Very nice food. I would say this is the best Thai food in Stoke on Trent. Recommended to everyone.

The food is very good but I waited a long time...

I lived in thailand for 4 years....This place is the best Thai food Ive eaten in the UK and maybe even thailand. Ive been in 5* thai places and great reviews thai places....they are ALL s**t compared to this place....Built into the side of water world its was absolutely authentic and exactly the same as Thailand if not better......just wow

Very good. Chicken satay very tender, fishcakes good, gyoza very good. Loved the Thai Penang curry. This is what we expected. Nothing was bad. Only slight quibble would be the satay sauce with the chicken satay skewers was not a spicy peanut sauce but it was more like the Thai Penang sauce with our main. But the sauces with the other starters were spot on. Defo recommend it. Delivery took a long time but she warned me and said it was very busy and was I ok with that? So no complaints. I think it’s good value too. Prices are competitive.

Looked tatty and smelt like deep fat fryers never the place as empty nit the kind of place you want to eat so we never ordered food if the front of house is this bad I would hate to see the back kitchen

Great Thai food at a very affordable price. Really friendly staff make the visit even better. Id recommend it highly. Only downside is the vibe is slightly cafe-like but that doesnt spoil it for me.

I just loved the food especially the Tom Yum soup. The staff are very friendly.

Food less than average . Chips really greasey watered down tomato sause for the kids. Customer service awful . Refusing to let customers use their own toilets instead sending them across to use the subways toilet instead.In answer to your reply and questions .No we ordered chicken strips ( dark /overcooked with one portion and sausages (lovelywith the second.I stand by my comment about the ketchup , it was extremely watery with not a lot of taste .Wasnt accusing your company of diluting it maybe its just of lower standard ?As for the toilet issue . It wasnt a toilet for everyone. it was the toilet in the subway outlet.I know this from your member of staff saying . "Please use Subways toilet" it seems a little odd that the number of seating you have, and the passing trade you have .you dont offer a toilet for own customers to use?To be honest I didnt feel comfortable using the subway facilities when a single mother was asked to move away from your seating as one of the children had a subway sandwich . A bit double standards dont you think?

The food was not hot enough just like the left over food being heat up again. Grill chicken is not actual grill at all and the vegetables was pathetic.

Wow!! Best Thai I have ever had. Eaten twice in a row this week. As staying in hotel opposite.. All cooked to your needs.. Definitely recommend. Staff are lovely and attentive. Thank you very much.
