1 due to raw fish. I took one bite of it and was extremely disappointed to find out how raw it was and what they consider to be fish. It looked like wet newspaper, like when you made paper cast in kindergarten around balloons.

I would give no star I it was a option, I was told by cashier there was no chips, and when I wanted a sputnik, he told me it would be to oily,... wont see me again

Closes at 7 pm, admittedly we arrived shortly before 7, but they could not serve us. The other branch closes at 8, but they had no electricity. Staff wasnt very friendly and waited for us to finish deciding what we wanted to order, and order, before saying they couldnt help us, despite a line of people waiting for their orders. Didnt make sense

Food is always a winner. The cashier and the assistant in front is not the friendliest and NOT easy to approach as they always look unfriendly.

We have a fat cake city in Olivedale in Johannesburg as well and Ive always been impressed by the quality of their food. When I saw Rustenburg also had a branch at Safari Gardens I just had to introduce my mother to it as well. OH THIS WAS A MISTAKE!!!! THE FAT CAKES WERE STALE AND FRIED IN OLD OIL AND HAD A FISHY AFTERTASTE. THE BEST IS THEY APPARENTLY ESPECIALLY MADE THEM FRESH FOR US. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. YOU GUYS ARE GIVING FAT CAKE CITY A BAD NAME!!! THE NEXT STEP....CONTACTING HEAD OFFICE!!!! HOPE YOU HAVE A SMASHING DAY.
