站上找到的，有優惠，且地點靠近火車站，很是方便。接洽服務人員很親切，CI很快速。房內，看得到的乾淨、安靜，可以靜靜享受。衛浴乾淨，清潔做得很到位。房內有第四台，走出飯店外就有吃的地方，不必夜半肚子餓。床乾淨好睡，冷氣不會太凍，舒服。早餐不錯，窗外陽光燦爛，所以住宿感覺很棒！

價格相當便宜，早餐選擇性不多。訂的是禁煙房卻整個都煙味，因為很晚又累，也懶得再去換，還好床單沒煙味，勉強睡一夜。本就是因為平價才入住，要求不能太高 。

隔音真的不好不僅是關門聲，隔壁房間浴室的水聲也能聽的清楚讓我驚艷就是早餐，補菜速度慢，還有服務員在洗手台洗碗盤，讓人以為是在路邊麵店吃飯嗎？完全感受不到悠閒吃早餐的感覺更重要的是安全問題，感覺從大門進出，服務人員都不會詢問一下，完全自由進出，毫無把關

飯店地點便利、房間整體還可以，雙人床是用單人床合併的，會不小心陷進去，隔音差半夜還會聽到隔壁挪椅子的聲音、隔壁開門以為自己的門被開，影響睡眠品質，但早餐蠻不錯的。

1.床有夠硬，而且底下還拿舊的發霉的床墊鋪著，而且還是雙床房中間會陷下去2.床單只有鋪薄薄一層，一下子就翻起來底下有夠髒3.空氣很差，進到房間內一直狂流鼻涕4.浴室浴缸很黑很髒，根本不敢泡澡5.地板也沒擦乾淨，擦完地板上還有水痕白白的6.WIFI根本連不上，沒辦法用7.隔音效果差，晚上睡覺還會聽到牆壁撞擊聲※建議對塵蟎、空氣過敏別來住，因為床墊底下基本上都發霉了基本上下次來台中也不會再住這間了。

他們家的價位跟地點說實在真的cp值很高而且還有浴缸跟免費停車場可惜是在水忽冷忽熱不管白天還是晚上都這樣還有早餐地方很小餐點也很一般不過對於我們在意的是停車場跟地點方便也不會一直待在飯店的旅客只要隔音好基本上是會再回來住的

還ok但隔壁整理房間的聲音很清楚，隔音差空調的聲音也很大又有浴缸，但空間小，變成淋浴者洗完澡後要跨出浴缸這時的地板弄濕後會非常滑，要小心，這是這間旅店極大的缺點我想應該有不少人是不使用浴缸的，但卻要站在浴缸上淋浴，且浴缸還非常小，要使用的人應該也是沒興趣

櫃檯人員服務態度都很棒👍🏻電話詢問問題也都很快解答可惜特約停車場有限高1.7m我們是休旅車很尷尬😂但可以憑收據補助最高150元（有設定自動扣款則是需要憑藉截圖明細至臉書說明幾號入住幾號房的人員後，再退款至帳號會比較麻煩一點就是了⋯⋯）老建築缺點應該就是廁所管線跟隔音但只是要睡一晚而言算不錯了～～

靠近車站真的很方便，也有車位可停，早餐還不錯，小而美的基本早餐的都會有，環境跟房間還不錯，是定四人房。附近也可以逛逛，可惜因疫情關係不敢逛，只好等下次疫情穩定就可以逛逛喔，本人是滿推薦的一個飯店，如果要說美中不足的話，應該是熱水不夠，過了十二點後，就會⋯，所以可能要有心理準備。因此若沒有太高要求，我覺得CP值是不錯。

Make the room sound proof for more relaxation. Aside from that, everything is good. Especially the staffs.

May I ask ? At that time I asked how much for one room one night? and the receptionist told me NTD 4798 if I remember correctly its for one night only? isnt that very expensive? I just want to know if the normal price at the hotel is actually how much? this is my experience 11-12-2021 if on saturday and sunday the hotel price does go up or how please someone explain to me because i still dont understand why its so expensive just for one night because usually i always book hotels at once including breakfast i guess around 2/3 thousand only if the hotel doesnt provide breakfast I only pay 1800 or 2000 .I apologize in advance and thank you I hope you can reply to my review

Absolutely disappointed and not worth 4000+NT per night. The bathroom is too small.

Very inconvenient for taking the one and only small elevator up and down for such a tall building which have 13 floors. Besides, one of the escape stairs is blocked by stuffs.

Thank you Kiwi branch 1 staffs for your hospitality. Specially the young lady at the front desk with a short hair. On my first day i mistakenly thought that the comforter inside the cabinet of our room was already used by the last occupant, i called her on the front desk through my room phone and told that there is a used comforter in our cabinet. Without any hesitation she asked the cleaners to replace it with a new one. But i realized that the comforter was newly laundried and it was placed in the cabinet as an extra for the guests. What made me felt guilty, she was very sorry for the incident, and didnt even reason out that the comforter was new. Thank you so much i enjoyed my 7 days stay in your accomodation.

Nice hotel located about few mins walk from the Taichung train station.There are many eateries and shops nearby.There is also a bus stop just right in front of the hotel.Free buffet breakfast is quite delicious.Room is clean, it provide free toiletries and free bottle drinks.The hotel has laundry facilities but dryer not functioning well, after 30 mins our clothes still not dry.We arrived the hotel early (about 12:30but couldnt check in until 4:00 pm.Dec 2018

Nice hotel, one minute form railway station. You just have to cross the street. Many bus stops in front of the main entrance to the building and next to station.
