I’m from Kansas City and was so excited to discover that there’s a Chiefs bar in Sacramento. I’m a little homesick so it warmed my heart to walk into a place and see others dressed in Chiefs gear and jerseys.As for the bar itself, it is a solid, unpretentious sports pub with a good amount of screens. I went on a Sunday during a game and the servers were working hard and busy but still very kind. I ordered lemon pepper wings and fries and honestly the wings were some of the best I’ve had since moving here a year ago. (Pro tip: ask for them fried hard for a crisper wing.The fries were piping hot and crisp. Overall, it is a great neighborhood sports bar.I’m so happy to have discovered this place and will definitely be back.

Good place for sports watching on TV.Have breakfast, lunch and appetizers to share !Bar with beers on taps along with a large selection of whiskey, rum, you name it, on shelf.Friendly atmosphere!

Great service, friendly staff. I come pretty much every weekend during soccer season. Never had an unfriendly waiter/waitress or bartender. Breakfast is always amazing and drinks are always poured super full and with plenty of alcohol. Would recommend this sports bar to anyone!!!!

Okay if I can give this a zero star we would. As we walked in it started pretty good. We had a nice gentleman that was in K.C gear come up to us and tell us to sit wherever you would like. We took a seat it took a bit for our server to come up to us but when she did she was nice. Now we ordered the bottomless mimosas and we were told they were not prey made . So I had a couple and each one was more O.J then champagne. Finally after the 3rd one I said look you all keep putting more O.J in the glass and then the lady bartender came out and was so rude. Telling me that the glass I had was not more O.j then champagne. As from the pick you can see it is way more O.J . I asked her about these our not made before hand and then she tells me we make pitchers of them and I was told by the server it was not. I asked to make the way I wanted it and her answer was but a glass of champagne. Well that is not what I want I want a mimosa. Which is more champagne the O.J not the other way around. She was rude, argued with me and told me if I don’t want this I still have to pay for what I got. On a positive note we had a breakfast burrito which was good but that does not our way the rude lady behind the bar. Absolutely never have we ever had a bartender come out like this and be rude. Go somewhere else. There are other places in town to watch football and definitely to have food. There is never a reason to have bad service or for someone to be rude. Absolutely RUDE .

If youre a Raiders fan dont come here to watch games. KC gets priority on the good tvs with the speaker.

If you drive to fieldhouse, be prepared to possibly have your car broken into if there is anything remotely visible. 4 vehicles that were right out in front, were broken into 15 minutes after arriving.Staff said this happens frequently but they do not have any security cameras, staff outside, or additional lighting for deterrent...I will be avoiding this place from here on out.

Nice TVs and selection of craft beers on tap. I was in the mood for a Miller Lite (got there early and wanted to stay for the entire basketball game). Not on tap, not surprised! No bottles either, but the bartender did serve me a High Life bottle, assuming that is what I wanted! Service was good, and food just as good. I will definitely come back the next time I am in town.

I could change this review later and its very possible they deserve that but all I ordered was a shot and wings. They were all just ok. But with that said I didnt have a large sample size. Your nice field house 👍🏾

Went with a friend for the first time. Atmosphere was great. Didnt eat. But did drink and the prices are reasonable. Overall a great place to go and enjoy

The field house is great. Sports on every tv. The bartender was super attentive. I got a chili dog that I will definitely order next time Im there. 10/10

I hate getting over cooked steak. When i order the steak bites. But the service is great. They try to make you feel welcome there

I was in Sacramento for the day visiting my son (he is not a football fan, but agreed to humor his mother). I live in Kansas City, and always watch the Chiefs games. We looked for a local sports bar to watch the game. The first place we drove by didnt seem very welcoming to out-of-towners, so we decided to check out Field House. When we walked in, the first thing I noticed was all the people wearing Chiefs gear.We sat down, and immediately noticed all of the Chiefs gear posted on the walls. We asked the server if the game would be played and she assured us that it would be, and when it was time, the game was on.We ordered food, and were very happy with it. The service was good. We watched the game until the end of the 3rd quarter. We definitely werent the only people cheering for my team.It was nice, and if I go back during football season I will definitely go there again.

