Feelin' A Little Philly - American restaurant in Pueblo, United States
Are you looking for a good Philly steak Sandwich? How about tasty meat? What about a quiet space? Then look no further, youve found the place to be.This is my first time at this establishment but the meat tastes great. Its hard for most places to properly prepare a tasty Philly steak sandwich.Other than that, I recommend you come to this restaurant. Bring your friends and family. I give this place a five out of five stars.
The food is amazing even though it took 40 minutes to get it. Great food just very understaffed
First time here from out of town traveling and stumbled on this gem hidden in a corner shopping center. Great customer service and best of all a fantastic Philly Sandwich ordered exactly as I ordered and it was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant, wish I could take them back home around my home.
Amazing Philly one of the best in Colorado. Legit AF
Best cheesesteak I had in Colorado ,great customer service.
The philly cheese was very light on the cheese. So Ill just call it a philly. The cost for a medium philly plus fries is $15. The order of fries were skimpy and undercooked. Not worth the $5 we were charged. Im not sure how a family can afford to eat here.
Deliciousness Im from the east coast and the food here reminds me of home
What happened to this place? I understand staffing issues and the times we live in but to walk in past a dirty fingerprint covered door for dinner at 5:30 and have the whole staff sitting was the first clue-in of what is going on. Secondly, our party of two orders and after sitting noticed the sign amongst many others about a happy hour special for 2. The gal who came and remedied that issue, I appreciate. However as she is fixing it Conner who was named by another staff member goes directly from the original computer he rang us up at to cooking our food. No hand washing, no gloves, just cooking. The gal who fixed the cost difference finishes with me as 2 other guests walk in. Im astounded, but choosing not to ruin the other guests experience we ask for to go bags and begin to leave. Our food currently sits in the trash in those bags. As we are leaving the gal finishes ringing up the other guests and promptly leaves the pos and starts washing her hands. She was heading back to the lunch she left sitting when I had inquired about the special earlier. I commended her on her hand washing and recommended the other staff be trained on this very basic food safety practice. Now reflecting I wonder if it was only because she was about to head back to the food she was eating when we arrived. Admittedly I havent been here since moving to pueblo west, but when I worked up the road at Oscars they were amazing. So again I ask, what happened?
Ni e staff. Very large sandwiches in various sizes. Good
Always good. The sandwiches remind of my hometown
So skimpy!!!Ordered Philly fries with extra meatTheres nothing in thereDefinitely not worth 17 dollars.Sucks because the food tastes good couldnt imagine if I hadnt asked for extra meat there would be nothing there.
Great spot. Order the Ultimate, delicious. Great service, Great food. And in regards to that low rating/comment, you fill your own drinks and have lids so nothing flies in them. This is a clean restaurant Ive been eating here for years and never had any issues. Best Philly sandwich in town by far. Keep doing what youre doing.
The deal to split a foot long with fries and a drink for each person is great for couples.
Several previous visits all good and best in city. A little light on the cheese and spices shake mix.
Best Philly cheese steak I ever had bread was fantastic gotta try it
Love this place its clean unique and Fantastic customer service plus the food was great๐
awesome friendly staff!! and the food is phenomenal, best Philly cheese steak in town!! the regular fries are really great. I had the large bell pepper Philly which is just a traditional Philly with bell pepper and onions with white American cheese soooooo good!! only wish there was an option for a side of aus ju I think that would just set it off even more!! and with three different size options for your sandwhich you can find something for everyone.
Used to love this place spent 20 bucks on a basket for two tonight little disappointed no cheese at all or very little cant even taste anything decent amount of meat but without cheese not a very good sandwich all.
Love the food, just tried the new breakfast burrito a solid 9/10 it becomes a 10/10 when you add some hot sauce but over really good, the normal philly cheese stakes are good as well would recommend the chicken one, Burgers are pretty good not much to say on them just if you want a decent burger you can get it here, Good options of drinks, owner/employees are super nice, their fries are honestly some of the best i ever had only, complaint is that if you are taking the fires home they will get cold decently fast but other than that very good place for lunch or dinner and now breakfast, if you are passing by in the area defiantly try it out
Food was delicious! We will definitely be back!
