Fiddleheads Coffee Bayshore in Wauwatosa

This was in a convenient location, it was close to the hotel we were staying at and we needed to get going to Green Bay so we decided to give it a try.The baristas working here in the morning we stopped by were very nice and friendly, thankfully it wasnt too crowded when we stopped by.My sister got a french vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso. Even with the extra shot that thing was still very sweet. Im one of those freaks that likes to taste the coffee in their coffees lol. So i went with the cappuccino this was better no sugar.

The people who work there are rude. I do not believe everyone is treated equal there. Lets just say the staff is in big need of diversity training! Calling customer service....will let you be the judge of that!

8-25-19...I dropped my muffin on the floor and they gave me a new one without hesitation. So sweet! The dirt-free raspberry coconut muffin and house blend coffee were outstanding. Never been here, but will go again.

My wife and I showed up just before closing on a Saturday night...with no coffee left. However we were served an excellent cold brew treat on the house. Very kind customer service. Thanks so much😄

Solid latte but seemed a little pricey for a small one. Is a nice quiet coffee shop though and a nice change from the big chains.

Very friendly staff, creative seasonal drinks, and the best white chocolate cranberry cookie Ive ever had. And all for very reasonable prices. Would definitely stop here again.

Coffee is great, wish they had a few more gluten free options. Adding a gluten free English muffin would open up a lot more breakfast options.

This is a food related review. Just picked up a pre made cranberry walnut salad.This is finally the last time I purchase one here.Time and again when I pick up one of their salads, there are ALWAYS browned out pieces lettuce, I just counted 16 pieces in this salad!I can understand one or two piece slipping in but.....And it was not cheap- $8 for lettuce, carrots, nuts and cruising.Come on guys, you can get fresher than this!

I bought a blueberry muffin with my coffee about a week ago and left it there on accident. I called to have it put aside. I wasnt able to get to it for about 5 days because I got bronchitis. I went in yesterday morning before work to see if I could get a reimbursement and was told flat out "No I cant do that because we waited 3days and then it expired." It didnt matter what my explanation was they would not refund me. Not to mention I tip everytime I am there a decent amount. I am so disappointed with the customer service and will not be stepping foot inside a Fiddleheads again.

Good coffee and food. Only down side cant get blended drinks with other types of milk. Example almond milk

I enjoy this coffee shop because of the location and readily available seating. The caramel latte is delicious! Todays visit, however, has been a disappointment. The seating area was messy with crumbs everywhere and the chairs out of place, no one was in there and it was early so I feel like it should have been straightened and cleaner. Also, last week I was working here and the wifi wasnt working. I just assumed it was my issue or a technical issue that would get figured out. One week later and its still not working, when I spoke with the staff they acknowledged the issue has existed and I should try sitting in the middle to get it working. It didnt work. I came here to get some work done and will have to leave because of unresolved wifi issues.

Great space to stay warm in! They have creative seasonal drinks, and even if they arent something that interest me, I applaud their originality. They offer cheap bread, student discounts, & mall employee discounts. Plus, they have punch cards. Convenient location right off of the bus line. The baristas are very friendly, way friendlier than other local coffee shops. My only suggestion for improvement is to brew more medium roast so that there are more coffee choices available.

Their coffee sure does beat Starbucks! They roast their beans locally and the coffee tastes excellent. I recommend buying a pound of their whole beans and taking it home with you to brew to save money, because this place can get expensive very quickly! For about $13-14 a pound of beans usually lasts about 2 - 3 weeks for me, so you do the math.