Good sports bar. Although the food I ordered didnt come out as expected (no bacon, but they ended up putting bits and pieces of it), the small discount for the mistake is always a sign of fine customer service. Buffalo style salad, the first time around tasted better and had more on the plate than when it was redone with corrected option. And the sauce itself was strong and overwhelming. All I could taste was buffalo sauce and that lingered in my mouth for a while and ended up taking only a few bites. Food is okay, not great, thus the reasoning for my rating. It is clean and neat. They have shuffleboard game towards the left as you enter. As you wait for you food, you can immerse yourself in that. They have pull-down projector screen (yes, the ones you saw in your school as professors lectured), sports was in HD, and they have multiple TVs around the bar, so you cant miss out. We went on a weekday; it was empty, barely any people. Take your friends and family members for a good sports night (or morningand have fun. And make sure to stay safe!

Place has good bar wings (standard franks hot).Very chunky wings. An order is enough for a meal. Decent crisp. No heat just to it being a bar wing style. All in all, probably best bar wings I have had in the area. Also to note that they werent just a sloppy mess of sauce. This is my go-to spot with my oldest daughter. Food is great, drinks are perfectly made, and the entire staff are AMAZING. Same friendly service and attention during my/our first visit as the 100th and counting. 😎

if I could rate 0, I would. They make an awesome french dip. I dont want to get caught up in the seinfeld episode "no soup for you". I want that french dip. However management is horribly rude. I have no desire to sit at the bar, but I order out for the food.

We were looking for a place to watch a game that not many locals would be watching. They were so accomadating and nice. As long as the game is on Direct Tv they will show it, I am sure within reason. He spent awhile trying to find it for us and they could have just said no. When your not from here it is hard to find your teams to watch so I was super grateful. Drinks were good, food was good. I will be back for sure. Thanks Jeremy for finding us the game and spending so much of your time trying to get it for us.

We are college football , not just fans but fanatics. We are SC ( Southern Cal,but I think that is not the point here.We have been to a few sports bars in our lifetime, and we even went to one in South Bend.....not so good. However the Field house is one cool Sports Bar. And nobody paid me to say this, but the food is impeccable, the staff is friendly and really do go out of their way to serve. Prices are very reasonable, cool sports memorabilia cover the walls, and they have an excellent beer selection. Best part is....on Saturday there are a lot of college football fans and if ya like college football this is a fun place to be. Oh, kind of important.....they have a lot of large flat screen TVs and will have every game on that is being televised.Our recomendation is this place is great!Jon

My s/o felt the waitress had a bit of an attitude like they didnt want to be there, and it was the only time Ive ever tossed 3/4 of my meal from a restaurant. S/o thought their fries were off-putting and sandwich bland.Pros from the experience that we both agreed on were the beers were perfect and enjoyed the channels the several tvs were set to.

Have gone here twice and both times the atmosphere is nice and staff are friendly. The drinks are good and service is quick. but the food is terrible. We’ve tried the Philly cheesesteak, grilled chicken sandwich, sampler platter, and tacos and they were all mediocre and some inedible. Come only for drinks.

I would love to give a proper review but, I’ve given this place 5 chances and every time I’ve visited, I’ve had to walk out after waiting 15+ minutes to be served, even when I’ve sat at the bar. I’m always alone and not a rude person. The only time I’ve received food is the one phone order I made. The food was good and I’ve made many attempts to get the food in-person, with no luck. It seems like, if you don’t know someone who works there, you’re not going to be served.

Bottomless mimosas and a great breakfast at a cheap price. We went in around 11 on a Saturday. Chilled on the patios had a huge breakfast burrito and a cheesy egg sammich. Mimosas were bomb served up big 😋

I was visiting Sacramento and I decided to go into this bar. It started out great. Great atmosphere, great bouncer and then all of a sudden I heard the bartender, Rhianna yelling at the bouncer. For what I dont know, but it wasnt professional at all. I had a long day and seeing that just ruined my time there. Ill most likely go back when she isnt working....

Way over priced for mediocre food and drinks. Ive been a chef for 35+ years and have to say that this place isn’t worth the hassle. The area can get ghetto and after three trips with different friends who recommended this bar it didn’t get any better. Too many bars to choose from. Pass

Niners beat the Rams to go 5-0! Great food delivered by the owner. Steak salad with onions on top was amazing! Great wings and chicken strips for the kids. Great service and food in a nice location in Sacramento. Go Niners!

