Filosofi Kopi Jogja - Coffee shop in Pandak, Indonesia
Nice place with classic ambience. The access wasnt quite easy, but once you got here youll find its nice atmosphere.
Delicious coffee served in an outdoors-centric cafe.Perfect for some time with friends for a chat or alone to clear your emails or clear your mind.
The coffee is great. You can take dinner there
Came here because It was on the movie ...The vibe was alright. The food was good and incredibly cheap.Spent almost the entire evening there.Had a prayer in the musholla, need more cleaning on that department.
Enjoying the atmosphere on the edge of Jogja when it rains, adding to the enjoyment of coffee at Filosofi Kopi. I ordered the Caramel Macchiato, the sweetness is unique but not oversweet. Give 9.5 of 10. Its good in my opinion.I also ordered the Datar Kondang with notes of orange and brown sugar, but what is quite impressive is only brown sugar. Give 7.5 of 10. However I enjoy filter coffee accompanied by churros, its savory and sweet. so it is very fitting to enjoy. The baristas and waiters are very friendly, we even started a conversation to warm the atmosphere on a cold night.Very satisfying experience!
Enak. Very good coffee, quite possibly one of the best in town, worth the hype. Must go for double shot if youre ordering espresso. Single shot only if you cannot tolerate coffee. This place has a strong traditional Javanese vibe to it. Not perfect for working, as it prioritizes on the cozy but great for social hangouts or couple trips.
A big place, joglo style. It is expensive considering Jogja standard. The coffee is around 38-45k. The place can be hot due to lack of airflow somehow. One of the staff was smoking heavily and the smoke blew to our table. The chairs are not comfortable. Internet connection is not too good either, I got disconnected often from Zoom.
Nice coffee, nice ambience, at that time is not really packed.
Coffee Shop "Philosophy of Coffee" on Jalan Pandawa Sleman, Yogyakarta. This is where the film Filosofi Kopi, starring Chico Jeriko, Rio Dewanto. shop location with ample parking space. main menu coffee, tea, french fries. have implemented health protocols. quite affordable price. for those who like Indonesian coffee. the best location in Sleman Yogyakarta. seating area with an attractive interior design and equipped with an open space with a garden for drinking coffee.
Place is nice, bith outdoor and indoor, had a big range of drinks to choose, but there isnt much food choices to choose from apart from appetizers like pancakes, french fries, etc. Parking is plenty. Toilets need improvement however.
Nice place, so so coffee, a bit pricey even for cafe in Palagan, Ordered a latte but the coffee a bit too mild for my taste, if you used to drink a strong coffee, I suggest to add one or two shot to your latte.
Good ambience. Coffee not too strong, snack was okay.
The Best Coffee Shop in TownGreat AmbienceTherere several choice of foodHave Great ServiceLiked to be hereFriendly StaffAwesome InteriorLots of Parking available
This place has a strong "traditional Javanese kampung" vibe to it. One thing I noticed is that it has a lot of nooks and crannies to hide in. Not perfect for working, as it prioritizes on the cozy — theres wifi but outlet access is limited — but great for social hangouts or couple trips.
Very good coffee, quite possibly best in town, worth the hype. Must go for double shot if youre ordering espresso. Single shot only if you cannot tolerate coffee. Had a japanese coffee which is very fruity and tasty.
Nice place, but not cheap, beware of mosquito bites
Village coffee theme in Kaliurang. If you love to working with silence and peace, you can try to come here. For good imagination and focusing work i mean 😁😁 the coffee so damn.. i like it!
Yogya Branch that made famous by the 2nd Filosofi Kopi film. Kedai Jogja is quite spacious and feels comfortable during the afternoon to sunset. However, most of the area is outdoor, so it will be quite wet during rainy season. The coffee is OK, and their signature Caramel White Coffee (latte with ice creamis quite pleasant. For the lite bite, I tried their fried cassava. It is surprisingly so good! Moist and tender inside, while crispy outside (with additional seasoning and chili sauce)Also, they have a mini store for some apparels and merchandise.Find out more at Instagram:- @serial.eater: curated foodies guide- @kitatamasya: travel and lifestyle
not in the main road, but gmaps accurate👌🏼 pretty pricy for coffee shop in jogja, but would still coming here for the ambience. open space, mostly outdoor, the indoor space in rumah joglo, no air conditioner. good service, unique concept. there is a mushola for muslims prayer room, didnt check the toilet, tho. might be the best visiting here in the evening
A comfy and warm place to have a chit-chat with friends, the ambiance is so lovely, homey, and calm. I had a cup of coffee with manual brew its not that good, just ok.
