Feel Good Café - Cafe in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Small cafe producing good quality coffee and food selections. The meals are primarily western style with a Mexican focus. Good value with open areas and a small air-conditioned indoor area.
Great coffee and breakfast choices. Breakfast burrito is amazing. A great place to have breakfast and start your day.
Delicious and filling breakfast though price is slightly on the higher side. Good atmosphere and service. A gem hidden in the alley.
Great coffee, crowd, and environment just to unwind and gather your thoughts. They serve food as well and their pastries are delicious. Goes to a good also which is always a bonus.
Only had a cup of americano coffee here. Its a cozy coffee shop serving beverage and food at a good price. As americano, the coffee tastes too strong but is still good from my point of view. Will come again and try the food here.
Tasty coffee and breakfast. Suitable place for work and study. Love their bagels!
Excellent coffee. The flat white was really good and this compares to Sydney. The food, both local and western were delicious. Friendly service and nice decor. Highly recommended!
I booked a cooking class here rather last minute for my partners birthday, turned out it was just the two of us in the class that morning. They picked us up on time and took us to Kandal market where the chef gave us an array of fruit to taste and let us choose our dishes. As it was just the two of us, we were able to do two different main courses, the amok and the curry. We then journeyed to the café where we were served wonderful iced coffees (complimentary with the course). The whole course was wonderful, we thoroughly enjoyed our food and it gave us a real insight into how buy products at local markets and how easy it is to cook authentic Khmer food.I would recommend!
The last supper before heading back to the UK - couldn’t have anything better than the Mexican burrito, with a pineapple smoothie, cosy place, friendly staff and great prices for what you get.
I enjoyed a cappuccino here and a light meal. Both tasted great and everything was delivered with a smile. Staff were polite, helpful and also attentive, so placing an order from the English language menu was easy. Other reasons to visit include their fair-trade coffee, labor practices and good employment conditions - all of which are detailed on their website. The cafe is open to the street but there is also an enclosed air-conditioned area at the back. If you sit near the street you are still set-back a bit so you arent right next to the traffic (although the open front means traffic noise cant be avoided). Decor and seating is simple with wooden tables and chairs. Compared to hotels I found pricing very reasonable, with a regular - sized Cappuccino costing 2.75 USD. Food ranges from 3.50 to 7 USD.I will definitely visit again!
Good place to eat breakfast compared to other few places. Had a good flat white. Perfect temperature, nice design & of course, good taste. A bit pricey, but ok. I will stick to this cafe for next 2 days of my stay.Edit: If you are a fan of soup dishes like pho or ramen, you must try the Bor Bor (flat rice porridge/soup). I am gonna take a few recipes back home and this is one of them. And don’t hesitate to ask the staff about ‚what are these add ons and how much to add is upto you“
I had a breakfast burrito here along with an iced Americano and a cold brew (which I didnt see until after I ordered the Americano ☺). Everything was delicious! The cold brew was pretty strong... Just the way I like it! The breakfast burrito had eggs, cheese, and bacon, and came with a side of salsa (not spicyand sour cream.Im only in Phnom Penh for a couple days, but I may come back here for breakfast again before I leave. ☺️
Great espresso and food. Service is really good and they serve all day breakfast (but also lunch from noon on). I can definitely recommend this Café.
This was exactly what I needed after months in SEA. Something easy and fresh. No noodles were involved 😅 tasty natural watermelon and apple frappe and a toasted bagel with cilantro pesto and fresh tomato. Can’t recommend enough!
They have very good coffees indeed. Prices are okay for the Riverside, cappuccino goes for 2.50$. Limited comfortable seating though. Wooden chairs are never a good idea for a café. Still, this is my first port of call whenever I stay riverside. The food is nice, albeit rather expensive
This place has got to be the very best coffee house cafe restaurant in Phnom Penh! The coffee is the very best and the food has always been no less than 5 stars! The service is very attentive and gracious. Its like Im in the lobby of a 5 star hotel! BRAVO!