This is based on 1st visit, happy hour menu items, specifically the nachos, fries, sliders, and onion rings.My biggest complaint was that everything tasted more like the oil they fried the stuff in than what the food itself should taste like. The fries tasted too much like oil and were in such small broken pieces, the onion rings were few and tasted like oil, and they charged for ranch sauce.The nachos were okay, but the chicken added for 4 dollars more was flavorless and a small amount. The sliders were so simple, they almost seemed like cheap microwave sliders. The environment was okay, and the beer options are good, staff seemed friendly enough, but Im there to eat and drink, and the drink is consistent everywhere, so it comes down to the food.2 stars because if you have happy hour and if youre meant to be a sports bar, you cannot miss on the bar food and happy hour items flavor. Its what makes a sports bar great! And if you want to set yourself apart from all those franchise places, then be better. But 3 stars because staff and environment was nice. Overall I didnt like this place as a first experience, and dont think Ill be returning. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, and maybe other dishes are decent, but with the simple stuff missing it bigtime, I just dont know.

I was thoroughly pleased I found this place in my search for a Bloody Mary!! They did NOT disappoint! Staff was friendly and informative from the first phone call and our dining experience was fantastic. They had a variety of sports on the tvs so we could watch 3 different sports throughout the course of our meal. Prices were extremely fair and the food was EXTRA good!! Definitley will return! Drink specials and happy hour daily!

Overall great sports pub. Good selection of beer. All the food that youd expect, done well, with a twist. Friendly staff. My favorite place to go before going to any event at Cal Expo.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, I can vouch for the tacos, wings, sliders, french dip, & garlic fries.Nice selection of cocktails plus all the traditional drinks you expect. Most of the time its not overly crowded but also not dead

When we went in it was not really crowded it was in a Friday night, thats my only reason for 4 stars. Other then that everything went Great! The bartender was super friendly and easy to talk to. The food was good. If we didnt go with a couple of other ppl it would have been boring, so go with a group.

Best bar in the Arden area. The bartenders are great and actually get to know their customers, and always pour a good drink. As for the food, I cant speak for most of the menu, but the tacos are amazing.

The sign on the door said, "Under New Management". Cozy neighborhood sports bar with plenty of beer and IPAs on tap. Delicious buffalo wings, and great garlic fries. Plenty of garlic... In fact, I havent saw a Vampire since!Plenty of flat screen televisions, we watched the little league world series. Friendly bartender, and very clean.

Stopped in here with our Son for lunch recently as he recommended it. Couldnt have been better. We sat at the bar area as it was early in the day and there was plenty of seating anywhere in the place. The bar tender greeted us immediately as we sat down and offered us drinks and a menu. Multiple beers on tap (domestic and a very good selection of IPAs). The bar tender even offered us a sample of a local brew, which was a nice offer. We both ordered the "Whisky burger". Absolutely fantastic. Atmosphere was great, staff was very friendly, prices were what you would expect for great food. Would most certainly recommend, and would most certainly return.

Great food and great drinks, nice and relaxing vibe. Love that they play UFC fights and all sports, great place for family. Place has definitely changed since new management, would definitely recommend coming here!! Aj the bartender is awesome and has a lot of personality!! He makes the place a great time!!

Great place to watch NFL football with fellow fans. Whiskey burger and sweet potato fries were excellent. We also tried the bacon mac n cheese, which was good. Okay draught selection and excellent craft cocktails. You may have to be a little patient with the service. But since we were there for 3+ hours, no complaints here. Finally, the fans rooting for their teams were great. Nice vibe.

I tried the street tacos and they had a perfect level of spice and flavors that complement each other well. They have a great kick that is balanced with mini sweet peppers. Nothing pairs better than these delicious tacos and beer. This pub makes you feel like youre visiting family :)

Awesome staff, amazing rotating draft selection and great food true gem in the Arden area. Seriously top notch customer service bartenders are friendly and efficient and try to give you the personal touch and the food beatsyour typical bar food with a baseball bat. They get good beers. If you come in you wont be disappointed

Ive come here on 3 occasions, to get some hot wings, drink some beer, and watch some sports. On the first two visits, the service was average, nothing spectacular or great. On the last visit, we came at 8 PM on a Monday and stood at the door waiting to be greeted or seated, but there were no employees present to do so. We stood for 4-5 minutes and left. There were 7 patrons an no employees at the front of the house - good job.

I love this place. My friend and I enjoy the atmosphere and the really good food. Their nachos are the best nachos I ever tasted. Plus their bartenders are very friendly and always coming to check in on you if you sit at the bar. One of the bartenders named Chuck is an awesome bartender! If you ever go there ask if he has his specialty drink. Its really good!
