Best place to get a fry in L’Derry! The fry includes americano or tea! Staff were really friendly as well!

I’m really not sure this place is going to survive long term open only 4 hours a day. I understand the last few years have been crazy. Other places can be open longer. I would hate for this place to close. Been a childhood favorite. I’m visiting home from America, and everytime I try to go closed. Next time I come home yous may not be here. Sad!!

We visited here and the Food was nice. Ice cream was also nice but a slightly melted. The machine in the cafe was very loud which spoiled the experience. We ordered 3 kids meal and 2 adult meals and 3 ice creams which was priced at over £80. Very expensive for the standard of cafe.

Best Ice cream place in the city, gorgeous chips as well. The sundaes are delicious, 100% worth a try.

Help shop locally arse, went in to "support local cafe" only to find it was "cash only" now dont know if its a tax thing or what but most people dont carry cash. Probably explains why the place had 2 people in...

Lovely classic comfort food, cant ask for more. Homely simple atmosphere. Also the food is a very resonable price, and you get large portions. Would definitely recommend for nice cheap meal or a comfort food binge.

The worst restaurant ever.Not a good value for money.1 chicken nuggets and chips = 4 nuggets and chips for 6 £.Fish and chips are not goodBurger with chicken for 5 £ is only bread and chicken without anything else.The people working here are not smiling and not doing any efforts to be understable.They didnt have most of the dishes from the menu so we didnt have a big choice.Definitely not a good place to go.

Just bought fish chips n sausages to take home, dear God grease dripping off everything burnt sausages haven’t been in there in years n won’t be back!

Has a reputation for great fish & chips. Fish and batter quite greasy did not do justice to what was a great meaty portion of fish. Ignored by staff until older man came from back of shop.

Went today for chips and ice cream. As usual great service and thankfully didnt serve the hot drinks until the food was ready. Huge portion of chips and kids loved the hot fudge sundae.

Not what it used to be at all. Took the wains in for a bit of nostalgia. Chips and battered sausages were over cooked. Ice cream was lovely but portion sizes very small and very over priced. Miserable looking staff. Cannot pay by card cash only Tills. Fiorentinis is potentially a goldmine. Super ice cream and a great reputation in Derry. Needs a rebrand , get in card machines, brighten the place up get a website take orders online etc. Dissapointed. Nothing wrong with doing things the old fashioned way but fear fiorentinis will get left behind.

Foods lovely and the ice cream is great but its a bit pricey for what it is and some of the staffs faces would shatter if they smiled.

Always a lovely treat. Chips amazing but sometimes they run out of certain foods which can be a bit disappointing.
