Great tour. I learned a lot about A to Z of coffee, from plantation to roasting! The tour-guide is super friendly and knowledgeable. He is definitely brought the tour to a next level.They have a truck that pick you up and bring you to the heart of 700 acre farm and the journey starts from there. You will get the chance to see how they remove the shells and roast the coffee.At the end youll get an amazing Americano/Espresso of your choice.They have a gift shop which you could buy souvenirs with relatively reasonable prices (way cheaper than central park area in Antigua ).

A little hard to figure out all of the details if you only speak English so I hope this review will help others. Overall great experience and well worth it though!- They offer tours where you ride in a big truck OR tours by foot with a guide to accompany you.- From what we understood you could only book the tours by truck if you had a total of 4 people ready to go. The host didn’t speak English so that’s just what I gathered when they wouldn’t let two of us book the truck tour because they didn’t have two other people ready to go with us.- The tour by foot is what we did and the guide spoke good English and it was fun walking around the plantation and learning about the coffee and how it’s grown and processed.You get coffee or espresso at the end while you sit on the patio with a great view of the volcano. We didn’t try the food but it looked delicious and I would recommend eating there before or after your tour!

Took the tour and learned so much about the process growing and harvesting coffee! If you love coffee, wven if you dont, it is worth checking this place out. The views are nice and the food / service is great.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Went there to buy coffee and ended up doing one of their coffee plantage tours! Zero regrets! If you are around do it and don’t forget to buy some coffee. Restaurant is lovely too - had the coffee cake and it was yum

This farm looks really nice but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. I booked a tour for 20$ and we walked towards a few coffee and plants and next we used a truck for 2 minutes to go to bigger coffee plants. After that we got a tour through the factory which wasn’t really interesting. And in the end we thought we could try the coffees but we had to choose between an americano or an espresso. Small kids are working there for really nothing, while we paid 20$. Sorry, I was so disappointed in the tour and the coffee farm. Won’t recommend anyone to go there. The tour would take 2 hours but we were done in 50 min...

One of our highlights in Antigua. Really worth the trip down to see this plantation. Beautiful, and takes you to a completely different world. Don’t miss out on this while you’re in Antigua.

I went for the coffee tour. It was fantastic 2 hours tours from the plantation to the tasting.You can have in english or spanish the tour.Our guide Sergio was great with the explanation.Are you Nutella lover? They have a kind of Nutella with coffee. So delish!!!The tour costs USD 20.00 really worth it.During the coffee season November to March, you will see all in production.

Went on the coffee tour. Fantastic guide. Leaned a lot of how coffee is manufactured from seedling to finished product. Highly recommend the tour. Also horse guide tour available as well. Make are to purchase some of their coffees.

Lugar familiar donde se puede compartir buenas experiencias sin embargo para mi opinión el menú es comida tradicional de Guatemala a un precio más elevado sin embargo no hay gran diferencia con respecto a los restaurantes que venden comida tradicional la vista es muy bonita y se puede tener un buen Ambiente familiar o en pareja

I found the coffee plantation tour very interesting. I had no idea what it takes to grow, harvest, and roast it. And the whole tour and coffee tasting took about two hours. But it is so engaging that the time passes quickly. The grounds are beautiful offering scenic views. You can lodge here and they have two restaurants. When we looked at the stables we found the names of the horses after American Presidents and First Ladies humorous.

This place is wonderful. This place has 1 or 2 restaurants. One of the restaurants was called Paramigos and that place had an awesome Chicken supreme there. This Hotel has an awesome gym here too. In the gym, there is a treadmill and more.The Coffee tour was pretty nice.

Nice coffee bean tour with a great guide. Good to see the full coffee process. We learnt a lot. The only reason that it doesnt deserve 5 stars is because of the extremely high price for the tour: Q154 or $20 per person.

I love the place, pretty safe and secure. Very well preserve, clean and beatiful. The costumer service is lovely, the restaurants inside the property are really good. The prices at the souvenir shop are very competitive with the outside market. Me and my family for sure will be back to this lovely place.Just be aware that the treats, water and everything else in your room is not courtesy, they charge you for a bottle of water or whatever you eat at your check out. I also was charge twice for my staying but I am pretty sure they will take care of that.

