Great Coffee ☕ worth a visit very professional
The best coffee I’ve ever tasted, without question. Some of the soundest staff to boot.
MoreTheres lots of good coffee in Cork, truly. But Filter is the best. The shot of Kenyan roast that was drawn for me was perfection

MoreAlways a number of people queuing here, fast and efficient with nice treats and good coffee.
MoreWife loved the coffee, I loved the sausage croissant. Quick and easy for grab and go.
MoreThese people really know their coffee and it shows. They are happy to answer questions and engage about the various beans they’re using, and the coffee they offer is varied and delicious; very well curated. One of the best coffee shops I’ve been to, anywhere.
MoreFriendly service and outstanding coffee. Interesting and tasty snacks and treats, must try!
MoreThe best coffee in Cork City now (in my opinion)
Friendliest cafe in Cork, and a selection of great roasters. Best coffee in the city for me- one of the OGs!

MoreGreat coffee and fast and friendly. They use organic milk which sounds great but not quite sure what it means? Its take away at the moment I look forward to when I can drop in and sit downWhich is one of Filters charms, a pause on a business filled day.👍
MoreFilter is one of the oldest speciality coffee shops in Cork. Eoin was the first to open up shop as a speciality coffee shop. He uses 3FE coffee and has an assortment of teas to choose from in shop. They have a lovely selection of cakes and other sweets to choose from at their hatch. It is wheelchair accessible. Theres wheelchair accessible parking nearby. You will need to wear a mask when placing your order.#accessible #wheelchairaccessible #cafe #desserts
MoreOne of the best Cappuccino in town.
Great coffee, lovely staff and nice tunes playing every time Ive been
Best coffee in town. Always a great selection of coffee that can be freshly ground for brewing at home. There was always solid tunes playing when the inside seating area is open.
MoreLove it! Very happy to have a chat about their coffee and recommend what to buy for your own machine. A true independent coffee shop
MoreGreat coffee, and nice to see that they accept reusable cups with a no-touch policy.
MoreLovely coffee, and great service ! They helped me pick the right filtered coffee to make at home and I got a cappuccino with oat milk as I always pick one up from there and I love it
MoreThe best coffee in town! I dont want to drink coffee anywhere else now that Ive found this little gem. Go for it, you wont regret it!
MoreGreat coffee and the staff are sound! One also has a class Lankum t-shirt Im only mildly jealous of.
MoreThe best coffee in town. The beetroot latte is unreal! Absolutely lovely staff, really nice pastries and seriously, the BEST coffee. Do yourself a favour and visit!
MoreLovely place with lovely coffee.
Amazing coffee, friendly staff, funky decor, vegan options and family friendly.
Corks best coffee shop, hands down. The staff are so lovely and proper nerdy about it all. The espresso ice cream is to die for!
MoreThis is my third location to drink coffee in Cork and it is the only one that makes good coffee. Drinked one at the Hotel Imperial which is horrible, way to bitter, and the second Cafe Nero, which was okish. Small place Filter but it has a charm in its simplity.
MoreCoffee is served in nice cups. Always have nice filter coffee 3fe and cloudpicker
MoreIf you are the person who values taste over spice pumpkin cult, this is the place to be.
MoreMy favorite cozy, quaint coffee café in Cork! Nice service! Get the chai!
One of the top three coffee shops in Cork City. Very well maintained, inside and out. Excellent atmosphere and very friendly staff.
MoreGood coffee shops are few and far between in Cork city. Its so easy to get a mediocre cup of coffee. Filter however makes an effort and this shows in the quality of its coffee. The shop relies on Badger&Dodo coffee and us careful about how it prepares its coffee. The staff actually seem to care about whether they produce something youll enjoy. If I was to make any complaint its the fact the shops seating us severely limited. Some might say it adds to the charm with seating at such a premium!
MoreTiny little cofree shop with good coffee, good staff and excellent music
The best espresso bar in Ireland! Super knowledgeable about all things coffee. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. It blows the rest of the competition away.
MoreThe best coffee shop in Cork in my humble opinion. Consistently delicious coffee and very friendly service and conversation. Highly recommend!
MoreI regret not stopping in this coffee shop sooner !! Staff were so helpful and friendly the bariasta took time explaining the different types of coffee beans he sold and what would suit my taste buds . They sell freshly ground coffee so I was able to enjoy the coffee at home. Nice and cosy ,they also serve takeaway coffee in biodegradable cups . Highly recommend a visit.
MoreWonderful coffee, relaxing music, and very friendly and knowledgable staff. I would recommend this place if you’re in cork and require a caffeine hit.
MoreThis location of Fliter is really meant for a quick hop in hop out. There is space to sit and chill. The community board is loaded with a wealth of information about upcoming events and classes. They do make their own baked goods. So, you are gaurenteed freshness. Freshness that is made locally with local products. The baristas are talented at making latte art. They host locally roasted coffee beans. The location is good for a look at the church and river lee.
MoreHighly recommended! I spent a lot of my student years purchasing numerous coffees from this lovely cafe. The coffee is full in flavour and is always severed at the perfect temperature. The latte art is impressive and the staff are super friendly.Take a seat by the window and enjoy your coffee while viewing the bustling streets and beautiful Holy Trinity Church across the river.
MoreGreat coffee, friendly staff, chilled atmosphere.
The selection of coffees is staggering, and the staff is very knowledgeable. The coffee is brewed, served and drank according to the latest trends, beakers lipped cups and all. I was scepical about the lipped cups but they really do make it better.
MoreThe coffee is always made perfectly, and I hate thinking about my last sip as I take my first! Easily the best coffee in Cork city centre, and I have tried them all. If you are lucky enough to grab a seat the atmosphere is always nice and friendly as well! 5 stars!!
MoreExcellent coffee and great atmosphere. The first place I know of in cork to do pour over coffee. Great selection of beans and knowledgeable staff.
MoreGreat spot with incredible espresso offerings! Love the cozy atmosphere. During my holiday here in Cork, my family and I will return often.
MoreThe best coffee shop in Cork. Really nice guys and great coffee. There can be some obnoxious hipsters buying coffee in there but if you have good headphones you might not hear them.
MoreBest coffee in Cork. Period. Very knowledgable and friendly staff to help guide you through their wide selection of coffee to both drink and buy the beans to make yourself at home. Theres always exhibitions form local artists in store also which are a pleasure to check out while you wait for your coffee
MoreDelicious coffee served in a unique environment- take a seat at the bar and the staff are happy to tell you about their selection of delicious coffees, or if youre lucky you can seat a small group at a table at the front of the café.This spot is a great for a short reprise in a long day of work or study, and also stocks perfect gifts for the coffee lover in your lifeNearby places of interest - Quay Co-Op, St. Finbarres Cathedral, Cork City Library
