Great burgers, I forgot to try the milkshake, but I hear its the bees leg joint

We had take away and everything tasted great!The portions were really good! We tried the chicken and the meat burgers and they both tasted amazing!The service was also very nice and friendly!

It took us 20 minutes to get our food.

My friend and I came in and ordered . We sat for over 30 minutes for 1 singular burger and one meal . Other people who were ordering after us were being given their food first . I will never go back

If you want a good size burger to feed your appetite this is a good burger place to eat, a bit pricey but worth it.

First time here. Large burgers. Tasted great. Onion rings were delicious. Restaurant was clean and server was very friendly and helpful. Will return on our next trip to Regina

The burger here is exactly as advertised... Juicy and fat. If youre doing anything more than two patties, you wont be able to move again that day. The chicken wings here are incredible too. The staff were happy to do a half n half with the sauce on them. The spicy coconut sauce for the wings is to die for.

We were a group of 3 and they had charged us around 70$ for 2 burgers and one kids meals!!!!.I was charged for 4 fries and 5 pops, and instead of 4$ we were charged 6.8 to change a sandwiches to combo.When I talked to the cashier he didnt accept and finally he gave me 6.8 $in cash , neither the tax and nor the extra pop.

Good place to hangout with freshly cooked food. They dont keep any frozen foods. Good service and overall it was a great experience.

Went through skip to get some wings here on the night of the 28th of March. Got my good and went home. Found out there was an issue with the order. The lady at the counter (Hardeep?was very understanding and apologized for the error. Listened to my issue and went ahead and fixed what I was asking for. Great customer service experience and the food was good as well. Will be coming here again next time I want some wings!!!

Great tasting burger, fries kinda pricey!

The food here is good but the service is TERRIBLE. I repeat TERRIBLE. Its ran by incompetent individuals with no motivation or desire to satisfy customers. Ordered my food and watched them prepare two orders that came in after mine as I waited in absolute disgust. And I “Fat tipped” these people, I wont be returning.

The inside was clean. The staff were very kind, and they take a good look at what customers need. They also follow the COVID regulations properly. The table is also keeping clean.

Came to Fat Burger tonight for supper. It was not clean and the person taking our order came out from behind the plastic barrier the entire time we placed our orders. The drink dispenser machine & straw dispenser were very dirty. The bathroom was unclean & the soap in the women’s restroom was clearly running out and they added a bunch of water to it so it was watered down soap. There was also no hand sanitizer anywhere. Floors were a mess. As seen in the photo, my bun was served burnt. There was a bug in the vinegar. Even in non-COVID times this is all unacceptable. Enjoy at your own risk.

Not sure if new owners or what but this place has really gone down hill. Orders are messed up. Customer service is not good. The order choices are different but the price is still the same. We won’t be going here anymore. Very sad used to be so good

Best burger I have ever had in 8 years! Hands down. The boneless wings are extraordinary. You feel food is made with love and passion.

Stayed the night in Regina and this place jumped out at me. So thankful the husband was also on board. We both had delicious burgers - perfectly charred and crisp with a soft bun. The poutine side upgrade was excellent - with gravy & curds in every nook & cranny! Wings were decent and a nice petite size (we dislike jumbo wingsbut fell in the shadows of the burger that stole the spotlight. My husband wished he had gotten 2 more burgers instead of 2 wing orders - just because he enjoyed the burger that much. Milkshakes were a bit "runny" compared to what we are acclimated to, but still very tasty. Wish we could have enjoyed Fatburger one more time before we returned to the States! Well be back again!

I specified that I have a mustard allergy and that my burger could not contain any of the ingredients that include mustard or be seasoned. I specified all the dangerous ingredients including mayonnaise and ordered a plain King burger with only lettuce, onions and tomatoes but the burger arrived with Mayo. I did not see it until I had had two or three bites.We spoke with someone who claimed to be the owner, Krisham, who apologized but tried to explain the mistake due to training new staff.We sat right beside the kitchen and Krisham was expediting all of the food and had the conversation with our server about restrictions. So to try and dodge any responsibility is outrageous and absolutely disgusting behavior for a restaurant owner.He then grabbed the book with all the allergy information and tried to tell me that the mayonnaise didnt have mustard in it. We found the page with mayonnaise on it and it listed mustard. He then tried to apologize again and offered to make me a new burger. I said no thank you.Serving customers dangerous food when they specified their allergy and what they needed removed from their meal to be safe is an unbelievable lapse in common sense and safe practice. We simply can not EVER come back to fatburger if we can not be assured that your staff have even the most basic respect for their responsibility in the kitchen which is to keep their customers safe.

