Holy cow. Id love to be able to rate the food, but my skin is the wrong color. I guess this is not the location for me.

Won’t be coming back. The burgers are overpriced for its quality. There’s just 1 super busy worker doing different tasks. She was at the cashier, in the kitchen and serving the tables at the same time.We had to ask her to wear gloves or wash her hands before preparing our food. She kindly agreed, thanks for that.Overall, the place is not clean. I guess when working at the kitchen, you are supposed to be wearing a hair net, a mask, and wash the hands each time before cooking, which wasn’t the case when we were there.

Delicious burgers, not enough staff, most of the drinks were not on tap!

Squished...greesey burger.. poutine with maybe a tablespoon of gravy....wont be going back

This place is a joke, never ever get the mini doughnuts friend and I recieved what we thought was going to be a crispy, soft, sweet and delicious doughnuts but instead we got the most oilyest full of grease ball. AND WHEN I MEAN OILYEST I MEAN OIL RIG. As I took a bite of a doughnut, it felt like gas prices were going up in my mouth. Ate 1, almost puked. 7.99 for a 10 pack of trash.

Definitely a better fast food choice, but theyre not very fast, be prepared to wait 20 minutes to a half hour for your food.Only complaint so far is that last time their donuts were drenched in oil... But thats the first time theyve been like that

Hot dogs arent hot dogs, they are smokies. Pop is canned pop. Fries were great but if youre hoping for a true hot dog you wont get one here

Great burgers. A bit pricier than other fast food joints but the quality seemed better. The burgers are also 1/3 pounders so that makes the price easier to swallow.

Good service. Kids loved the booths. Food was fresh and good value.

Best burgers nearby! Food is always really fresh. The Onion Rings and Strawberry Shake is fantastic as well! Highly recommend!

I will stick to my "no chain establishment" policy and this place enforced that. On BC Day this past long weekend my hubby and I were craving milkshakes after a long, hot walk on Discovery Trail. We normally go right to Birchwood but wanted to stay local and quick. Fatburger boasts incredible milkshakes and Highstreet is only 5 minutes from our home so we broke our strict health first policy to get a couple of what were supposed to be fantastic milkshakes. We arrive at the order desk and order our Maui Banana milkshakes only to be told they dont have that. Ok, disappointed we give them second flavour choices. Now we are told they dont have any ice cream at all. How does an establishment boast about great milkshakes when they dont even have ice cream?! We were asked of we wanted anything else...I saw onion rings on the menu and lovvvvvvve onion rings so we ordered those to share them looked for a table. Only a few tables were taken. Many open. All dirty! I had to wipe our table. Shortly after our onion rings arrived. They were pale and the very thin layer of batter wasnt even sticking to the onion! One bite and both my hubby&I knew they were not good at all. The pale batter crumbled right off, the onions were not cooked enough and under the rings was a thick, dark brown layer of smelly oil indicating the frier oil was way overdue to be changed. The table next to us received their burger & fry orders and I could hear them say the fries tasted odd. We disposed of the gross onion rings and left. Terrible place. Wont even be tempted to try their burgers which looked like they had 10 cent white buns on them. No thanks ever again! This is why I never eat at chain places. Just terrible.

Overall a good experience food was quite good and filling decent price took a little longer to come out (for a fast food restaurant).

Horrible. Milk shake had little to no ice cream in it. Just flavored milk. The onion rings tasted rancid or something. I could not eat them. Save your money and go elsewhere. So it seems everyone gets the standard,copied response to the reviews. I sent additional information as per the request below and have received nothing in reply.

Fatburger sells gourmet burgers, fries, and shakes. Its expensive, but a cut above typical.

The guy behind the counter was great with friendliness & patients as we had yet to try this chain.We went with the Ultimate BBQ burger with curly fries with parmesan garlic seasoning & DBL king burger. The burgers were lightly flavourful but you get a fair bit of meat. The ultimate is really good and if your hungry the king will hit the spot.The fries were crispy but I guess we were expecting more. As other have raved in previous comments below. Curly fries were good with the Parmesan garlic seasoning worthy of a try.The milkshake were more like a shake NO thickness to them at all!! The Maui banana was spot on for flavour but the mocha Java the chocolate over power the coffee flavour, barley could taste it.

As far as burgers are concerned A and W comes first elsewhere, whereas, we had to be content with Farburger in Abbotsford. Maybe it was a fat one but taste wise and presentation wise it was far from satisfactory.

