Feliz Hostel Cafe & Bar in Phnom Penh

such an amazing hotel! all staffs have big heart and i could not forget how helpful they are!! i was sick and lying on bed. i needed medicine but i could not find any. reception staffs suggested me to get it in the local pharmacy but i cant read their language. so they wrote me a paper of Prescription in their language. what a service! I could not thank them more! Thank you again Feliz. you guys made my trip so unforgettable

lovely hostel which is more like an hotel. Clean rooms and clean bed. friendly staff. bit short on English. location is nice. lots of resturants nearby.

Service very bad, the room doesn’t have hot water, no have window, very noisy, very small , don’t change towel, and extra fee for new towels. Breakfast is no good. Expensive, Bad business

I had dinner at the restaurant and food and staff were very nice! There is an amazing rooftop you do not imagine to have in a ‘hostel’.

This is a very good hostel. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. It is clean and quiet during sleeping hours. I have found the location to be excellent for my stay in Phnom Penh. There are a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby, ranging from pizza to Aussie food to local cuisine.All in all, this is a very good place to stay in Phnom Penh.

Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. The rooms and facilities are modern looking and always clean! Feliz is also in a great location, making it easy to walk everywhere.

Feliz hostel & bar is more of a hotel than a hostel.Our two day stay was very pleasant.Extremly courteous staff both at the restaurant and reception. We really enjoyed our breakfasts at the restaurant. The reception was very helpful to organise our touristy stuff inspite of the language barrier. The hostel was very well maintained so are the rooms. Yes! As a lot of people have already mentioned,they dont provide hot water which is a let down.Overall i would give them a 5/5 for their pleasant hospitality.Thank you feliz hostel for making my stay in Pnehom Phen a memorable one.

Friendly staff, clean room. but...- Walls are very thin, so you can hear whats happening in the neighborhood.- Showers dont have warm water.- The staff is obviously lazy in refiling toilet paper (as some others complained before). Same situation for us. All shared toilets are out of toilet paper.- very poor WiFi speed.- hard and uncomfortable matress

Very comfortable rooms and lovely staff. They let you use the small pool at the sister hotel; if you leave a 5 star trip advisor review, which is a bit sneaky. Hence 3 stars here to balance out at 4 😝

Staff were great and the location is perfect if you’re looking for lots of places to eat and drink. We tried the restaurant but found it was a little out of budget as backpackers. Only negative is that the walls are so thin that the music from the restaurant kept us awake as it closes at 11pm and opens again at 6am. They just need to put something at the bottom of the heavy chairs to stop the noise of them dragging against the floor!

Hands down one of the best places/hostels I’ve stayed in. Comfy rooms, nice showers, extremely hospitable and helpful staff.. overall it was a great experience. Also, having access to exercise and swim was a huge bonus. In addition, the place is located need many restaurants of all different sorts which made finding food easy.

Amazing staff! Feels more like a hotel than a hostel. Super clean and comfortable with a nice Rooftop. The area is very nice with small restaurants nearby. Great value for money.

We stayed 3 nights at Feliz hostel and really enjoyed it! What really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the staff was. They helped set up tours and transportation. The room and bathrooms were also exceptionally clean! Would highly recommend Feliz hostel while staying in Phnom Penh!

Perfect. The room is clean, and comfortable. The food from the restaurant at ground floor are very good, reasonable price and the fish amok was really good. High recommended.

Food is slightly on the expensive end but the taste is really great. Ordered the red curry and it was good. Staff is great and theres free wifi. Roofdeck has a great view.

Great place to stay in the city just on a quite street but right in the action! Spotless rooms and lovely rooftop bar can’t wait to try to cocktails and food later! Definitely recommend especially for the price :)

It’s such a great time with my wife and my uncle to enjoy the cocktails at feliz restaurant and bar. We can enjoy the view of independent mounument, feeling fresh, good view, staff are intuitive and friendly, delicious food and nice cocktails. Will recommended.

Stopped in here for breakfast as it’s right next to my hotel. Very pleased with the quality of food and the price! I got an omelette, fresh fruit, and iced latte for around $7. (There are definitely cheaper options as well!Everything was great, including the coffee.EDIT: Also came here for dinner on their rooftop and it was nice as well! The staff is ridiculously friendly (shout out to Theara for taking care of me!)

Great location, lovely staff. Air con worked well, but there was no hot water. Breakfast wasnt great, but nice place overall.

Its a hostel in Wat Lanka area, involve restaurant and bar. This area is very good location for tourist. Near the center and very quite. The room is small and have no window, however it clean and have hot water. The soundproof system is not good so its very noisy at morning because of staffs and another customer. Food in the restaurant is delicious, the waiter is very friendly, and Nice service. He recommend us some place to go in Phnompenh.

Amazing place. Even though I was in a dorm I felt like it was a hotel. Beds are super comfy. Each bunk has plugs, a light, and curtains. They even get made each day. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The restaurant has fantastic food and coffee and all the staff are so wonderful and helpful. It’s located in a great area with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and bars, but it’s really quiet. Fully recommend the place.

Really nice place but brought my food 15 mins after everyone else with half the ingredients missing. Then took almost 10 min to add them. It was a salad.

The hospitality here is fantastic! They managed to move the tables around to accommodate all 9 of us without any hesitations. Very warm welcoming from the staff at reception to the ones at the bar and restaurant. The food was excellent and great value for money. Would recommend this place to anyone that is in Phnom Penh!

We won’t forget our night at Feliz Hostel Cafe & Bar! What an awesome night filled with plenty of smiles, laughter, great banter and awesome company.Clean bar, cheap drinks, spacious and great beats!Noy Wanneak looked after us all night! From escorting us to the bar, cranking some awesome beats, making us drinks and sharing a laugh and showing us a great time!!!Highly recommend asking for Noy as he’s awesome company and makes you feel safe :Thank you Noy!!!

Overall excellent. Warning the shared bathrooms have only cold water!! But they solved it all for us were super easy to get along with. Helpful to no end. Beautiful spot, rooftop for the nights, excellent food, good coffee. Would love to stay another week. Excellent beds and air-conditioning, good shower. Thank you for an excellent service!

Very nice hostel rooms, great beds, rooftop dining, computers to use, and excellent staff. This place knows how to do it, $8 hostel style stay and $3-$6 delicious breakfast.

Quite basic rooms but this is reflected in the fantastic value for money. Shared bathrooms were clean and nice to use. Staff we very very friendly which was great and the restaurant on the roof was great value for money. Id recommend this hostel to anyone else staying in Phnom Penh.

Staff were amazing so friendly and welcoming. Great service, great food, great people. Stayed in a lovely private room staff even brought a cake and laid out a birthday message on our bed for my girlfriends birthday all of their own accord.

Clean hostel in an area with a lot of good dining options. Staff has good English and is kind, but might try to charge you a higher price if you dont haggle. Construction nearby; isnt too noisy in the dorms but can definitely be heard.

Like a hotel. Little atmosphere. Dont expect to meet travellers here if youre solo.The roof bar is a bit messed up. They will give you an old menu with cheaper prices and then charge you based on a supposedly newer menu with higher prices. If you point this out, they are just confused and wont honor the menu you ordered from. This happened three times!Very clean and friendly staff.

We found this place by accident, we were staying close by and never would have found it without the Internet. The food was great, the view would be even better during the day,presentation worthy of an expensive restaurant and the staff very attentive. Would totally recommend this place & will be back.