Love the ambiance and their salted caramel coffee! Huge place with many outdoor area. And vintage touch. Bigger than Filsop Jakarta, will comeback again!
Artsy place with a very comfortable ambiance and good beverages, friendly staff, spacious parking lot, and well-organized table setting which good for physical distancing. The meal served fresh from the kitchen.
Great drinks.Great place.Traditional concept but really comfortable. This placehave a lot of space and big distance so no worry if you want to go during the pandemy. They also sell their merchandise here
Nice place to mingle with friends. Good ambient, even though it is right beside the cemetery ground. Parking lot is sufficient for cars, big cars and wide space for motorcycle. You might surprised to find the place is almost remote and you have to travel through narrow street. But dont worry, you will be relaxed when you come to this place. The coffee? Its good.
Famous cafe in jogja because of movie with the same name as the cafe, Filosofi Kopi. Very chill, comfy, traditional chair. Not so much variant of coffee, you must pay first at cashier and wait until your name called to take your order. You can buy another drink variant and food on the other cashier.
Great atmosphere at night, good interior, friendly staff. Toilet paper needs to be refilled, not so hot coffee, far from downtown of Yogyakarta, parking area is muddy when the rain falls. Still can be improved.
Popular coffee shop in Jogja. If you like culinary and coffee, Filosofi Kopi should be in your list. The place is pretty cozy to hangout with friends and family. It has vintage style.
This is a famous coffee shop in Jogja. Went there after dinner. The place is very cozy and outdoorsy. They have parking lot for cars and motorbikes. Price wise it is a bit in a high level for Jogja. To get there, better follow the direction on google maps because it is a bit far from the city center. Ordered the fried cassava, they make it very crispy and jist delicious. I will definitely come back here.
The famous cafe in Jogja, as it represents best-selling book and movie. The ambience was lovely, the air was cool, the ambience of traditional atmosphere was dominant. However, we had to walk a bit from parking area and there was no proper access for wheelchair, make it difficult for people with disabilities. We had to pay almost 100 K for only 1 small cup of cafe latte, 1 small cup of avocado milk, and french fries. The taste of drinks were so-so. The avocado taste not real and too watery. Therefore, sorry to say, we think the drinks was overpriced. With the same price, we could get better value or maybe coffee experience in other places.
The place is good, coffee also very nice. Food taste great too.. the downturn is that they use too much plastic. For a place call "philosophy" its a bit odd to have the presentation with plastic cups, straws, and plastic spoon + fork. We dine in here not for take away.. i think they also should think about the environment. With "that price" presentation should be better...
I dont know if yall notice but theyre quite close with local cemetery. And Im not bothered by that at all because the place is just so darn pretty! Especially at night, theres no creepy vibe at all. Lights all over the trees is just so magical. The baristas are helpful and friendly. Maybe a bit too friendly but yeah, I just laugh it off. Food is good. Coffees definitely good. So Ill comeback anytime. Well maybe not anytime cuz theyre a bit pricey but well I think its worth every penny.
A nice coffee place with a great ambience by a rice field. There are only a few places with surroundings like Filosofi Kopi’s, as far as I know. Hence this place offers a different kind of experience of sipping coffee. We had very great cups of coffee, as they have well-roasted coffee beans. The service was also nice and friendly. When we got there, the sun was shining really bright and quite hot though. But the good thing was, the queue was not long at all.
Highly recommended coffee shop!It has village and paddy field ambience. They provide many variety of beans and menu, not just coffee.Located in the northern edge of Yogjakarta, this coffee shop is highly recommended to visit in the evening, or when the sunset comes.
This place is always crowdedIm a non coffee person actually, so i order everything that sweet..I love the desserts, the soft cheese cake & strawberry cheese cake is so yummy. The baristas are so kind and fun.I like to have seat near the bar, we can sit down on the floor (lesehanand can talk directly to the barista. If you lucky, they sometimes give you free coffee & free snack. Haha
Well known as the shooting venue for Filosofi Kopi 2 movie. Very large coffeshop with wooden and green concept. Fill with a lot of trees. Very recommended for those who want to chill out with friends or family. Coffee is great, but the non-coffee drinks is not so good. They also have foods in Daput Boy. Enjoy your time here. After-rain is the best moment to be here.