I was pleasantly surprised. I had never been to a fatburger before and I will be going back now that Ive been. The food was great and the customer service was outstanding. Keep up the good work!

The food was unbelievably good but the service was even better. Very welcoming staff, friendly and laid back. Cant say enough about how pleased (and full!we were after our lunch. Thanks Fatburger!

One of the best burgers in Regina. I highy recomed this place if you want a big juicy burger. The customer service is amazing. The price is worth it for their giant and yummy burgers.

It was my first time visit at this location and employees made me feel very welcomed.Very clean and very efficient to make food fast so you do t wait too long. Excellent food as well.Staff is so nice and friendly.

WOW! The food was fantastic, the service was fantastic, we were only a few bites in when we started discussing how soon we could come back.My kids finished every bite with gusto, and my husband who usually eats 2-3 burgers at other places, said his XXL was just right.My cajin chicken was delicious and had a good kick to it.So glad we stopped and tried it, we will be back.

The staff here have always been amazing! I have always done pickup/takeout orders and even if my order is messed up, they are sure to fix it. Food is always hot and delicious - no complaints here.

We had a meal at this location 2 years ago and it was great but just picked up some takeout and unfortunately I cant say the same. The curly fries were cold and dry, pretty sure they had been sitting for a long while before they were packaged up. The burgers were just ok, as the buns were wet, falling apart and just seemed really sloppy. We wont be ordering from here again.

Amazing service phenomenal people. Great restaurant. Every time Id come to this place the employees would let me use their rest room even now during COVID-19. This is extremely kind of you to be willing to let me use your rest room while in the mean time you would serve me my basic needs. The people work well with each other and always gets the job done even when youre short staffed. This commitment always met my expectation and is the reason for why I consider this place to be cemented in the stars. I recommend this restaurant for anyone to visit and eat at because satisfaction is always guaranteed. Thank you Keshan the manager for your hard work and the rest of the staff. May God bless you! Surprisingly delicious meal.Buns were soft. The patties were juicy and crispy from outside. Full of flavors.Very efficient staff as well. 5 stars

One of the best burger places Ive been to. Burgers are cooked just right, very juicy and tasty; meals are prepared well; cozy place. Highly recommended!

First off the food was great. Good portions and very tasty. Three tables were sanitized before we sat down and the staff were very friendly. There was one problem. The food took all exceptionally long time because the order was missed. Once it was noticed though, they made it at warp speed and gave us 2 free milkshakes and an order of mini donuts. All in all a great experience.

Although I walk past it almost daily, this is the first time I felt like going in.I went with the "M" FATBURGER, which is the smallest burger on the feature menu. I paid extra for cheese and bacon (its under the patty and theres more than enough for $2). Pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The burger was as good if not better than one I would make at home. The fries were delicious. The service was particularly excellent. Its a pandemic as I write this and I couldnt help notice the staff sterilizing all of the plastic order numbers that sit on the table. Ill definitely stop in again.Also, it appears a pint of draft is local and under 6 bucks... I need to go to the gym.

Definitely the best location in the city. Everything from organization to the cleanliness of the store shows how the staff is actually doing their job and well. Good management. Manager asked someone to clean in the coolest way right in front of me and it made me even want to. Stainless steel was stainless and the tables were cleaned with care cause they werent sticky. Oh and great food too. Arrived hot and they had table service.

If you want the absolute friendliest experience at a burger joint, come to fatburger. Ive eaten here in person and Ive also used Skip and all of my food has been incredible. They use fresh ingredients and everything is of exceptional quality. The establishment is very clean and everyone who works there is awesome, friendly, and professional. My favorite place to eat by far!

Pretty good burgers, seasoning in the parties themselves is a little flat, but get them cooked and loaded up the way you want, all you can drink pop and juices, very clean.better seasoned patties would score it 5 out of 5.

Having never been to Fatburger out on the east end I figured it was time to finally give it a try. The new location is very nice, clean and bright. The staff and management both seem to be helpful and courteous. Parking was kind of a nightmare but Golden Mile has always had that issue.The food itself was perfectly serviceable, though in my opinion a little high for what you get. Its a good place if you feel like splurging for a burger meal but I likely wont go back regularly.

Burger and fries were excellent. Blows Five Guys, Fuddruckers, and other comparable places out of the water. We went for the soft opening so everything was brand new and spotless. Staff already seemed to know what they were doing though and the manager was very friendly and attentive. Bonus points for a nice large private mens washroom with a change table. Plus Rebellion beer on tap!