Food tasted great! No complaints. Ordered off grub hub. Highly recommend!
Great food. Every sandwich I got has been hot. Even on my delivery food is hot. They are doing good with hot food. They keep hot food hot, and cold food cold.
Great job to the dinner crew on 1/6/22, it was a young man and woman running the show. They took my order accurately and quickly made my custom request spot on!For your philly needs, Feelin a little phillys spot on!
Great place to eat! Good Philly and wife said the burgers are good too!! Love the fries. Wish they were open on the weekends for lunch.
The Philly cheese steaks were great everyone love what they ordered. Place smelled great and the workers were very polite..
Packaging is good MOST times. Never really a long wait. Drinks are cans. Overall a decent merchant to pick up from. After making subsequent pickups here we have added a star. This Merchant is a joy to work with. The staff is friendly, they are definitely one of the top five Merchants to deal with in this market.
I went here and the food took forever for something not worth price or wait , really rude service and the girl who took my order was as high as a kite and the other kid working was smoking in his car and came in also high as heck and was cussing up a storm in front of my child will not be going back and only reason they got 1 star was because there wasnt a option for 0 stars
Great food and staff. I cheat my diet to go to this place. I love the Phillies but try to eat low carb so did a salad, was great and no cheating on low carb. Was great.
Im not sure if theyre cutting costs since covid but dont let the quality of your food go as well. I got a large ultimate Philly and for $12 i got a dollar piece of bread with about 2 dollars worth of meat on it. For the price i couldve gotten a better sandwich from subway. I doubt Ill return unless they do something about their portion size and quality of food.
Not bad for a Philly not in Philly. To be authentic, it needs a sturdier italian roll that is properly toasted, this one is wimpy. If you want a more authentic Philly, Id suggest ordering extra meat too, as its light (its fine by me.Also, it seems crazy to me that you wouldnt have a Philly with a Pueblo Chile on top on the menu... in Pueblo, where nearly everything has a Pueblo Chile on top.Anyway, Id go back for sure.
Mushroom Feelin Medium $9.61... the taste was great but there was twice S much bread as meat. For a 9.61 sandwich I expect more meat.... this is half untouched by me except to open it
Tried placing a carryout order. For a 12 in sandwich it was around 12 bucks fries not included. So for a family of 4 it would have been around 67 bucks with fries running over 2 dollars each. I get the pandemic but did not and will not order again due to the cost. This place through the years has already been mostly take out so I dont get it but guess this is a place for the winds. Went to Kings bought two sandwich packages with 8 sandwichs total for half the cost.
This is place is great. Top 3 Philly of all my travels. They are always friendly, quick paced and quality every single time. Ive been eating here several times a week since I first tried them. 10 stars in my book.
Great food. Would t have known because credit machine wasnโt working. Gave my daughter and I our meal for free. Xmas early. Thank you so much to the two ladies that worked Fri 13th 2019. Best 13th ever, and will continue to visit this place. Just not sharing my sand with the daughter again, to good for that, she can get her own!
What a great group of people! Iโve eaten here a couple of times, and I can vouch for both their food and service as a customer... however, what I find even more important is the way that the staff at this restaurant treats me as a delivery driver for GruhHub/Uber/DoorDash. Most restaurants that I pick up from, both local and chain alike, offer me the cold shoulder, if even that. Iโm not typically acknowledged when I enter, they just shove a bag in my hands and show me the door (which is no problem, really - they are busy and Iโm not a customer and am not there to buy), but every time I walk into Feelinโ a Little Philly, for the numerous deliveries Iโve picked up from them, I find sincere kindness. The staff is genuinely friendly and amiable and that makes my job just so much easier. Fantastic people.
The most authentic food in town and you dont jave to pay an arm and leg to add things to your sandwich. Good options for kids as well. Decor could be updated but it is spacious and there is plenty of seating.
Amazing Philly cheese steak sanwiches and fries and excellent customer service.