Very slow to prepare food (nearly 20 minutes to toast 2 bagels and portion out far too little cream cheese and jam), forgot half our order, the iced coffee they served was only 2/3rds full and was drunk in less than 3 sips, and was "ok". Way too expensive for quality, youd get better coffee at a road side stand for $0.75. Very disappointed. Will not go back.2 stars instead of one because the bagels are decent.
AMAZING coffee and food! I had the pancakes. They sound like a strange mix of toppings but they tasted SO GOOD. Dare I say the best pancakes I’ve ever had. Service is great and price is very reasonable.
Really nice service, good english when asking for some information about the menu.I liked the breakfast with the eggs, toast and some dumpling. Had to take some iced coffee :love itThe price is as the rest in the area I guess, all in all 5.5$ for a good meal
Food that is definitely fresh and put together with care. Really enjoyed the cold brew here, one of the best coffees we’ve had in Cambodia! Food is priced $1-$2 higher than other places but the cafe is part of a social enterprise so the extra dollars is going towards a good cause. The portion sizes are large so you will be satisfied!
Excellent breakfast spot! The French toast and breakfast burrito were two of our favorites. Good portions and excellent value. Friendly service too!
Ambience is good, service is adequate. The noodles chili jam was similar to a vietnamese bun (vermicellidish, but pretty plain. They also forgot to add the tofu on my dish. The French toast was decent, but looked better in the pictures. The muesli dish saved the day as the fruit was excellent and muesli very nicely flavored and textured. They apparently have good coffee her per neighboring diner, but though soy milk is on the menu, they no longer stock it due to low demand.
Incredible coffee! Really impressive food - big servings, fresh, tasty. Very helpful and attentive staff. Highly recommend.
Great place, very good coffee, friendly staff. Definitely worth visitting😊
Formerly steered by the inimitable Jose and Mark, this cafe remains one of the best all round cafes in Phnom Penh. The food, service and environment are virtually flawless. You would be hard pushed to find better.
A really nice place to unwind and reflect after visiting the Killing fields. You do feel good after being here - the staff is all smiles and really polite.Ordered a latte and the fruit salad - really really delicious. Good variety of fresh fruit with honey and yoghurt. They also have WiFi so its handy if you need to order a Grab car.
Very good place to have smth more interesting than usual English breakfast. Breakfast burrito is good (egg inside). Pancakes with banana are great (try this if you like sweet breakfast). Fresh juice apple and carrot/apple are really tasty!
I bumped into this cafe while exploring the city’s and I don’t have any negative things to say about this place. The staff are very friendly and the coffee and the tea was, delicious! For not mentioning the decoration of the place, beautiful!
At first sight, Feel Good Cafe may look like every other cafes in Phnom Penh and it really does. The interior looks as comfy and nice as the best cafes out there. There are a limited selections of food to choose from but that shouldnt deter you from trying it. Pretty much everything that they make, they make in house; from the rice platters all the way down to the burger patty. As for drinks, they have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. The best thing that they make are the coffees. They serve one the best if not the best coffee in Phnom Penh. Not only are the coffees good, the staff are just as great.
Feel Good Cafe has the best breakfast menu. I tried one of their specials which was reasonably priced. I will definately visit again when I am in PP.
Little cozy cafe at the heart of old town area. Good service and wonderful coffee.
Good coffee and great breakfast. Service is fast. The people are very nice and always put their smile while talking to me. Cafe is located across the sun&moon hotel. Very recommended to get your breakfast/brunch and your caffeine fix! Tried Iced Latte and Eggs&Toast with add-on Bacon. It was all good.
Found this place using the Four Square ap. Definitely worth visiting for a yummy meal and good coffee! The rice porridge, bagels, breakfast nachos, eggs benny and omelet were awesome. Also recommend the carrot, apple and ginger juice!
We came here for breakfast on our second day in Phnom Penh. All the items barring one were really good. The coffee and waffles especially were delicious. The place is very tastefully decorated and has a nice relaxed vibe.