The another coffee shop that bring new concept. The fresh air, the smells of the village with joglo shape building. There is no vehicles here, you can took the pictures for instagram for free. This place is the one of location for shot “Filosofi Kopi 2”. Every people, especially millenial generation would be here for fun. But, the adults also come here to get some teas or coffees and relaxing mind.
Very nice. Good coffee, good view, comfortable, very Jogja. What’s not to like??? All cool!!!They could get ny 5stars, if only the service was better. Barista!!! You are the Center of the cafe, yet during my visit that was not something that you could be proud of. Cold service towards to being rude.
warm atmosphere and positive vibe surround in this coffee cafe.Coffee was good, low-mid price compared with my hometown coffee shop price. The food stall inside have yummy cireng too. Enjoy!
This place is so instagramable in every corner. They have decent coffee too. Good place to bring your visiting friends that love coffee and Filosofi Kopis movie. It will felt like a mini picnic into culinary and historical site for them (and it quite fun to watch how their eyes sparkle and making selfies everywhere). They also have various foods and drinks that also decent for non coffee drinker. So, it was a win-win.
Famous from the movie, mostly attract hipster and Domestic tourist. A bit pricey for Jogjakarta. But its setting in a big open air area is nice and cozy. The coffee is not really special
Place is awesome and very laid back, with good atmosphere. BUT the waitress and cashier is just rude. There is no smile. Very short and concise answer. Cant wrote customer name correctly (need to correct 3x). Slow pace as well for the cashier. Such a shame for this cool place. Wishing the services could be better.Coffee is just okay. Ordered Indonesian Tubruk, Vietnam Drip, and Ice Latte.
Cosy place and good coffee. There are many outdoor seats that may be a tad too hot in the afternoon, but inside is breezy and great to enjoy a cup of their houseblend coffee. You can bring their coffee beans home as they sell it too. It can get crowded though, so come early!
Good place to spend your Saturday. A little bit hard to find this place (unless youre asking around/your friend put share location). Because this place using self service system, for you that usually get served and your food will delivered directly to your table (this will become new experience)
The atmosphere is great but not on the coffee despite of this cafes image is coffee. The coffee is like being made bulky and stored on a pitcher then later distributed to the customer. Super bad coffee
Well, the scenery is awesome. You can watch sunset there. The condition is totally calm. They have art on everything, like the chair, table, mural, etc. Cafe with really big area. And the price is cheap for this perfect situation. More cheaper than a cafe in a big and crowded city. The taste is really good!
Coffee shop on good vibes, vintage atmosphere & greeny ambience. It used to be a furniture warehouse who belongs to JAVAFURNI. Then all the signature things are mixed up by teak wood ambient and loveable beans of coffee. Its free to captured the photographs over this place
A quite place for enjoying coffee. A good view. Historical place. a lot of kind of food and bean to order. Low price. Have mushala for pray. Clean toilet. Have utdoor and indoor seating. Small parking lot. Open early morning. Nice place for hang out with friends.
Currently this is the hyped coffee shop in town..It has huge outdoor and indoor seating, with Javanese architecture..They offer various kind of coffees and many of finger food but in my opinion their coffees tasted so so...they also offer signature beans. Mostly crowd by customers esp on weekend..
Nice place to chit chat and enjoy ambience of the night at Jogja. But the line is too long.. :( they have any snacks, meals, and beverages not only coffee. Love the cassava!
A coffee shop in the middle of a rice paddy! The best thing about this place is the atmosphereCoffee : 3/5 pretty good but not specialService : 3/5 friendly, but seems to be not enough baristas for the large crowd.Toilet: 2/5 clean but not nearly enough of themParking : 3/5 side street parking for cars, plenty for motorbikes over rough dirtPrice : 3/5 around Rp25k for a cup which is not cheap.Seats : 4/5 tons and tons of space to sit.Facilities : 3/5 big musholla, no wifi which is a bit refreshingRecommended : come in late afternoon and watch the sunset over the rice fields.