For it being the only place in town to pick up a philly cheesesteak sandwich . . . It tasted ok the bread was good meet was ok Ive had better service the guy came off a bit rude but Im sure he meant nothing by it over all I will go back sometime in the next couple months or so nothing special to add to my resturaunt repitua if you have the munchies hit them up some time . . . A . .
Steak sandwich tastes good but hardly any meat on the large sub. Also expected bell peppers and onions but it only had onions. The fries were terrible small dry and tasteless.
So, its kind of hard to decide whether I should review this place based on what I KNOW a Philly Cheesesteak should be, or based on the fact that is is Pueblo Colorado and is NOT a mexican restaurant, because anything not Mexican is few and far between here unless its a chain joint. That being said, the food is not bad. Its absolutely NOT as good as a genuine Philly or even as good as a few other hole in the wall Triple D style joints Ive had cheesesteaks at, but its decent for Pueblo and since we really have no place else where you can get a passable cheesesteak, it kills the craving at least when once comes on.Honestly, I think the products are overpriced for what you get, as compared to some other places elsewhere, but then again it becoming extremely hard for restaurants to remain in business without making moderate price increases because everything required to run one has become so expensive, especially beef products and transportation fees.In light of that, they get a pass, but I still think they could go a little heavier on the meat and still do ok.The fries here are just so so. Not bad, not great. And they are shoestring style so if you dont like that, which I dont particularly, then it might not be the place for you if fries are a requirement. I like normal fries or even steak fries, and these are actually ok for shoestring fries, I just dont prefer them. If you do, then you will probably like them. The staff isnt the friendliest Ive ever seen, but they are polite and expedient, and that is mostly what Im looking for when I frequent a food establishment. You could do worse, especially in Pueblo, if youre looking for something like a cheesesteak.
Better Philly cheese steak than the Nathans chain! And less $$. We had the one big Philly and fries for two and it was more than enough for us. Definitely a winner ๐
My only complaint is the price. Its a little expensive but tastes very good. The workers are always nice and friendly. I grew up on the east coast so ive been pretty picky about pizza and phillys but this spot is one of the best in Colorado.
I wish I could post a picture of this garbage. The fries are literally rolled into a giant ball. The bread was so soggy it was literally running on the plate. And when I called and talked to the manager she said that there was nothing wrong with the food and if something was wrong it was the delivery drivers fault...how does this place even stay in business. When I asked for a refund because it looks like they pulled it from the trash they said they couldnt. If you care about your body please please please dont eat at this garbage resturaunt
I love going to this place I love the fact that they have crispy shoestring french fries with runny watery ketchup it reminds me of being a New York I love the tanginess of it the food and service is great and they also have a punch card for free sandwiches free food is always a win!!!! Keep up the good work!!!
The service is decent and the food is delicious.
The sub I had was flavorful and delicious. But Im not giving it 5 stars because I think they should have used more meat for the size of the bread they used. It wasnt a really good ratio. But other then that it was good food.
Dispite the recent poor reviews, I decided to give Feelin A Little Philly a try. The food was good, and the service was fast and friendly. They serve Pepsi products and offer free WiFi.
This store is for sale. It is the last of 3 locations that were opened about 10 years ago.I ate here last week. I did not get what I ordered. The girl taking my order didnt seem to care about it one way or the other. I got a cheese steak it alone was good. The fries were the worst I have Ever eaten. I ordered to go and they stuffed these limp greasy fries in a waxed bag. I opened it up to find a cold mess. The grease had soaked in for so long the fries seemed to be transparent. This ruined my meal and my trust in this business. I will NOT return since this has happened to me in the past.If this is the way they have been doing business the new owners will have to work Twice as hard to succeed. Good Luck with that.
4 stars I would have gave 5 but for 3 sandwiches and 2 Frys it was 30$ thats pretty high priced if you ask me... The food is great! And the service is aswomse the lady at the front taking our order even split a meal and gave us 2 small cups instead of one big very friendly too!! 5 stars to her tho she was great!!
The sandwiches they serve here are amazing. They chop up the meat in such a way that it just melts in your mouth! The mushroom Philly is delightful. The fries are really good too. The only downside is that it can be a bit pricey.