Very good coffee (Flat Whiteand good food. I had a bagel, my wife tried the rice porridge. We both liked it much and stayed for a while to do travel planning. Staff is friendly and its an easy place if you want a good breakfast in a quiet place.
Very nice place for breakfast or a nice afternoon snack. The coffee is roasted here and the baked goods are very fresh!
We came here twice during our time in Phnom Penh and really enjoyed the coffee and the vibe! Really relaxing atmosphere, clean bathrooms, and lots of plants. The employees were really friendly and they had a cute kitten that hung around causing ruckus :-)
Nice cozy place with good coffee plus all day breakfast options & friendly staff. Has both indoor seating as well as a small outdoor seating which is perfect to people watch in this generally busy area.
Large number or brunch and lunch options. Had a pulled pork burger that was pretty tasty. Coffee was strong and flavorsome. Would recommend!
Service was pretty slow but friendly. Place is nice but not the nicest part of PP.
Not as I expected...Today I made the trek to go eat at one of Phnom Penh’s more “popular” restaurants, Feel Good Cafe, who’s name, even as I am sitting here in the cafe, can not seem to remember… I think I am having trouble remembering the name because my experience has been inconsequential.1. I came here based off of a # of criteria, one of those being price. Some of the pictures listed on TA show a menu that is incorrect. Prices are on average 25% higher than the pictures I was looking at. But, ok, no problem…2. I decided to go with the bacon & egg burrito and a flat white. The coffee was fine, no complaints. But the burrito (for the price), was sub par. Lots of egg, a sliver (and I mean a sliverof bacon, a small amount of cheese, and artificial sour cream.3. Very slow wifi. All and all it was fine, but not quite as memorable as a lot of the other TA reviews would leave you to believe. I would give them another chance, but not for the next few trips back.
The coffee is good. Not great. It is pretty much just a standard freshly made coffee. Pretty nice after taste. Probably much the same level as a Brown Coffee brew. I had an Americano for US $1.75. The venue is relaxing with a bit of a modern feel. I certainly enjoyed my coffee here but would have liked a little bit more flavour.
Whatever you do, dont come here because youll just want to keep coming back for every single meal whilst you stay in Phnom Penh. The food is delicious - the pancakes are some of the best weve ever had.
I come here all the time and am generally satisfied with the food, coffee and service. However, occasionally the eggs Benedict comes out with the eggs overdone, that and they used to always have the days paper but it seems they dont have it consistently anymore!
Not sure why the coffee here is such a big deal. Its fine, but not worth a trip across town. The fruit plate is really good. French toast is legit. Service is alright per local standards.
Hidden in a busy street. It is nice to escape the hectic life outside and enjoy a good cup of coffee. The place could be a bit more cosy though.
Its a pretty good coffee place but nothing special. The iced black coffee I ordered had a bit too much water resulting in a rather light taste. The interior is uninspiring, wifi is slow.
Great coffee with artistic milk thing. Quiet ambient sometimes. A nice and small shop feeling compared to busy, noisy, big chain coffee in town.
We attended the cooking class and it was great! They have morning 9am classes and evening at 2pm. Our class had just three people. We started by going to a market around the corner to buy all of our ingredients. It was really fun to see how the purchases take place in this very busy and tight market. Once we were done, we went back to the kitchen and cooked our meals. Our chef, whose name escapes me, spoke very good English with a strong British/Australian accent that he got from his English language teachers. He took a lot of time to explain everything that we were buying and making. I couldnt ask for more detail. We cooked a three course meal that we promptly started devouring.Whole experience took a little less than 5 hours, which included two breaks. Definitely recommend attending.
Ordered salmon with toasted bagel and muesli with mixed fruit. The prices were reasonable and the portions were generous. The food were fresh and tasty. The muesli with mixed fruit was surprisingly good as there were 7 kinds of fruit in it. Amazing!!The servers were very attentive and service was always with a smile! Highly recommend.
