Fat Cake City in Kroonstad

How do you sell food particularly takeaway without serviette/utensils. I’ll never go there again.

I ordered a burger and my order took time to be ready while other people came after me they got their orders. Then after 45min my order came the only mistake I did was not to check. When I got home everything inside the burger was burned except cheese and tomato but the rest was burned I didnt eat it. So please fat cake city panorama no more m never going there again.

The dough was not cooked, raw dough inside. I took it for take away, and discovered this on the road back to Pretoria. Ughhh

Waiting for 10 mins for anyone to assist or take order. The 2 customers before me apparently waiting 15 mins. Checkers branch poor service.

Bad communication in the kitchen you ask for cheese Russian and chips and they give you a regular Russian....

Used to be my go to place, had the most revolting experience today. Order 2 Tika-Chicken burgers at the first bite I noticed something was not right and thought it was all in my head, took another small bite that confirmed the first thought. it had a fishy taste and a sour fishy smell to it. Upon reporting it to the casher and gave both back to them to smell or taste I was shown where the dustbin is to dispose of it without offering to rectify the situation in the slightest or even checking the evidence that I brought to them. I decided to just leave as there is one casher and one person in the kitchen and seems there are no managers on site anyway. Hence forth I will no longer support Fat Cake City at Panorama Plaza and would advice anyone that wants to buy there to check the quality of their food fist before leaving especially if its chicken or fish.

I ordered 2 of the my box orders . I finally received my order after 1 hour , only to find out at home that they gave me 10 cheese and 20 mince fatcakes . They just sustituted my chicken fatcakes with more mince one without even checking with me . And then they were very rude about it . If you want good service DO NOT GO TO FATCAKE CITY CHECKERS CENTRUM KROONSTAD .

Im really dissapointed, prices went up again, no problem, but standards dropped alot... i always order a chicken burger and theyre always stuffed and really tasty, last night i introduced my husband to the burgers and recieved some gross chicken mixture thats probably supposed to be a patty and a bit of lettuce, slice of tomato and barbeque sauce... i was really so dissapointed

The food is made while you wait so it takes a little while but trust me, its worth the wait. The prices are low, you get huge quantities of food and its always tasty.Definitely a great place to stop in.

Yesterday 12 February at about 15:45 I ordered 3x fat cakes. While waiting I was watching the lady who was preparing the food. I saw her spitting twice on our food. I refused to accept the food and asked if there were working cameras to which they agreed. I was refunded R100 from the lady who spat on the food and the balance out the till

Does not always have vetkoek in stock. But food is nice.

Too much oil in the food

I didnt buy anything yet but plan to. Very reasonable prices

Waiting times can be longer than they tell you it will be, but if you are on a tight budget and you are really hungry, this is the place.

Food is not great. Not very professional. I wouldnt eat here again or recommend it to anyone.
