Seriously, one of the best burgers ever. And the chicken wings!!! Have a go at the death Valley flavor, you wont regret it.

Nice warm burger! And their onion rings is nice, too! A tad bit oily though (for the onion ring)..

I odered burger but the meat is undercook , the homemade onion rings is raw . Such a dissapointment . Wont come here again

I know its only fast food, but the Burger was cold, staff was rude when I told them the bun feels like it just came out of the fridge, not off the grill. Meat tastes like it was reheated. At least the fries were hot.I have always enjoyed Fatburger on previous trips to JB.

Food is fast but milkshake contain minimal traces of oreo. Located at a secluded part of the mall, not too crowded.

Harga boleh tahan.. tiada pelanggan. Mungkin sebab menu kurang menarik dan tidak sedap. Saya rasa sedap lagi burger tepi jalan, mcd, burgerking, dan kfc. Harap owner ambil perhatian komen saya ini. Terima kasih.

Bad food, ordered a crispy chicken burger, the bun as well as the patty was very dry

Food no good. Entitled crispy chicken totally no crispy, overcooked, chicken no juicy, hard. No worth to eat.

I am quite satisfied with these thick patty burger. My one is take out and I still think it is good one. I’ll try fresh made and hot one next time.

The name "fat"burger and the pictures on the menu is so misleading; their burger is the size of a Mac cheeseburger. And my partners chicken burger is not cooked thouroughly; you can still see the pinkish meat in the middle of the patty! Pangkar. Suggestion is to spend your money on street level burger Ramly special...

I am not sure if they know what a burger should be especially if it is a US Brand. Tried their double burgers. Should have gone to burger king or Macs. Nothing to crave or wanting more. All the hype but nothing to justify the price n quality.

Had a satisfying Honey Garlic Ckn Sand, a very diff but tasty & healthier meal. Would come again.

Ive been excited to try this burger for a long time. I ordered the double because it was in the middle of the afternoon. The burger tasted fine, not great and not bad. It actually reminded me of how I make it at home. So for me it wasnt special.But the disappointment was the size of the burger. It was a third of the size from what I expected. I would give it 2.5 stars but I cant so I gave it 3 stars. I might try again.

Went there several times hoping it will improved. But nope. The first time I went there when newly open the burger was OK. Staff was not that friendly. There was like only 2 customers eating there.Then second and third time when I try order but there are like 2 or 3 items not available. So I cancelled.Then the forth time go there I eat the chicken wings. Quality is so so. No other customer the entire time! It was dinner time but no customer!The fifth time I go there. Try order one of the burger but not available! So no choice but order chicken wings. Also no other customer the whole time!I am sure this outlet will closed its door.

Burger was okay but patty was dried and slightly charred. Price wise is acceptable.

We like the no frozen patty and grind fresh every morning moto.The patty is thick and not that juicy when we tried it on a normal weekday afternoon. The actual burger is not the same as it shown, we understand its the advertising and photo will be different from actual.The look of the burger is not appealing at all. But the taste of the patty is good, with a beef taste which goes well with their sauce.We also tried their buffalo wings, death valley and honey garlic. The wings are very small and not grill to crisp and fragrance, all we taste is the sauce, which is a big dissappointment.

Been wanting to try it for a month and was really disappointed with our experience. Burgers were too dry and lacked flavour. The chicken was tender but the teriyaki sauce was overpowering. And erhm the chilli cheese fries were not good either. The only thing we liked was the Oreo Milkshake. Expect 30 mins or more before getting served. Theres only one person taking order and they will shout every order and the rest has to shout it back - even if theres a long queue. I guess its different but not just my thing. I went there for the food but ya it was just a disappointing experience overall. Sad. We shouldve gone to Carls Jr instead.

Very creative and different. Rice plate meal was good. Patty with rice, egg, fries, lettuce and black pepper sauce plus drinks. Cheaper than nasi campur at food court.

Worse burger Ive ever eaten. Burger tepi jalan ramly lagi best.1. Mahal RM 232. Roti nampak bakar tapi sejuk. Toast cold bread.3. Chilli saucer recycle. Tak cuci pun.4. Staff belakang mengumpat kuat2. Staff hanging around doing nothing. Table in a mess.5. Fries microwave.

First of all i love fat burger so much. When i first entered the branch i saw the quad challenge, i asked the cashier for it then he said that they don’t have it for somewhy. Secondly i asked him for an extra sauce then he said extra charge and i said ok, then he suddenly said i can’t provide it because it only comes with the chicken tenders then i told him give me 4 tenders and i made the order. 2 minutes later he came and said they don’t have it and i asked for a refund them he said we don’t give refunds. I told him that i want my money back and he started talking in his own language. Horrible dealing with customers. So unprofessional and terrible experience. The hosts name is Amirul.

worst burger ever!

Frankly, I hardly want to comment when the food is beyond what I like but...1. The burger patties are dry, not tasty2. The burger itself has only pickles, onions and some veg which are quite pathetic3. The size is small4. The buffalos wing meat is tasteless... taste only on the skin. Not marinated.5. EXPENSIVE and overratedI can only hope the owner revisit the menu. Otherwise, its just a matter ofc goodbye.

Burger is so dry and not tasty at all. Other fastfood is so much better. Not worth to even try here.

your patty were sooooo dry I thought my mouth enter in a desert.....plus your fries actually shrink in size compare to last time, and one of your staff cant even tell the customer properly the name of your food when he served me, he talked to me as if he is sleepwalking while serving food. All I can hear is balablabrababla Didnt you educate your employee?

Tasteless. Pricey. Flimsy cutlery. Slow service. What else do you need? Go to McDonalds instead.

Very disappointed with the taste. Overrated. A member of our group participated in the Quad Challenge.. burger was served piping hot... dont think that is a fair challenge. Do not plan any further visits.

Food was ok. But staff was not very friendly and seemed a bit impatient when we were trying to place an order for 2 person. The restaurant was empty without a single customer except us during that time.

Although it is branded as the last good burger joint in the world, I think it is most of the next burger joint to close.I order a set meal consisting of a double patty burger, chilli cheese fries, and a soft drink. The drink is served straight after you order. Then you have to wait another 10 minutes before they served the burger. And another 5 more minutes for the fries. I think the waiting time is too long for a fast food burger joint.Taste wise, I admit that the patty is thicker and softer than McDonalds. But I wont call it juicy. The fries is soft and wet when it is being served. I dont think this is how you serve chilli fries.I probably wont visit it the second time unless I wanted to be reminded what does it mean not to be juicy.