We took a 1 hour tour and we were shown how coffee is planted and transplanted several times and how the beans grow, ore picked, shelled, dried and roasted. An amazing process and a lot of hard work to get me my morning cup of coffee! Excellent tour and a very cool tour guide!

Beautiful resort with amazing views of the mountains, gardens and coffee fields. Delicious food with professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend it!

I was very happy with the Coffee Tour! Carlos was an incredible guide, taking all of our questions and giving us very good answer. He was very welcoming and showed us around the plantation and the factory. The site is very nice and they do the extra mile to keep the place very pretty. Definitely a good tour to do in Antigua.

Interesting but if you go when they arent picking coffee, it is pretty boring. They really should have an off-season price

Este fin de semana recién pasado estuve hospedada junto a mi esposo en el hotel celebrando mi cumpleaños, las vistas increíbles, los jardines espectaculares es un lugar hermoso, sin embargo no puedo darles el 100% de mi satisfacción, la comida del hotel muy mala, sabor a recién descongelado, sinceramente por el precio-beneficio mucho que desear, adicional no pudimos dormir bien, el minibar hizo mucho ruido en la noche al conectarse y desconectase, el gimnasio muy limitado: una elíptica, una caminadora medio buena, una bicicleta de spinning floja y dos máquinas de pesas. Es un hotel espectacular pero deben mejorar estos puntos.

The Hotel is called Filadelfia Coffee Resort & Tours and whilst it is a beautiful location and well staffed, some things make it not so good. The rooms are a little dated and stuffy. The internet speed (if it ever workedwas deplorable. Considering this is a high priced hotel, you would think they would get the Internet and WiFi right.The grounds are stunning, and the food was very nice (if priceyand the service was excellent. The reason for the lower star rating? WiFi and the dated fittings in the rooms.

We had the coffee tour with Carlos. The guy speak Spanish, German, Italian... Amazing! We had a very good time with him. It was like, to be around with a friend. It was very interesting. It was only bad, that we didnt saw how the machine works... He showed it us, but because it was the 24th December (before Christmasthey didnt worked....

This is one of the Largest Commercial Coffee Fincas around Antigua. As such they offer Horse Back Riding through the Finca and other more commercial aspects of Touring these kind of locations.You can make Tour arrangements and they will pick you up in this Huge farm type truck.The tours are great for Information about Coffee and all aspects that they will explain in great detail.I give it 3 starts since I do prefer the none commercial coffee experiences at Fincas around Antigua. Just my own felling on this experience.

Great Coffee. The finca as a whole is beautiful. If youre looking for a place to get away from Antigua, this is beautiful. If you want to experience the local culture, I would not recommend this place.

I love their mule ride it was fun and the views we had right on top of the mountain was amazing ,we also enjoy the coffee tour ...

Los tours de café son geniales, te explican todo el proceso por el cual el café pasa y al final te sirven una buena taza de café... Ellos venden su café en la tienda de recuerdos, aunque es un poco más económico comprarlo en alguna tienda mayorista (aunque su escusa para venderlo un poco más caro es la frescura del café y en un punto tienen razóntambién tienen un restaurante de muy buena comida

My daughters wedding was here, cant even tell you how magical and lovely every little detail was, love this resort, overlooking smoking volcanos, the people are amazing, the food is perfect, the coffee is yummy.

A pretty expensive but somewhat educational tour of a coffee plantation with a heavy emphasis on advertising their own coffee.They let you taste the coffee before you leave, which doesnt really encourage many to end up buying it. The tour itself does do a reasonably good job of detailing the coffee harvesting process well however.I dont really understand the huge, loud, stinky military style trucks used to drive tour groups around the property at speeds barely faster than walking, but maybe that goes some way to justifying the cost of the tour.

Too be honest a bit disappointing. The farm / area is very, very tourist minded (what started as coffee farm and museum, now has paintball, ziplining and other activities). The thing which disturbed me the most were the big, loud diesel trucks that drive tourists around on an area which is easily walkable for most people. the disgusting diesel smells made me not buy any coffee there - it cannot be good for the plants. On top the prices are high for Guatemalan standards.What is fun: seeing the plants and the full process from plant to coffee (guide spoke very good Engish), unpeeling the bean yourself and trying fresh coffee.If you are in Antigua for a short visit its nice, but if you stay longer in Central America I would recommend finding a more authentic farm which cares about its environment.
