Firehouse Subs Titus Landing in Titusville

Food was delicous and sanwiches were made well. Cashier at the register was kind of rude and wouldnt let anyone have their drink cup until everyones order was placed.

Excellent customer service. But their meatball sub sucks. Doesnt even taste like meat..

Good food and service. Wish the website and Android app worked better for placing orders for take out.

They went above and beyond expectations. Did a catering order they offered to make it right then for me because they were closing today because of the hurricane.Thank you all so much

They truly are all so kind at this location. So professional everybody smiles greets you and makes sure they say something as well when you leave. The subs are always made perfect with care. Ordered online, didnt register. Ordered again, online at store, worked second time. Got home with order, had two sandwiches but not the chips and cookies. Called, they said come back when convenient. Returned the next day with receipt, no problem. Sandwiches were decent.

This is the fifth time trying this firehouse subs with an online order and usually they just forget to take something off. This time they forgot an entire sub. This is sad that both the delivery driver and firehouse employee couldnt count and match up how many subs were on the order.

Always great service and always great subs and food. Stop eating at subway and just eat fire house now. So much taster then subway. Only problem is that they put online orders first before in store customers.

Website is horrible, will not be ordering due to broken website that says no firehouse subs locations exist in the state of Florida or in my zip code. Until the website is revised you will be loosing customers I guarantee it, decent place to eat but it doesn’t matter if you can’t order in the first place 0/10 even made an account and had the same malfunction it’s pretty infuriating I’m going to eat somewhere better.

Awesome experience, everything was exceptionally clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was great. Best sub place in Titusville hands down and weve been to all of them. Even better than Publix subs by far.

Great food, great service

The subs and service go hand in hand. Simply awesome. Just the idea that the fillings are warm makes me happy. I always get the mimi grilled chicken on wheat and the consistency with taste, texture, flavor— always amazing. An awesome choice anytime.

Our food was great, my baby LOVED the potato soup and didnt let us have any! We loved being able to sit outside in the sunshine. I also, personally, love the whole premise of their chain. Donating to fire and police departments, which are then able to save others lives and lively hoods as well!

Showed up at 9:30 pm. Sign on the door says open until 10:00 pm. Everyone inside yelled closed when we pulled up. They could have been more hospitable or polite. Won’t be stopping back there!

Turkey sub hot wasnt that great. Definitely will try a cold sub next time for comparison

I have been going to firehouse subs for years, the one at Titusville landing once again , no meat , dry, loads of bread needless to say I won’t be back until management fixes problem , hook and ladder always has been good

Best Italian sub Ive had in years! The macaroni and cheese was a great side for the sub. Being able to order small, medium or large is great as I dont always want a half sub going to waste. The employees are friendly and the hit sauce selection is amazing.

Foods great, but phone service sucks. They won’t answer during lunch service. Period. Super disappointed, and they lost me as a customer.

Super fresh ingredients the way I wish all sub shops were. Serious- the bread- especially the lettuce- When was the last time your sub was fresh like that? And the people are always attentive and polite… I really couldn’t ask for anything more… Five stars!

Its become a hit or miss here. 😕 I believe they switched owners. Not a good decision in my opinion. Ashley was sweet timely and accurate. I suggest you go in and order. Online ordering seems to always be missing something.

Love the food but not liking the change they made on the website for online ordering. Many options are not listed. Bummed about that.

Horrible service never on time over priced for what you set l get. Steamed meat in water thats been there God only knows how long.I will never eat there again

Great subs, kinda expensive but worth it. My daughter had it ordered online and I picked it up for her, a brisket and a turkey bacon ranch (Yum!Online ordering is pretty convenient with the chips, desserts and cups directly above the rapid rescue rack. The employees were very welcoming and informative as well. I’m unsure why some people are too lazy to get their own chips/desserts when or drinks when they are right there, but I forget that this town doesn’t really bother to read or use reading comprehension.

Well, tonight was a horrible experience. Walked in and paid for my order. Sat at the table by the register. 5 employees saw me sitting there. Let me sit there for 25 minutes while my food was sitting behind the counter. All sandwiches were soggy and cold. What a waste of money. We’ve been loyal customers since it opened. No pickles, 1 napkin and a rather large order that went into the trash. Never again..

They gast in our order no complaints there the food was good nothing really negative to say other than I like their subs but dont love them.

Excellent service all employees are very courteous helpful and pleasant, I highly recommend this place, try it you wont be disappointed. The subs are some of the best weve had and the menu covers just about any combination you could want. We will be going there often.

Placed the order online and they had the food ready within the time frame that was given. I would say the portion sizes are good for the most part depending on how hungry you are. This was a small.

This was my first time ever eating at a firehouse and they did not disappoint. I had the Italian sub and it was amazing! The place was packed but the service was still excellent and very efficient

Very friendly. Great service. The sub was good, but I prefer the bread at Publix, Wawa, or Jimmy Johns. Id definitely eat there again, but it wouldnt be my first choice if one of the other three were nearby.

Someone told me that this place has excellent subs, I see they were telling the truth... This place is better than Subway is... The food is fresher and tastes better.

Wow its nice to have a Fire House here in Titusville.Did not know about this location. Its tucked away from the main street.I enjoyed coming here. I was greeted upon entering. All the staff was friendly and helpful. My meal was excellent and made propmply. This sandwich shop uses top quality ingredients which makes for a tasty meal. The pricing is moderate to high but worth it. I will definitely be coming back. Super clean with ample seating and a nice decor. The rest room was spotless.