Very dirty restaurant. There was a dirty mop and pail parked beside the fountain drink dispenser, no hairnets and an overall unclean sweaty smell in the restaurant. My bill was $18.85 and the cashier decided to not even offer my change back. When I asked for my change she raised her eyebrows and twice asked me to sit and wait because my standing off to the side waiting for 15 minutes seemed to somehow bother her in the almost empty restaurant. Told her no I wasnt sitting down ( these duct taped booths were VERY dirtyWell I should have left then without the food I paid for because I got very sick for 2 days with a stomach ailment. The onion rings had a weird taste and the oil drippings were a dark brown (old oil, not changedWe threw them out after having 1 but I guess 1 dirty onion ring is all it takes to get sick. Or possibly "something" else made me sick since she seemed quite offended by me requesting my change and not adhering to her 2 commands to have a seat.

Normally a great location.. I went in asking for a strawberry milkshake and she started to make it in a dirty blender which clearly had the last 5-6oz of an Oreo milkshake left in it... When I asked if she was using a dirty blender, she said no. I told her it looked as though there had been an Oreo one made in there. She then said "yes, I made an Oreo milkshake about five minutes ago"...... Argued with her a minute before sitting down to wait for friends and when she brought it to the table I asked for my money back only for her to argue before issuing a refund. I appreciated my money back, but not the half n half milkshake or the attitude. As first stated, usually an awesome location!

Good busy store and I prefer cleanliness at food places and for this one I would give 3.5/5 which is goodFood was fresh hot and good in taste

4 star for lemon chicken wings and honey garlic chicken wings .The buffaloes chicken burgers was awful!Too much watery sauce on it.If you are giving to customer this kind of burger pls stop selling this .

Very fulfilling burger at a very reasonable cost. I’ve tried their chicken crisper and all dressed hot dog. The waiting time wasn’t long at all and the food was great. The restaurant has a nice cozy vibe to it. The girl on the counter was super nice too.

Had the Hawaiian Burger and it was great. For dessert we had their mini donuts and I was disappointed with them. They were overcooked and had a burnt flavor to them. It was $50 for the 2 burgers and donuts.

Absolutely fantastic food. It is very reasonably priced. The Cheese & Bacon Deluxe meal I got is the same price as a quarter pounder BLT from McDonalds, but 10x better.It does take a bit longer than the average fast food joint to make since it is a made-to-order concept.We got our order in 8 minutes, but to be fair they were very busy when we came in.

Been once before and had amazing food and service, brought my family back because I told them how good the place was, big mistake.Customer service was terrible, took 20mins to order due to the poor training and communication skills of the staff, out of 5 meals ordered only 2 were correct, not mention there was a 5-10minute delay between bringing out each meal.Will not be coming back nor will I be suggesting this resturant ever again.

Absolutely fantastic burgers, made fresh, the old fashioned way. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, and the service is pleasant. Definitely a step above other burger joints.

Excellent Burgers and quick service considering that they were busy and make EVERYTHING fresh-to-order.I did notice a couple that was unreasonably unhappy and rude. First they complained that their meal was rung up with small fries, the cashier explained that this was a system error, and that they would be recieving Medium fries regardless of what is says on the reciept. They didnt really seem to grasp what she was saying and kept asking why she rang it in as small fries. Even though she (kindlyrepeated that they will be recieving Medium fries, NOT small.Then, they refused to accept their food once it arrived, claiming that they have waited for 45 minutes, when it had been 12 -14 minute wait MAX, and the place was packed. The couple was berating the staff on duty, and demanding a refund + a $50 gift card.The cashier calmly explained that they make everything fresh to order and that they dont have anything pre-made. Unhappy still the wife demanded to speak to the manager. Then she blatantly lied, claiming an hour long wait, was very hostile, and was threatening to call the police on the innocent hard-working crew (for God knows what reason). When that did not work, the husband threatened the manager with physical violence.The manager (on the phonevery generously offered them a $10 gift card. I think that even that was above and beyond what was neeed very considering how unreasonable/unruly the couple was being. Were this my restaurant I would have kicked them out.After realizing that their threats were not effective, the wife hung up the phone and threw it.They then demanded the staff to remake the food as it had now become cold due to their drama. The staff complied and they ate every last bit of the newly food. Overall the restaurant went above and beyond what was necessary.I assume that the 2 negative 1 star reviews were left by that couple, I urge you to ignore them and give this place a try!

Was pretty slow here today and we didn’t witness any delivery drivers picking up food, yet it took 45 minutes to get our food.The people that had ordered before us claimed to have waited nearly an hour before trying to get a refund, which they were denied.They’re advertising a combo with medium fries and drink for 10.99 but it rings up in their system as a small. That’s fine but don’t advertise medium then. The cashier didn’t know how to fix it and wasn’t willing either.However the food itself was great when it arrived and no qualms about that

Didn’t look busy, so stopped for a bite to eat. When I ordered the feature combo, which stated it came with a medium fries and a drink, they rang it through as a small. I figured it was a mistake, but they just told me “that’s what the system says”. They wouldn’t even try to rectify it our get someone to help them override it. The fries were the only thing that seemed were fresh for our meal.A couple who claimed to have been waiting close to an hour for their food by the time we ordered decided it was too long of a wait and went to get a refund. The person said they couldn’t do it without a manager, so they called. I only heard part of that conversation, but the manger was only willing to offer them a $10 refund for their $50 bill.As we were leaving someone who ordered ahead for a pickup at 2pm (it was about 2:15 at this timecame in to get their order and they were told that it would still be a wait for their food because the kitchen was really busy.I’m not sure if it was an off day for the staff or if they were just understaffed, but it just wasn’t great overall. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Great customer service! Fast friendly and somewhere I would recommend! They have a vegan burger that my partner loves and great options! Their fries are my new favourite! Perfect every time!

Nice little place to relax and eat. I took my daughter and her friend for dinner. Clean place with friendly staff and great food. We love their curly fries with Cajun seasoning the most. Hot and crispy, portion size was enough to feed two people. Their chocolate shake is heavenly. Food didn’t take long to get to our table. Overall experience was awesome. Didn’t get chance to try their burgers due to dietary restrictions.

Mm lettuce wrap burger was good 🌱 Recommend the veggie patty and pineapple🍍is a must. They had it ready nice and fast too ☺️

Been here quite a few times, love their chicken strips, and the burgers are always great. Usually go for the curly fries. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Wait time for food is always good.

The fries were cold and burger was just ok. Took 5 min for them to recognize I was standing there whole the cook was stirring some sauce. Eventually he looked up and saw me there. And wejt and got the person to make my order. Must have been memorizing stirring that sauce. Better customer service and a full hot meal and 2 stars would be 3 or maybe 4.

I really like the burgers @ Fatburger. The fries are about as good as they get. If you like old fashioned milkshakes, this is the place. However you need to work hard and long to keep all those calories from taking up residence around your waist.

Very comfortable, Clean and the staff are attentive. I fogot to ask for lettuce and tomatos on my burger they gave it to me on the side with no problems. The onion rings are bomb!!!

Told it would be 8 minutes but it was ready in 5! Even though it only took 5 mins we got burgers that were perfectly cooked! The Double Fat Cheese with Nacho fries was fantastic. Dont waste your money anywhere else, this is the best in Abby Ive had so far.Also, the chocolate milkshake i ordered was so thick and rich... they have an open kitchen so you can see your food being made, thats pretty neat

Staff were very kind and efficient. The milkshake was good also. But, the food wasn’t the greatest. I am not saying the staff didn’t do a good job I believe they did great. The food they have to work with tastes very blah and artificial. I haven’t had fat burger in a while but I remember it being totally different and delicious. Tastes like they’ve gone down the cheaper end of food item ordered to prepare their meals.

Told it would be 15 minutes and waited 30. And after 30 mins we got a burger that wasnt fully cooked. I also asked for no mayo and theres mayo. Dont waste your money here... A and W does a better burger.Also, the chocolate milkshake i ordered tastes like banana... so they dont even rinse between making milkshakes. all I taste is banana when it looks like chocolate.

Been here a couple times, the food is good and the place is clean. Place would have gotten 5 stars but there was some miscommunication between the cashier and myself. In the end i got what i ordered and it was fresh and good. Would recommend.

Wow, beyond expectations... Did not expect food to be much more than fastfood, but the burgers were huge, hot and juicy, they have some great kids options too. The service really stood out, really nice people working here. They bring food to your table and ask how everything is too. 10/10 reccomended

I have visited this Fatburger location several times and have always found they are consistent with providing a high quality product. The staff are friendly, but the service isn’t exceptional (just basic burger joint service). They now also have a beyond meat burger, which was really good!

I cant wait for the opening I live just around the corner and I will be coming in for your awesome breakfast. I hope you guys open at 9am on weekends

One word: YUM!!!!! These are deluxe burgers! They had two vegetarian options. One of them with a fried egg ( Im sure you can ask with no egg as well). The veggie burger (I tried the California veggie which comes which comes with guacamole, fried egg, Swiss cheesewas actually tasty and something Vegetarians can be excited about. Must Eat!

This location has great staff, they are happy and quick giving a great vibe.The food was good as well, and you can see was prepared with care.Is pricey for hence the 3 stars, for same money you can go to pub.I love they have beer... with chicken wings is a perfect meal.
